Esta espaciosa casa nueva de dos dormitorios tiene una vista espectacular al océano. En días despejados se puede ver la Isla de Vieques. La urbanizacion Las Gaviotas es tranquila y segura. La casa fue construida por un oficial de la Marina retirado que navegó por el mundo en los años 50 y 60 y luchó en la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Su casa le recordaba sus días de navegante. Puede sentarse afuera, ver el océano o disfrutar de la vida nocturna en la marina Puerto del Rey.
