Renta de casas vacacionales en Cavriago

La casa è molto ben curata nei dettagli. Peccato x l'aria fresca altrimenti avremmo fatto il bagno in piscina. Bellissimo giardino molto ben curato. La cucina è enorme. Molto simpatica anche la proprietaria del bar difronte alla casa. Non saprei cosa aggiungere. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e siamo stati benissimo. Complimenti a Miriam da tutti noi.

Maria Teresa è stata una padrona di casa perfetta. Non solo ci ha fatto sentire a casa nella sua splendida corte, fornendoci tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno e molto di più, ma ci ha raccontato anche la storia della sua splendida famiglia che in quella casa ha vissuto tanti momenti importanti per la storia italiana durante la seconda guerra mondiale. Ci ha coccolato con le sue squisite torte e fatto viaggiare con la memoria nel suo territorio e anche oltre oceano, con racconti che ci porteremo nel cuore con tanto affetto. Speriamo di incontrarla di nuovo, perché le persone come lei sono un vero tesoro!

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche, in absoluter Ruhe mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön - es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und bietet Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt. Leider konnten wir ihn nur 2x nutzen, aufgrund der Wetterlage. Die Aussicht vom Poolbereich ist traumhaft, Abschalten und Genießen. In der Nähe gibt es gute Restaurants, eine Empfehlung lag in der Wohnung aus. Die Entfernung zum Meer/Städten ist trotz der ruhigen Lage gut.

11/10, would more than recommend if you have a car. Francesco is an amazing host and the pictures do this Beautiful place not justice, it looks even better in real life. We definetly want to return.

Ad un prezzo assolutamente contenuto, abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare per il periodo di capodanno nei quattro appartamenti di Katia, che ci sono piaciuti moltissimo! Le case erano piacevolmente molto pulite e ben curate, con tutto l’essenziale per un ottimo soggiorno in compagnia, anche grazie all’ampio parcheggio a nostra disposizione, molto apprezzato visto che avevamo sette macchine. Grazie ai divani letto comodi, così come i letti e al riscaldamento ben funzionante abbiamo tutti dormito bene. Gli appartamenti sono perfetti per grandi gruppi, noi eravamo in 21 per una sera, e la possibilità di essere in appartamenti adiacenti all’interno dello stesso edificio, per noi è stato perfetto. Il contesto è assolutamente tranquillo e piacevole, ideale per rilassarsi per qualche giorno ed essere a qualche tornante dai primi bar e ristoranti. Consiglio a tutti, anche per grandi gruppi, e ringrazio nuovamente Katia e la sua assistente sul posto, sempre disponibili e chiare!

Appartement très propre, mais je n'avais pas vu qu'il n'y avait que deux petites fenêtres ce qui rend l'appartement sombre il n'y a pas de fenêtre dans les chambres ce qui est dommage, la vue est magnifique très calme et reposant. Le logement est bien chauffée même un peu trop nous avons eu chaud, j'ai pas réussi à baisser la température mais j'ai pas demandé non plus. Sinon le jacuzzi et le bain turc étaient bien agréable. Je recommande quand même l'appartement pour se reposer au calme d'un petit village charmant avec tout le nécessaire à proximité. Andrea est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Merci

Siamo stati (2 coppie di adulti) dal 24 al 27 aprile ospiti di Anna Maria. Casa molto bella, come da descrizione, nella campagna vicino Felino. È situata su una collinetta contornata da verde. È vicino a Felino ma è sempre necessario prendere l'auto per muoversi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono vari supermercati ed ottimi ristoranti (consiglio la Culatelleria a Sanguinaro) Ottima come punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni (abbiamo visto Parma, Fontanellato, Sala Baganza, Castello di Torrechiara). È stato un bel soggiorno. Host disponibile e gentile.

Ci siamo sentiti come a casa fin da subito! Il giardino è stato il paradiso per il nostro cane e la tranquillità del luogo.. un paradiso per noi! La villa è dotata di ogni comfort ed immersa nella natura pur essendo facilmente accessibile dalla strada principale, che tuttavia non dà nessun disturbo dato il poco passaggio di auto. Host gentile e prontamente disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza. Super consigliato!

