You can dock your boat in 12 feet of water at our dock. Perfect location for fishing, kayaking and swimming. Two living spaces with smart tv's. Now you can enjoy the fire pit and outdoor shower.

Come and relax at our peaceful cottage. Open floor plan with amazing views of the expansive cove that looks out to the big water! Enjoy the stars from the fenced in yard sitting around the fire pit or the private dock. Large screened porch with ample seating. 2 bedrooms, 1 with queen bed and attached bath. 2nd bdrm has a full bed and bunks. 2nd full bath in hall. Nestled on 66 acres with a gorgeous pond/farm view, you will find Goat Daddy's Farm and Animal Sanctuary. Our luxurious tiny house has everything you need to make your farm stay comfortable and relaxing. Guests will have access to the farm during specific hours, as well as over 2.5 miles of paths and two ponds to explore. With your feet in the sand, by a fire, in the hot tub, on the trails, or getting some goat/animal therapy, The Farmhouse and Sanctuary has something to offer for all.

The outside logs are painted gray to blend in with nature. The inside is beautiful natural pine, with 3 bedrooms/1 bath/2 queen and 2 bunk beds with a loft, washer/dryer. It's conveniently located 4 miles off Interstate I 77 and 2 miles from the 1770 Historical town of Ridgeway, SC off Hwy 21 north.
