المسكن رائع وهادئ وواسع مع حديقة مليئة بالفواكه صاحبة المنزل عظيمة جداً و خدومه و استقبلتنا افضل استقبال وتوديع. في مشترياتنا اليومية تنقلنا الى السوبر ماركت وغيرها كخدمة منها وجبة افطار متكاملة يومياً بالاضافة الى مساعدتين لتنظيف وترتيب السكن كسبنا في زيارتنا صديقة للعائلة انصح بالسكن ولكن معلومة ومذكورة في وصف البيت انه بعيد نوعاً ما عن السكان

المسكن جدا جميل ومريح يوجد تدفئه وماء ساخن لكن تمنيت لو كان اكثر سخونه كل شي كما في الصور بل أجمل خاصه في فصل الشتاء، أتمنى الاهتمام بالنظافه اكثر.

Tea is a very friendly and wonderful host, her house is amazing, it’s spotless clean, well equipped with everything you need even professional grill on patio to do some barbecues. Location is great with amazing view from the house, it’s only takes 15 minute drive from city center (Freedom Square) Definitely she’s highly recommended host and I’d always stay there

Greatly enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing. The house is very clean, and has all amenities you can need during your stay. View to the front yard and back yard is beyond description, you will love it. The sound river flowing nearby accompanies you 24/7 and that is priceless. Definitely recommended.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Tbilisi! The location was perfect—close to key attractions, great restaurants, and public transport. The apartment itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing helpful local tips and ensuring I had a smooth experience from check-in to check-out. I especially loved the cozy balcony with a view of the city—a great spot to relax after exploring. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi and would happily stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this amazing house! The place is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The private pool was a dream — perfect for relaxing any time of day. We also loved the outdoor BBQ area, which made for some great evenings with delicious food and good company. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sea — absolutely magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The area around the house is lush and green, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi. Our stay at Qeta Villa was absolutely perfect! Everything exceeded our expectations — the villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location was peaceful and offered a wonderful sense of privacy, while still being close enough to everything we needed. The amenities were top-notch, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared to make our stay special. Communication with the host was smooth and very helpful. This was our first time in Georgia, and let me tell you, without this house and our host David, I dont think we would have had as much fun and a feeling of belonging as we did. Very fancy house, nice garden behind the house, very beautiful nature area to walk outside the house, with berry trees and plums parallel to where you walk. Also as someone who isnt the biggest fan of dogs, the dogs in the area were the cutest, and would even walk around you when going out for a walk to protect you. David welcomed us and laid out his rules, which were very fair all regarding hygiene and taking care of the house. The house was equipped with everything we need, and was very modern and european looking. He even did BBQ for us which and we got to know each other, and all about his culture. He even offered to tell us all about the nice places we can visit with him in Georgia. Big thanks to David, and because of him, we’d surely come back. Looking forward to seeing you again! I can’t begin to tell you how much I recommend this house

It was our perfect family reunion vacation. Location is quiet and peaceful. A little far from Batumi, but that what we were looking for. Beach with black sand was right behind the fence. You will need car or taxi to go to any grocery store. They also have family restaurant in walking distance (be prepared they accept cash only) Each room had anything for comfortable stay - shampoo, gel shower, soap, towels, wardrobes, fridges with drinks and snacks (extra pay). All rooms had TV and balconies with chairs and tables. Host was extremely responsive and always helped us with any needs - organizing dinner with fresh food cooked by company of cooks in front of you; also helped us with transfer to/from airport with good prices. Few minuses: little tricky washer, no microwave. Overall great stay and highly recommended host!

It was out fourth time in Reva's house. This time we came for three weeks and it wasn't enough!!! If you are looking for an quiet, peaceful, healing place- this is it! Amazing high level comfort, clean air, beautiful house and fruit trees in garden (the grapes are just fantastic!!!), total privacy and big private pool! Its kind a paradise especially if you come with kids (Revas is super kids friendly!!!). All our requests were fulfilled by best! We felt in love with this place. Revas and Fati became our good friends. I'm sure we will come next summer too! Thanks you dear Revas for an amazing vacation you made for us!

Thanks a lot, we've been at this villa for a family reunion with people coming from 4 different countries. This calm and distant place surrounded with amazing mountains and caves was exactly what we needed to spend maximum time together. Hiking is just great. Lots of cutlery and dishes to cook delicious food to each other. A very nice big pool where kids spent half of the time, lots of recreation space, a huge garden with grapes and kiwi(!) growing there. The host was sooo helpful at any time of the day!

Домик очень приятный, есть камин, посудомойка, стиральная машина. Отдыхали друзьями 13 человек, жарили шашлык, ходили в сауну, купались в бассейне. Все было хорошо. К сожалению нам не повезло с погодой, и в доме было холодно спать ночью. Мы выбрали подогреть бассейн (за дополнительную плату 300 лари) вместо того чтобы подогреть дом. Не знали, что подогревание бассейна будет за дополнительные деньги, и что на выбор будет либо теплый дом, либо теплый бассейн.

Спасибо Инге за радушный приём. Прекрасный, чистый дом со всеми удобствами. Уютно, красиво, просторно. Всё работает и устроено для комфорта. Для нас всегда очень важна чистота, а тут с этим всё было на высшем уровне. Расположение очень удобное, рядом магазины, а также отличное место для прогулок - свежий воздух и невероятные виды. Крайне рекомендуем к посещению и отдыху здесь. С хозяйкой Ингой приятно иметь дело, очень вежливая и отзывчивая. Когда приехали, нас ждал замечательный стол с заксусками - шикарная сырная тарелка, виноград, орехи и бутылка очень вкусного вина! На территории дома живет сторож-садовник Годердзи. Приятный дедушка, поздравил нас с Пасхой, присматривает за участком, всё остальное время вообще не было видно, что он дома) Спасибо за прекрасный отдых!

Great host, very friendly and very responsive. The house was beautiful, lots of space, comfortable beds, everything we needed for a relaxing couple of days. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
