Your rental space is a Casita on the back of our garage, it is completely private with its own kitchen bathroom and washer and dryer. It has a private entrance and in reality you only share the property not living quarters. There is a queen sized bed, a roll away and a pullout chair. You have complete control over your HVAC system. It's 30 minutes from us but does not access Zion National Park.

The home is located near Historic downtown Cedar City with shops, groceries, restaurants, city park and the Simon Festival. Cedar City is close to Cedar Breaks National Monument, Brianhead Ski Resort, Bryce Canyon, Zion, and other National Parks. We live downstairs if you need anything.
