We enjoyed our stay at this place. The property is easy to locate. It is so spacious for our family of 6. Has complete amenities and kitchen tools that we were able to use. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

sobrng ng enjoy kami sa pag stay ng 18 days,feels like nasa sariling bahay,worth it po ang rent namin,mabait at responsive si sir mel at si sir carlo,nung nasira yung remote ng tv pinalitan nila agad ng bagong malaking TV right away,tahimik din po ang lugar peaceful,malinis ang buong bahay..what you see is what you get sa mga photos nila..maraming maraming salamat po sir mel at sir Carlo, ng enjoy po kami at mukhang babalik po ulit kami sa susunod.. highly recommend po ang place nila!!🙂🙂🙂

The area is spacious to accommodate our family, parking for our cars, the kids can run at the yard, the kitchen has all the things we needed, staffs are helpful and easy to reach, price is very good considering the place is really big! The jacuzzi is perfect we stayed at the pool till 3am because of this. Thank you alex💖

We have a great Christmas staycation. Even though it was raining, we still enjoyed the ambiance of the place. It was very cozy, and spacious. Ms. Liezl is also easy to communicate as the person in charge, as well as Ms. Trixia, the owner. We're grateful that it is also a petfriendly place, our 3 cats enjoyed it too! We definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely, spacious home with high-quality bedding and a great location near the clubhouse. Only downside was the low shower pressure, but overall a comfortable stay.

Sam's place is like my second home whenever I visit Manila and we often stay for 3 weeks or more. The place is quiet and private even the building is next to the road which makes it accessible and convenient be it taking public transport, taxi, grab or even just walking to the nearby SM Southmall, 7-11 & tons of food places all around. Sam's place is spacious, clean, and has all the basic amenities needed during our stay. I love that it even has a coffee maker! The hosts, Sam and Michelle were very responsive to our requests when we need something and their staffs were also polite and helpful. I highly recommend Sam's place.

The unit at BES Bldng can actually be compared to condo units in other prime condominiums and them accommodating us set the standadard high, they have quality service too. Enjoyed staying at their unit.

We had a comfortable stay. Place was easy to find and walkable surroundings. There was a construction ongoing right beside the building and outside the window but we were not bothered much.

From Feb 20 to Mar 10, 2025, this Airbnb felt like home. The room was spotless, just like the photos, and the aircon worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and comfortable. What stood out was the host’s quick response—when I had an issue with the kitchen faucet, Erin wasted no time. Maintenance arrived and fixed it promptly. I also requested an office chair and bottled water, and both were provided without hesitation. The thoughtful amenities made life easier, and I truly appreciated the seamless experience. She told me all the things I need to do, how to get to the place, etc. without me asking. Her caretaker were very helpful too. I would definitely go back to her place again. The scenic view of Taal lake from the property was breathtaking. It’s in a fantastic, walkable area – we were able to explore local cafes and parks easily. The host was incredibly welcoming, and the space itself was cozy and well-equipped. Highly recommend!
