Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home, Janet. Your Kuya Abby was an excellent host, a real pleasure to be around, entertaining, and so, so helpful. My family adored and loved him, and thought that he was a super host!! His hosting skills were second to none and he’s a real asset to your houses on Airbnb. The children enjoyed the hot spring pool. The house was very spacious and was kept in a very good standard. Overall, we were very happy with both the house and Abby. I will definitely be keeping in mind your properties in the future. We had an overall great stay at this resort! The location is peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are cool and comfortable to sleep in. The host was very responsive, and the caretakers were kind and accommodating, which made us feel welcome and well taken care of. A few things that could be improved: having an in-house store for basic necessities would be convenient. The pool water was a bit too hot for our preference, though we understand it’s sourced from a natural hot spring. Also, the fridge might need an upgrade as it didn’t cool as efficiently as expected. That said, we still really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

This place was awesome. When you enter the house, it seems like youre in other country. The host was so accomodating.

The place is absolutely beautiful—even though the house is a bit old, it really keeps that peaceful countryside vibe. It’s incredibly quiet and relaxing; all you can hear are the sounds of birds and rustling leaves. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of cooking materials and utensils. The rooms are spacious, and so are the dining area, kitchen, and bathrooms—all the facilities are functional. There’s access to the lake, and we really enjoyed hanging out on the raft. The backyard is stunning—perfect for outdoor meals, surrounded by trees and plants, with super fresh air. The owner and caretakers were very accommodating. Our 3-day stay wasn’t enough. We’ll definitely come back and recommend it to others.

About the Host/People: The hosts are very responsive, accommodating and understanding. The caretakers Jojo and Hany are courteous and helpful whenever we need assistance. There aren’t neighbors too close by but generally they (the homeowners and not guests) are quiet and friendly too. The place: Everything in the photos are what you will see when you book this place. Lakeshore is a known Filinvest development so getting there is easy. The pin of the house was also on point so the map is accurate This place is homey and well thought of. All rooms have bathrooms (super plus for a large group especially with kids). We like how each room can offer different experience, like the tub in the master bedroom, the veranda in another room, the bunkbed with slide in the game room, etc. the kitchen was spacious enough to move around plus there’s a mini pantry so we can organize our groceries. Overall it was worth the price and travel destination. Thank you Scott and Jansen!

Great place for a group's get- together. The clean pool is a plus. Rooms are spacious and have enough space for everyone. We are a group of 10 adults & 4 kids, but the place is good for 40 adults. The only thing we want to recommend for improvement is the water pressure in the kitchen and bathrooms and adding eating utensils would be a plus. But overall, we had a great time at Ian's place. The caretakers, Marife and Aljer were of great help too! Thanks Ian for our great stay. We had fun!

Balai Pahuwai is really a nice place to stay. Perfect place to relax and a place that is so peaceful and a time to really bond with family. Me and my family really like the place and the staff is really accommodating and Bang is always responsive and very helpful to our request. It’s too bad we didn’t managed to experience the bamboo bridge because it is under maintenance but overall we like our stay in this place and it is very clean. I might book it again in the future. Thank you again to the staff of Balay Pahuwai and bang.

This is our second time staying at Eugene's place, and once again, it exceeded our expectations! It's truly one of the best locations to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of city life and reconnect with nature. The surroundings are peaceful and rejuvenating, and we were lucky enough to experience some rain during our stay, which added a magical, almost folklore-like vibe to the entire setting. Always a 5-star stay for us! We hope the place continues to be maintained as it's the perfect getaway for nature lovers. We'll definitely be back again!

Olivia’s place is amazing! It’s even more beautiful in person, and their caretaker is incredibly kind. The air conditioning works perfectly, the bathrooms are spacious, and one of the things we loved most is that it’s pet-friendly! Overall, the experience was fantastic. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

It’s our 2nd time to stay in The Baysprings Family Rest House and we did enjoy our stay. The place is very homey & relaxing. Ms. Menchu is indeed a great host & Ms. Lizzel is very nice & responsive as well. Really love this place!🥰👍

The place is nice and accurate as per pictures. They are great and accommodating. Going there, make sure you use google maps and follow the pin they placed in the picture.

The place was very spacious and the location was great. I like that there's a lot of places to lounge around the property and activities to do at the property itself. Only thing i found lacking was the appliances and amenities were a bit dated but overall we had a great stay. The property was just as described.

the host was very responsive from the start. also, their staff is very very accommodating. everyone is helpful. the resort is legit hot spring bc the water is very warm. it is also very clean.. we even witnessed one of their staff cleaning each pool and draining the waters once done using from the start up until our out. will definitely recommend this! :)

My family and I had a really nice time in Ivy's property. The place was very calm and peaceful, which was a perfect for an escape from the city. Her staff in the property were also very helpful, and the host was kind enough to give us local mangoes and eggs as a welcome present. The two pools were also great especially when traveling with kids. The children in our party really appreciated having the kiddie pool alongside the bigger one. The house was also lovely and beautifully built. The only downside is that the living room was not airconditioned, so if you go during extremely hot weather like we did, at a certain point, people will have no choice but to retreat to their individual rooms (that have ac) to cool down, which is fine, but does get in the way of family bonding time.

My partner and I booked this place a day before check in. Perfect getaway for couples to realign away from distraction. It was a unique off-grid experience having an island to yourself (mostly - the caretaker does reside in the island with his family - they will not disturb you and Tony is very helpful when requested). We were surprised with how much larger the island was compared to the pictures - there's sufficient space for 15 people for sure specially if you bring a tent. The exterior of the structures are slightly worn out due to it's proximity to the water perhaps. The interior is very well maintained - we were surprised with how clean the inside of the guest structures were. The dedicated study/office is fantastic as well - which overlooks the firepit area and surrounding waters (although there is one cracked glass panel). Unfortunately, it was rainy when we were there so we weren't able to kayak or fish. We will next time though! Overall, highly recommend this place!

Cindy’s place was clean. Complete with cooking utensils. Had plenty of room and bathrooms. It was quiet that we had a good nights rest. It’s conveniently located by the diversion. Cindy provided fresh fruits and beautiful flowers for my family and I to enjoy. Cindy was a great host.