Luxury in Milan: First, if you are wondering about the host, you shouldn't. Paola is the perfect combination of professional and personal. She was an amazing host, who met us at the door and made us feel right at home. It's clear that she loves her city, and was excited to share with us many restaurant and experience recommendations that were perfect. She was very responsive to communications, and went out of her way to help us with a luggage issue our son had. The living space is Immaculately clean, with separate upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, both with spacious showers. It's a combination of uncluttered but still decorated very tastefully. The appliances work very well, and there is good AC if you need it. The WiFi is blazing fast (>500Mbps). The main bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed. The location is ideally located: a short, safe walk to both the station and city center. If we are lucky enough to return to Bologna, we would certainly stay here again.

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Besonders angenehm war der Parkplatz an der Unterkunft und der schöne kleine Garten, indem man sich vom Sightseeing erholen kann. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Estupendamente comunicado, teniendo cerca hitos como Bolonia, Ferrara, Módena, Ravenna... Pese a estar muy cerca del aeropuerto, nunca nos molestaron los aviones. Bien climatizado, con habitaciones grandes y camas cómodas en la planta superior. Buena mesa y televisiones (una en uno de los dormitorios y otra más grande, en el salón). Todo muy limpio, cocina muy bien equipada. Plaza de aparcamiento propia en la misma puerta. Buena comunicación y amabilidad. Como punto mejorable, podríamos hablar de la bañera, clásica pero un poco incómoda.

Very nice apartment located within walking distance of train station which was great for day trips to Parma and Verona. Downstairs layout is living room, kitchen, laundry room (separate washer and dryer), and bathroom. Upstairs are both bedrooms and bathroom with tub/shower combo. Bedrooms are almost identical and have closets with plenty of hangers, vanity space, a chair, end tables, and their own heat/ac system. Beautifully decorated with touches important to travelers - hooks, easily accessible outlets, soap, extra blankets and pillows. Didn’t try public busses but looked easy enough. Can also walk to city center or uber.

We spent one night on our way to Italy. Stefano was welcoming us and showed the place to us personally. Village and area is beautiful even in winter. Could spend easily more time there. House was clean, we had everything we needeed and all went very well. Can recommend! Mille Grazie!

Great location to catch a flight. Felt right at home. The apartment was fully equipped with everything. The is also a bus which takes you at the airport in 5 minutes if you don't wanna walk. Thank you very match for a stress free stay! ☺️

This is a lovely little house within easy walking distance of everywhere you want to go. It’s less than a 15 min walk from the train station, and 5-7 mins from Neptunes Fountain. We travelled with 2 teenagers and it was a great, safe area to walk around at night. There are some comments about the house being small but it is exactly as described - 2 bedrooms upstairs (good sizes), a kitchen and bathroom, and a lounge which we used as a sofa bed room. Lovely garden which is a nice quiet outdoor space in a city. Would stay here again if we returned to Bologna.

Eine tolle Unterkunft auf der Spitze eines Hügels in einem malerischen Ort. Das Haus mit Grundstück war für uns ideal, Innen etwas dunkel. Viel Platz und toll war auch die Waschmaschine und der Holzpelletsofen für frische Abende. Von hier aus eine Stunde zu den Cinque Terre und eine halbe Stunde zum Outlet. Bei kleinen Problemen haben wir sofort Hilfe erhalten.

Roby a été un hôte très accueillant, le logement correspond à la description faite. Et concernant notre arrivée, cela s’est fait de manière très fluide. L’environnement est magnifique et très calme.

Tutto come mi aspettavo,Mauro molto gentile e disponibile. Per chi vuole visitare cinque terre,oppure la La Spezia e ottimo,immerso nel verde,silenzio,natura,ottimo ristorantino proprio di fronte alla casa,cucina genuina,proprietari gentilissimi .

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.
