This is a beautiful and brand new Villa, looks exactly like what you see in the pics. The hosts are really good, they were always there for each and every queries. The property is managed professionally. Very well equipped kitchen and hosts provided almost all the ingredients needed to cook a good meal, if you have elders who don't want to eat outside food. The villa has an elevator inside, so it's elderly friendly. The towels and bed linen provided are fresh and clean. No foul smell at all. In fact the entire villa there is really clean and fresh. Beach is around 15 min drive, variety of eating places with just 5 to 10 min drive. There is nothing much to complain about really! Overall our stay was really good and enjoyed thoroughly! Above all, we were impressed by the hospitality of the host. They were incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring that our stay is amazing A special mention to Anita out care tracker she took care of us like an elder sister. She was such a sweetheart. I like the palace and ambience. It’s spacious and well maintained. kunal is very supportive and understood all our needs and make sure everything was taken care. We were not completely happy with the ramakrishna who is the maintenance guy. Apart from that our stay was a good experience

The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

I recently stayed at Emerald Villa, and the experience was truly amazing. It’s the perfect place to bring your family for a relaxing vacation. The villa is well-equipped with all the amenities you could ask for — a smart TV, excellent Wi-Fi, and even a Google Home system that made everything so convenient. The beautiful garden, accessible directly from one of the bedrooms, added so much charm to our stay. The recliner sofas were a great touch, providing a cozy, homely vibe that made us feel right at home, even while being away. The breathtaking view from the balcony was simply the cherry on top! Special thanks to our wonderful host Anya. She was incredibly responsive, welcoming, and made everything easy for us. Her hospitality truly enhanced our stay. I highly recommend visiting the Villa at least once in your lifetime. It’s a perfect getaway that feels like a home away from home!

The place looks exactly like shown in the photos, the property is very beautiful and with the indoor pool giving it the required privacy you need to enjoy the pool. Abhinav also helped us with early check in and helped us with all the queries we had. The stay enhanced our Goa experience undoubtedly. Definitely recommend.

Oxel house is amazing. There are 7 huge bedrooms. Its perfect for big group of family or friends. The caretaker is very helpful and always available. The place is super clean. I would love to go back here with friends again.

Apart from signal issues which anyone can manage with whatsap call and good internet speed this bnb was amazing and top notch !!
