Beautiful town house! We had a wonderful stay. The king size bed was very comfortable! Cute decorations and very cozy.

I’ve stayed at Christa’s several times now because it’s perfect for work trips! Christa is always friendly and accommodating, the place is always spotless, the bed is firm and comfortable, the linens are plush, and coffee and tea are ready for guests.

What a fantastic stay my sister and I had in this beautiful condo. I would highly recommend. Great location with lots to do, beautifully decorated, well cared for, clean as can be, super easy friendly host, I could go on and on. It was absolutely perfect for a little “mom’s get a way trip.” Plus… the mattresses were so comfy! Perfect for when you’re wanting some much needed rest.

This was a fantastic stay. The apartment was clean and high end. I never heard other neighbors. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to see. I definitely plan to come back and stay again. Perfect accommodations

Cute little house. Perfect for the four of us to stay for the weekend. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Quiet neighborhood although a little dark at night but there is a street light right outside the driveway. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Fayetteville.

Had a great stay despite the multiple tornado watches during my visit. 😳. Amenities were clean, comfy and as described. The bed at this Airbnb was surprisingly one of the most comfortable beds I ever experienced during a trip. The birds were awesome too. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

You can’t beat the location! Close to Dickson St and restaurants! I was in town for my daughter’s sorority Mom’s Weekend and we were able to walk to the house from the apartment. The only downside is along with the convenience of being close to everything it’s somewhat loud at night….which really can’t be avoided in this area (Dickson St & the train), but Annsley provided a white sound machine to help distract the sound.

We totally loved our stay at this airbnb! It had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Bentonville for a week. Comfortable bed to get a good sleep after biking during the day, cozy living room to watch movies at night and a great little patio to enjoy the afternoon sun or warm evenings. The location is fabulous - we walked to town to go for dinner or grab groceries and were able to ride from the house to Slaughter Pen, Coler Mtn and did a longer ride up to the Back 40 in Bella Vista using the Razorback Greenway. The hosts were very friendly and responsive - we would stay here again !

Great place to stay and had everything we needed. The apartment entrance is on a well-maintained walkway that takes you to the backyard which looks out towards a beautiful, wooded area. Tricia is very friendly, helpful with additional instructions, and quick to respond. Thank you for letting us stay in your place and would recommend to others.

Mit has been fantastic in accomidating us. The place we just as advertised and has been a great resource for us to stay in comfort and privacy.

Really nice home. High ceilings in the living area, light and airy. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils etc. for cooking. We slept 12 comfortably, and even though there are only 2.5 bathrooms, the overall layout makes it work with that many people. The half-bath is off the kitchen rather than the bedrooms so that works really well. There are four bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and the main bedroom with a big bathroom downstairs. The bathroom downstairs is easily accessible to the main bedroom, as well as for people staying upstairs who can simply come straight downstairs and turn left into it. The toilet has its own door, so you can still use the sink if someone is using it. Nice big backyard, complete with a hammock or two, really big garage, plenty of outside parking as well. Nice neighborhood. Honestly everything about the listing, and our stay there, was very positive. Thank you Patrick.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely Airbnb in Bella Vista, and it exceeded all my expectations. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living spaces were cozy and inviting. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds incredibly comfortable—I had the best night's sleep! From the welcoming touches to the quick and friendly communication from the host, every aspect was seamless. It’s clear the hosts truly care about their guests' experience. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to nearby trails, lakes, and all the charm Bella Vista has to offer. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking

This was a beautiful home and in a great neighborhood. There is a nice back porch with a pretty view where we saw deer every day which was an added bonus. Rodrique was very proactive and a friendly host. My family definitely plans to stay here again and I highly recommend!

Tonya’s house is in a great location convenient to everything ( campus, restaurants, grocery stores) but at the end of a quiet street. The house was very dog friendly and they loved it too!! Tonya was a great host and I highly recommend her place!

Very convenient location- close to every thing. Super cute decor! Friendly hosts :) A little loud at night- but that is to be expected on a busy street in a college town.

We loved our stay in Fayetteville! The condo was exactly as described. It was extremely clean and decorated beautifully. There were excellent restaurants within walking distance, as well as the beautiful trail system and the University of Arkansas campus. We found that the hosts even provided a few snacks and drinks upon our arrival, which was a sweet surprise. It was the perfect spot to serve as our base to visit our son, and we will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We stayed short notice, booking late night before our stay the following day. Michael answered questions quickly to allow us to be able to make a decision. We brought our dog, the main floor entry and patio makes it pet friendly. Supplies & amenities were included. Neighbors were quiet. Location is super easy to access, right up the street from BV Country Club & Tanyard Creek.

Tamara was responsive and kind. There was a lovely basket of goodies waiting for us as well as a personal note. The condo was exactly as listed and worked perfect for our group. Everything was clean and comfortable. Walkable to sporting events at the University of Arkansas. We walked to the football stadium for the game and would be excellent accommodations for anyone attending other sporting events! Thank you!!!
