Phyllis’s place was perfect for our family’s quick stop on our way home from vacation. It was very close to the highway with lots of restaurants and gas stations at the exit. Would highly recommend.

Very nice and comfortable townhome. Has everything you need. The host was very responsive. Complimentary snacks and drinks along with muffins and bananas for breakfast were there for us...very nice touch. Close to attractions. Would stay again.

This was the perfect place for a quick get-away with family. Angela was a superb host and everything was just as described in the listing. It was evident that a great deal of thought was put into each and every detail. There were even fresh flowers in many of the rooms. The weather was nice so we spent a lot of time outdoors on the patio among all the beautiful greenery and flowers. We were about 20 minutes from Chattanooga, so it was the perfect distance away from all the city -chaos, but close enough to drive to anything we wanted to do/see in a reasonable amount of time. We would highly recommend this location to others, and we look forward to being able to visit again soon.

This was the perfect home to accommodate my family and I. It was clean and comfortable. There were complimentary “Justin case you forgot” supplies that added a sweet touch of consideration for guests. Definitely worth it! Will stay again.

We loved our stay at Sydneyland. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, we felt right at home. Would love to stay again!

Good place to live and provides all the necessary essentials

We booked the event center for our daughter's birthday. Place was like described in the photos. Had pretty much everything you would need. Racing games were broken but I took upon myself to fix the 1 that was easy fix for me and manager was apologetic about the situation. Wasn't that big of a deal just disappointing for the kids. All in all great place people arr friendly they have some resort cats that are friendly as well. A bit over priced for what it was but I understand the expense of running and maintaining a place that size so price is not a deal breaker! We will be returning but with more people than just our small family of 4. pretty cool place to just hang out relax let kids go wild and have movie nights in the theater!

This treehouse cabin was amazing! The hosts were spectacular and helped us schedule a charcuterie board upon arrival. Also worked with April to schedule my wife a massage on the property, she loved it. Amazing property, great for a romantic getaway (loved the cedar tub) and exactly as described. Lots of extra thought put in my April & Daniel. We didn’t want to leave!

A really tranquil spot with your own garage and deck -- but beware, hard to enjoy in spring with all the pollen and wasps! Hit a little snag with the AC blowing warm air, but David got someone in to take care of it ASAP. I didn't love being connected to the main house via the bedroom, the service guy walked right in on me in bed even after I asked that he only enter through the front door (but that's unique to my situation). Otherwise, it was a quiet, peaceful stay. Half hour from downtown Chattanooga and the unit has everything you could possibly need!
