The Farmhouse is on an Angus cattle farm rural Summerhill, New York. Enjoy a morning coffee watching the sunrise on the porch, an evening watching the sunset, and stargazing by the campfire making s’mores. This space combines vintage and mid-century modern with contemporary comforts and amenities. Conveniently located 15 minutes from Cortland, 30-40 minutes from Skaneateles, Ithaca, Syracuse, Auburn, and 50 minutes from Binghamton. This is a great place to unwind after exploring Central NY.

The homestead is just 7 miles from the charming Skaneateles Lake, 20 minutes to downtown Syracuse, and on the cusp of the Finger Lakes with many local breweries & wineries within a few minute drive! Petticoat Junction @ Turn Back Time

Step back in time at the Shady Rest Hotel at Petticoat Junction, part of the Turn Back Time cabins at Southern Tier Stables in beautiful Moravia, New York. Just a few minutes’ drive from Fillmore Glen State Park, this quaint cabin in the woods sleeps 4 in twin-size bunk beds. The cabin has a small table and 2 chairs, and a pond outside the door. A step above tent camping, but not quite glamping, this location is perfect for getting away from technology and reconnecting with nature.

Charming 1830s Farmhouse

Charming 1830s farmhouse. Conveniently located between Ithaca and Geneva. Trumansburg is a short 10 minute drive with access to restaurants, bowling, and cute little shops. Close access to waterfalls, hikes, cideries, wineries, breweries, restaurants and more. We raise sheep on pasture and grow shiitake mushrooms in the woods. We have fruit trees and a small garden. The house is very spacious, with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Plenty of space to hang out, cook, and play games.

The property is located on 3 acres, overlooking Owasco Lake. It is a rural area, approximately six miles south of Emerson Park in Auburn, NY. Auburn is the home and final resting place of Harriet Tubman and William Seward. Other places of interest are Aurora (McKenzie-Childs), Approximately 15 miles away; Ithaca, 35 miles south; Rochester, about 75 minutes away, and Niagara Falls, 2.5 hours away. Owners reside on the same road, close by the rental property.

Our rustic lodge sits on 29 scenic acres in upstate NY, featuring high ceilings, antique farm pieces, and taxidermy throughout. Enjoy a stocked pond, trails, wildlife, gardens, hot tub, pool, pool table, ping-pong, piano, darts, and more. Need more space? Message us to add on A-Frame cabins to sleep up to 10. Strigo Farmhouse

Come and stay in our completely renovated modern farmhouse. This awesome house contains all modern conveniences, including central AC, heat, and high speed WiFi. Our nightly price covers up to 12 guests. Kids are always welcome. Just let us know who you're bringing so we can accommodate (need the high chair, pack n' play, etc. Let us know!).
