The interior of the house was spacious and very clean. The kids enjoyed the 3rd floor game room/movie room.

We stayed at Christine’s property for my sister’s bachelorette weekend. We all love the outdoors and this location provided a beautiful and peaceful weekend which is what we all were hoping for. The waterfront view was incredible and we loved getting to make breakfast in the large kitchen. Will definitely be planning to come back to Christine’s property in the future!

Perfect stay for a couples getaway weekend. The house is beautiful and Jessica is an amazing host. It was a fantastic experience being so close to nature and Chesapeake city. The waterfront view is priceless. I will definitely be staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay and the peaceful surroundings. The house is very charming, and well maintained. It was clean and spacious and matched the pictures. The view is beautiful and you can see the water from the windows and porches. Trey was a great host, very responsive and helpful whenever we reached out with questions. Would definitely recommend and we would love to come back for another visit.

Our stay at Cece's Boho Cottage was excellent. It started with an egg hunt around the yard for my boys along with some sweet treats for all to enjoy. Cece gave amazing restaurant suggestions along with local hikes and shops. If you happen to forget something, Cece thought of it! We loved morning coffee on the back porch with the rising sun, comfy beds, and enough space to spread out. Thank you for sharing your adorable cottage with us! We are already trying to plan a trip back!

The property is amazing and met the needs of our entire family. The area is beautiful and peaceful. We set out to make new Thanksgiving memories and this location was absolutely perfect! We stayed at this absolutely beautiful home of Toni and Freds for 4 wonderful weeks! Toni had provided us with everything that we needed and more ! The home is amazing in every respect... spotless, spacious, beautifully decorated, well stocked with anything that you could ever want or need . The gourmet kitchen is a delight ! I can't say enough about the supplies that are available.. Toni clearly knows how to make everything comfortable. Even a lovely coffee/ breakfast area , A Smores Tray , goodies all over for snacking, tv's in almost every room , a beautiful wet bar with fridge , etc etc . We have stayed in many Air BnB's but Toni and Fred win the 1st Place award with their home ... best we have ever experienced. We miss this beautiful home and beautiful Chesapeake City . Cannot wait to visit Lock St again ! PS Toni went out of her way to communicate and check with us to see if all was ok . A +++ all the way !

Best Airbnb experience we have had to date! House was completely furnished with so many extras! Plenty of towels, pillows, utensils and even shower/toiletry amenities. There were also so many extra personal touches that were not expected. These hosts go above and beyond making you feel appreciated! Don’t hesitate…book it! If we are ever in that area again, this will be the only place we look to book! Loved our stay here!

Took a trip to the Lancaster area with my mom, and our stay at Kathryn’s space was nothing short of wonderful; very clean, smelled fresh, spacious interior, and lots of privacy. Definitely will book this space in the future and highly recommend for others traveling to this area.

Wow I cannot say enough about Jeanne's place, it met our needs for lots of sleeping spaces, lots of seating spaces for individual chats among our family group, but still intimate enough that all of us could be engaged at the same time. The layout of the property was top notch, well thought out, beautiful use of architecture and nautical/shipbuilding materials and theme flowing throughout. The views from inside the house overlooking the creek were amazing, everyone loved the loft room with the window, and the waterfront wildlife was nonstop from arrival. Everything was well stocked and super clean, and it was easy to get in and out of the house. Great area, great place to getaway and recharge. LOVE LOVE LOVED THIS PLACE. Would not think twice if I needed to stay here again. Definitely!

What a great place to stay! Everything I needed, beautifully and thoughtfully set up, a block from downtown, and an pleasant walk (or drive) to the Chester River right through the historical section of town, especially in the morning or early evening when everything is peaceful. Many thoughtful touches upon arrival - right down to biscuits for the dog - and helpful things like a basket of travel sized toiletries in case I'd left something behind. The hosts were easily available if needed but explanations were clear and everything intuitively set up, so I didn't need a thing. Thanks, Beth and Bob!

Our stay was too short as we were just traveling through but it will be a destination next time. The accommodations were wonderful and the surroundings were so beautiful and peaceful, I could have sat on the deck all day. Wilma was a gracious host and the eggs, bread, milk and treats were delicious. My 8 year old son loved all of the farm animals, especially the barn cats who were actually friendly. Wilma and her son took the time to show us around the farm. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul and Erma's place. It had all that we needed for a weekend get away. It was close to our destination and was perfect for just relaxing when we got back. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was easy to find, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. We stayed at this house for two nights to celebrate my daughter’s 15th birthday and it was awesome! My daughter and her friends enjoyed kicking their soccer ball around the patio, playing the patio games, hopping in the hot tub, sunbathing, and relaxing. They also enjoyed s’mores over the firepit at night and even got to see fireworks going off in the distance over the water. So many great memories were made. We will be back someday but next time we’ll bring along my husband and son, too!

We stayed with Wayne and Kathleen for three nights and loved our stay. Its a cozy cottage that sits above a beautiful, whimsical garden. We actually bumped into Wayne a couple times - great guy who made us feel right at home if we needed something but didnt hover - the perfect balance! This couple has loaded this place with all the amenities you could ask for. We felt like we were staying at a upstate new england B&B. Highly recommended, we hope to stay again!

Lovely little cabin with direct access to a BEAUTIFUL stream with visits by bald eagles and deer. If you forgot something, the cabin was equipped with EVERYTHING, like first aid, bug spray sun-block, like coffee sugar, fake sugar, toiletries, a hundred DVDs (I don't think they get cable). On and on. I didn't need anything, but if I did I'm sure I'd find it in the cabin. - I'm a deep dive meditator and sat by the river sometimes, on the close lower deck other times. There are other cabins there, but not too close.

This was my first airbnb , it was so nice and well kept.I took my wife away for our 36th wedding anniversary and we loved your place.we used the outside fire pit every night.ate at the local diners and enjoyed the peace and quiet.i would like to visit again.....next time I'm bringing my fishing gear. This cottage was the perfect respite for my family. The big panoramic window that looked out over the water was perfect. The house was so comfortable and the hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend a stay here. There isn’t a lot to do in the immediate area, but the university of Delaware was 20 minutes away and Baltimore an hour south. It was a perfect house for a long weekend getaway.

Cocina limpia y con muchas cosas que puedes ocupar igual el baño muy equipada con productos de cuidado personal por si olvidaste algo esta casa lo tiene. Es sorprendente como este alojamiento brinda cada detalle que puedas ocupar dentro y fuera del lugar. Muy limpio toallas y sábanas limpias. Definitivamente lo recomiendo y pienso volver me encantó

There is something truly special about people who live with intention — and every inch of this home reflects that spirit. From the thoughtfully organized materials under the sink to the carefully labeled closets and the beautifully curated “resource room,” it’s clear that this space was created with love, care, and a deep sense of purpose. The property itself is nothing short of remarkable. Winding paths lead you gently down to the water, where we spent time sitting by the stream, journaling, and soaking in the serene beauty. The porch off the kitchen became our peaceful yoga haven, suspended among the treetops, allowing us to move and breathe with nature all around us. Evenings by the fire pit were filled with laughter, simple meals, and heartfelt conversations under the stars. And every night, we closed our day on the lovely porch, listening to the symphony of nature as we sipped wine and reflected with gratitude. Words hardly do justice to how meaningful this experience was.

I stayed here to film my capstone project as a film student. Check in was very easy and the host was super communicative and understanding throughout regarding our needs as a production. This place fit my vision for my film's location perfectly and had gorgeous views of the surrounding forest and countryside.
