It's nice small apartment. Good for short stay for 2 to 5 days. Good wifi, equipped kitchen, nice furniture and mattress. Only issue is barking of stray dogs in the night. Unfortunately no country has any solution to this problem.

It is an extremely comfortable, clean, and cozy apartment. Everything you might need from snow-white towels to a frying pan is in place. The apartment is equipped with the gas heater, which comes in handy in winter. All the devices (the heater, the washing machine, the cooktop, the hood, there is a hoover as well) are in a pristine condition and it's a pleasure to use them. Although the building is new, I barely heard any repair noises. It's an apartment building, so there is a reception downstairs and the guys there are available 24/7. The place is located some 3-4 minutes on foot from the embankment and the beach. There are lots of shops, fruit/vegetable stalls and cafes in the vicinity (I strongly recommend Old Ambari on Chavchavadze st.). Merab was very welcome, tactful and punctual, having arrived in person to hand over the key and was available throughout my stay. Note: the bed is not very big in size, so you might experience inconvenience if you're way above 180 cm in height

Большое спасибо за прекрасные каникулы! Квартира очень большая и комфортная. Очень большая кухня-гостинная. Квартира полностью оборудована всем для комфортного проживания. Мы приезжали большой семьей нам очень понравилось! Расположение квартиры отличное, до метро несколько минут пешком и на метро можно добраться до самого центра. В пешей доступности много разных магазинов и кафешек. Так же у хозяйки есть еще одна квартира, которая находится в том же доме, на одном этаже. Мы приехали большой семьей и было очень удобно. Endzela нас встретила, показала квартиру, и рассказала что есть поблизости. Так же была всегда на связи. Обязательно вернемся!

Nino ve ailesi harikaydı! Öncelikle eve gelmeden Nino bize yardımcı olmak için videolu anlatımlar gönderdi. Ev ve evin bulunduğu sokak gerçekten çok güzeldi. İhtiyaç duyabileceğiniz çoğu şey evde mevcut. 4 dk yürüme mesafesinde bir süper market var. Geldiğimiz gün İnternetle ilgili bir problem yaşamıştık ama Ninonun ailesi 5 dk içinde gelip sorunu çözdüler. Güler yüzlü insanlar. 4 kişi çok rahat edeceğiniz bir ev, kesinlikle değerlendirmelisiniz!

I live here for two months and this the best apartment I have had in Tbilisi over several visits. This is a fully furnished apartment suited for long stays!

Апартаменты очень чистые и уютные, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: обеденный стол и отдельное рабочее место, что особенно удобно при длительном пребывании. Хозяин всегда на связи, быстро отвечает и идёт навстречу - нам разрешили заехать раньше и выехать позже, за что отдельное спасибо. Из минусов - высокая слышимость, слышно о чем разговаривают соседи за стеной. Нам не повезло и рядом были шумные жильцы. В остальном все отлично.

집이 넓고 깨끗하고 예쁩니다. 사진과 똑같아요. 세탁기 냉장고 등 가전제품이 잘 갖추어져 있어서 머무르기 편리했어요. 다른지역으로 이동하기 전에 디두베 버스정류장과 가까운 곳을 찾았는데 만족합니다. 호스트도 빠르게 응답하고 도움을 주었어요!

PERFECT for us! Nodar was wonderful. Think its always important to write goal/type of trip, as everyones reviews can vary: we were a group of 9 adults, one kid, two toddlers and a newborn! Travelling from UK and Iran for a big family reunion! An e-Sim/Sim for Data is almost essential, to use Google/Translate/Bolt etc. LOCATION: Famous/beautiful street. Lots of groceries. Bolt will drop you off in the correct spot. Nodar guided us for the rest! (DO NOT GET airport taxi, use BOLT or Prebook). HOUSE: Two families with kids upstairs, the grandmother downstairs to avoid her using stairs. GARDEN: Amazing for BBQ's, setting up drinks etc. We bought everything from shops/butcher nearby. FACILITIES: Nodar kindly provided toiletries but we were a big group so got additional stuff easily ourselves. Tv is basic but enough to connect HDMI (we'd taken our PS5). Kitchen just needs a few more utensils, Linen CLEAN NODAR: Totally assisted us to the max whenever he could! Definitely recommend!

