Get away from the city and come wind down on our 5 acre property just a 3 minute drive to the clear cool waters of the Llano River. The Floating Rock Cabin has everything you need; a full kitchen, washer/dryer, a bathroom and shower, an outdoor shower, and Netflix. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while watching birds, deer, and other wildlife. Spend your day on the beach at the Llano River fishing, swimming, or hunting for rocks. The starry skies are a must after you grab a bite to eat.

Shady V Ranch Cabin- Castell, Texas

The Shady V Ranch cabin is located 2 miles east of Castell on about 100 acres. Breathe the fresh, clean, crisp air. Now get ready to enjoy some fun time "UNPLUGGED". Cell service is limited and there is NO wifi provided on the property. This ranch has been in my family for over 100 years. My Grandfather (Henry Hasse) first bought the land in the early 1900's. We are excited to be able to share part of the Texas Hill Country and the beautiful Llano River. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Rauha Riverhouse

Welcome you to the Rauha Riverhouse (Finnish for peace). Located just west of Llano, TX, this is the perfect jumping off spot for hill country adventures or for a few days resting and enjoying the nature. This riverfront property offers direct access to the Llano river via a sandy beach. The trail to the river (vibrant with wildflowers in the spring) offers a firepit, cowboy pool and viewing deck complete with swings. We can't wait to share this piece of paradise with you!

Located on over an acre of barely-tamed land on the gorgeous Llano River, the Rock Stack is a ruggedly luxurious vacation home.  We’re a place for both the fisherman and the boutique shopper, the explorer and the book-worm, the adults-only getaway and the family-friendly vacation. 2025 Flood Update: We are open and the river is GORGEOUS after the flood. Come see for yourself. (We are also out of the flood plane and we’re not affected by the 2025 floods).

The Cabin

The Cabin is surrounded by the peaceful outdoors! When not inside you’ll enjoy a large private covered pavilion that has XL table and fire pit + seating! You can go on hikes around the property to explore the beautiful Texas hill country! You’ll be 6mi away from Enchanted Rock State park (amazing hiking & views), 25mi from Fredericksburg(great Main Street shopping, food, and lots of wineries) , and 19mi from Llano (shopping, food, and Llano River).

Come enjoy the peaceful porch while listening to the sound of the river. Whether you love to kayak, fish, bird watch, shop or hike, there will be something you love to do near this quaint bungalow on the Llano river. Enjoy the fire pit at night while staring in awe at the phenomenal stars or walk down to the river in the backyard and cast a line. There's so much to do in the area! We're conveniently located between Llano and Castell.
