Great Place!! I had a wonderful stay at this place! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The check-in process was straightforward, with clear instructions that made getting in super simple. The place itself was spotless and well-kept, with a modern, cozy feel that made it easy to settle in right away. One of the highlights was definitely the view—it was absolutely beautiful and added a really peaceful vibe to the whole stay. The location was also really convenient, with shops and stores just a short walk away, which made grabbing essentials or a quick bite incredibly easy. Overall, it was a comfortable, relaxing experience, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-managed place to stay.

A very good and safe location, just walking distance to the mall. The surrounding is very clean and good security. Chona respond me when we have Internet problems although the number that they provided didn't work but still they addressed my concerns, overalls it was a pleasant stay we appreciate it.

I'm usually in Cebu once every 3 months, and this place has become my home away from home. This was my 4th (?) time staying in this unit, and like how clean and homey it feels. Vom Check-In bis zum Check-Out war diese Unterkunft nichts anderes als sehr empfehlenswert! Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man ist in der Nah an ziemlich alles und die Unterkunft selber ist sehr bequem und sauber. Dies alles zu einem extrem vernünftigen Preis. 10/10

The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

We had a very pleasant two-night stay at this spacious and well-maintained three-bedroom unit. It was a lovely place to be with our kids—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a full kitchen and laundry facilities, which made things extra convenient. The outdoor community is a bit dated and the roads around the area could use some improvement. That said, it was great to see other kids around for ours to play with, which made the experience more enjoyable for them. Overall, it’s a great place for both short stays, especially if you’re looking for a quiet and functional home base. We were also able to easily order food in when needed. Thanks for a smooth and relaxing stay!

Anita is a great host. Very accommodating with check in/out times. Quick response to messages. The accommodation is in a nice secure location with a decent grocery store pool and gym pretty close to the house. No a/c but lots of fans provided along most of cutlery and cooking utensils that anyone needs.

I booked this villa for my family, and they had an incredible stay! The property was absolutely stunning—spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. They especially loved the private pool and jacuzzi, which made the experience feel extra luxurious and relaxing. The host was thoughtful, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. My family came back raving about how peaceful and enjoyable their stay was. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Santi’s place! The space was extremely clean, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The host communicated well and always responded in a timely manner. We also had the pleasure of meeting her, she’s an absolute sweetheart! The location was perfect for us, with a supermarket, pharmacy, and spa all nearby. We loved the convenience of having everything we needed within walking distance, without having to rely on transportation. We also had the convenience of the gym and pool during our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would highly recommend it!