Absolutely wonderful house. Everything is designed and laid out with such care, it really felt like a space people loved to spend time in and made cozy for themselves. Ridiculously well stocked kitchen — we didn't have to buy any spices or oil for the NYE dinner, anything we needed was in the pantry for us to use. Very portable and easy to use grill in the courtyard, too. The bedrooms were also amazingly cozy — I don't think I have had better sleep anywhere in all my life than in those beds. <3 The house is only about 15 minutes away (on foot) from Marjanishvili with its restaurants and shops and markets, and the rest of Tbilisi was easily accessible by metro. My only complaint — the water pressure in the bathroom was just enough for a shower, but a little weak for running a full bath (the water would cool by the time it filled up). Other than that, this house might be the best airbnb I've ever stayed at, and I would love to come again. <3

We have been staying as a couple with a dog and absolutely loved it. Nice neighbours, terrace with some space to be outside while not leaving our house territory, a cute dog Benny who is happy to see you and receive some cuddles. It had all the necessary amenities and it was warm in the early spring, because the heater works very well. Close to the metro station but very calm neighbourhood. Totally recommended.

Cosy space, perfect for a quiet weekend away. The beach nearby and the friendly dogs were a bonus!

Absolutely stunning apartment in a perfect location with a direct view of the Cascade from the bedroom. Everything was exactly as described – luxurious, stylish, and beautifully equipped. Walking distance to all major attractions in central Yerevan. The host was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

One of the best place we've stayed at. Otar was very responsive to our needs, and the patio is great!

Провели в этой квартире неделю. Очень понравилось. Вид из окна - потрясающий! Пляж - ближе не бывает. В квартире очень комфортно находиться. Завтракали на балконе с видом на море. По вечерам иногда бывает шумно от музыки, но в основном это приятный шум волн и стрекот цикад. В следующее свое посещение планирую рассматривать эту же квартиру.

JUST PERFECT! what an amazing listing. I spent here 4 days in with my friends and we feel right at home.

I truly recommend staying here. Sofo and her family are amazing hosts. They are incredibly kind and welcoming. I had booked a stay for three months and extended it another because I enjoyed staying there so much and felt at home. Every issue or potential issue that arose they took care of it quickly and/or informed me of it (sometimes there are utility outages or protests- that’s just Tbilisi for you). Sofo is quick in her communication as well. They have family that lives next door and they are also very kind. The whole family loved my little dog who I travel with. With me having such a long stay they were also kind enough to bring a change of linens every couple weeks as well which was so incredibly welcomed. The area is great- 15 minute walk to Rustaveli metro, 2 minute walk to the bus stop. There are multiple supermarkets, produce markets, cafes, restaurants and bars all within a 5-10 minutes.

It was a perfect stay at Nika's place. The great place for relaxing holidays out of Tbilisi , with access to swimming pool and recreational area . The apartments have all necessary things for comfortable living and thanks to Mariam for her attentiveness through all days

Everything is perfect at this apartments . Location is central with the view on the whole city , cozy house with all needed equipments and communication was very quick and easy with Zuka . Thank you very much

Благодарю за квартиру! При заселении возникла небольшая проблема с водой, которую пришлось решать самостоятельно. Оказалось, что напротив квартиры есть кладовка с насосом, который в нашем случае перестал работать. Если столкнётесь с подобным, попробуйте выключить и включить насос снова — это помогло нам вернуть воду. В остальном всё отлично: квартира чистая, светлая и с прекрасной просторной террасой. Также небольшой совет, если не сразу находите квартиру по инструкции: после фото с большой прямой стрелкой на прямой улице (это фото идёт непосредственно перед фотографией двери) нужно повернуть налево, а затем сразу направо.
