We had a wonderful stay at Caterina’s apartment. I stayed here with my two teenagers. Caternia was very accommodating for our arrival and departure. The apartment is spotless and the palazzo is beautiful. Truly an oasis of calm within easy walking distance to major landmarks. I highly recommend it.

On ne peut rêver mieux avec la vue sur la Chapelle Medicis et le Duomo ! J'ai apprécié d'être à 2 pas des monuments et de pouvoir rentrer aisément le midi entre 2 visites pour manger assis ma Foccacia. Il y a d'excellentes Trattoria à 2 pas et même la librairie française. c'est le quartier des antiquaires. Assez calme la nuit. Alberto est un hôte accueillant, prévenant et m'a demandé en cours de séjour si tout allait bien ce qui a permis de m'apprendre qu'il fallait utiliser un adaptateur pour les appareils ménager. la cuisine est là pour cuire des pâtes au cas-où.

Andrea was such a great host who really cares about his guest and guest needs. Infact he was thoughtful that all amenities were already arranged that we didnt need to ping him during our stay. He was concerned about the time we shall reach and Mattia was already there to welcome us and showed us everything around the apartment. Love Firenze and hope to back one day. Non posso fare altro che mettere 5 stelle su tutto. Posizione ottima, appartamento tranquillo con tutto l'essenziale, vicinissimo al centro storico e Marco veramente gentile e disponibile, lo consiglio a tutti per chi vorrebbe soggiornare qualche giorno a Perugia. Grazie

This is the 2nd time ive stayed in this apartment. As before, Elly was an excellent host and so made everything easy for us. The train station and tram stops are a short walk. all of the major tourists spots are very close and walkable from here, and there are so many lovely bars and restaurants near by. The apartment is well looked after, clean and very comfortable. The next time i return to Florence i will try and stay here

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren vor vielen Jahren schon einmal dort und es hat uns genauso gut gefallen wie damals. Die Aussicht ist einmalig. Bruno ist super und hat uns sehr gut betreut während des Aufenthalts. Auch die Tips von Paolo waren sehr hilfreich. Verpasst nicht während des Sonnenuntergangs durch die Olivenhaine hinter dem Haus zu spazieren. Wir kommen wieder.

We stayed at Daria and Gabriele’s place in Florence, with the kids, it was exactly as described and easy to get to and walk around the city. Super place—highly recommended for families looking for a local experience in the heart of Florence with style! They were super helpful along the stay ! Thank you we will definitely do this again!

The apartment is in a very central location and is very spacious with modern and clean furniture. I definitely will be staying here again if we go back to Siena!

I cannot recommend this place enough. The design style alone was a dream. It’s even more beautiful in person. The neoclassical frescoes really set the tone for the timeless beauty there is to experience during a stay in the heart of Florence. The Duomo is just a few minutes walk, as is the Uffizi Gallery, and Galleria Accademia. Even Piazzale Michelangelo was not a long walk. There are so many fantastic restaurants and the shopping can’t be beat. Grab a reservation at View On Art just a few blocks down to see breathtaking views of the Duomo. Our host was top notch from beginning to end. He assisted us with absolutely anything we needed. He provided exquisite local recommendations, arranged our pick up car from the train station, and provided crystal clear instructions with a video for checking in to the apartment. He was always responsive and courteous. I would not stay anywhere else in Florence, I mean that sincerely.

Tutto perfetto, un posto meraviglioso immerso nel verde con vista a 360 gradi sulla Val d'orcia! Roberto è molto cordiale e simpatico, ci ha dato la possibilità di accendere il caminetto che per il nostro weekend romantico è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Assolutamente consigliata la degustazione dei vini dell'azienda!

Our group of six had a wonderful stay at Alessandro’s beautiful apartment. It was the perfect location to explore Florence from. Just steps from the Duomo, we were able to walk everywhere. Alessandro was so helpful with recommendations and was very flexible with our check in and check out times, which we so appreciated. We were very comfortable and loved the apartment! We wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Alessandro!

My mum and I had an amazing stay at Mario’s place. It was really comfortable, clean and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need (even umbrellas which came in handy on a rainy day!). Claudio was an amazing and really friendly host, showing us around the apartment and explaining how everything worked! It was also super easy to get into Firenze city centre- either walking or 3 stops on the tram. We visited 2 of the restaurants recommended by Claudia which we LOVED. We honestly felt right at home at the apartment and would have loved to have stayed longer!

Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt! Als wir ankamen wurden wir sofort empfangen und hatten einen perfekten ersten Abend. Das Haus, der Pool und der Blick auf die Weinfelder ist unbeschreiblich. Our stay at Villa di Geggiano was truly magnificent! It is difficult to put into words how very special and magical our experience was in the Alfieri Suite at the Villa but I can say that, without a doubt, this was our absolute favorite Airbnb experience ever! The entire property, outside grounds, the incredible views,the beautiful Alfieri Suite we stayed in,the luxury amenities and especially Andrea,our exceptional,very gracious host at Villa di Geggiano all contributed to make this an unforgettable experience that we will treasure for a lifetime. If you have the incredibly good fortune to find this little slice of heaven available for your dates,please,I urge you not to hesitate…book this immediately,I promise you will not regret it. The suite we stayed in had every conceivable amenity you could ever need and more. It was beautifully and so tastefully decorated and we truly felt completely at home there for our 4 night stay. We give Andrea & the Villa our highest recommendation!

Luca’s apartment made our visit to Florence even more enjoyable! The location is perfect—close to everything—and being on the first floor made it super convenient, especially if you prefer not to use the elevator. Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

We loved our stay in Gianluca’s apartment. Gianluca is a fantastic host and was very responsive and accommodating to all our queries. The apartment is stylish, spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved that this apartment has its own private spa with jacuzzi and steam room. The apartment is well located, in the heart of the town, and just a few minutes walk from the bus station. We would highly recommend staying here when visiting Siena.

Nous avons passé un weekend mémorable et notre séjour était d'autant plus mémorable que nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement très agréable, d'une fraîcheur et d'une propreté remarquable. Notre hôte était très disponible, proactive et vraiment à l'écoute et aux petits soin. Rien à redire, à part que nous gardons cette adresse pour notre prochain séjour à Florence.

Mirko’s place was the perfect spot in Florence. It was a beautiful place nestled right in the middle of everything. We never walked more than 10 minutes to find what we were looking for. Giselle was amazing and there for anything we needed and any questions we had. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Florence.

Heel smaakvol ingericht appartement. Erg rustig en slechts circa 15 minuten lopen naar het prachtige oude centrum van Perugia met heerlijke restaurants en leuke barretjes. Om de hoek van het appartement zit trouwens ook een leuke bar. Echt een aanrader

The place was gorgeous and located walking distance to the center of town. Beautiful views of the city and surrounding area. Very comfortable. Next time we find ourselves in Italy we will definitely stay at Federico’s place. I highly recommend his 4th floor penthouse to anyone visiting Siena.
