Die Wohnung von Nikola ist sehr gemütlich. Sie wurde wahrscheinlich für eine Familie in den 80ern hergerichtet, ohne dabei zu sparen. Seitdem wurden beide Bäder, offensichtlich kürzlich, wunderschön ganz neu gemacht. Es bietet locker Platz für eine größere Familie und es ist absolut alles da, was man brauchen kann. Die Tage waren sehr kalt und die Wohnung sehr warm, mit Zentralheizung, was mir viel angenehmer war als die übliche Klimaanlage, mit der man auch heizen kann. Die Klimaanlage ist übrigens auch vorhanden. Ich habe sehr kurzfristig buchen müssen und habe ein wenig Bedenken gehabt, weil die Wohnung als Raucherwohnung gelistet ist. Zum Glück war vom Tabakgeruch nichts zu spüren. Nikola war sehr nett und locker und hat mich am letzten Tag länger bleiben lassen, was für mich von großem Wert war, danke dafür. Er hat immer sofort auf meine Nachrichten geantwortet.

Nice and spacious apartment. Apartment had everything it needed, well stocked. Good location, close to the Bohemian quarter. Great host, good recommendations for places to visit and eat, easy to communicate with.

Marija çok iyi bir evsahibi. Bütün sorularımıza kısa zamanda cevap verdi. Ev anlatıldığı ve resimlerdeki gibiydi. Tren istasyonu ve otobüs istasyonuna çok yakındı,5 dk yürüme mesafesinde . Merkeze yürümekle 10 dk mesafede. Bütün görülmesi gereken yerlere yürüyerek ulaşım çok kolay.. Ev , yataklar, banyo ve tuvalet gayet temizdi.. Hatta tuvalet iki taneydi. Kalabalık aileler için de çok uygun. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Daire, bu alanda uzmanlaşmış bir apartmanda yer alıyordu. Biz 12 numaralı dairede, binanın 6. katında konakladık. Asansör oldukça hızlıydı ve güvenilir bir izlenim bıraktı. Konum olarak merkeze 10 dakika, havalimanı otobüs durağına 10 dakika ve otobüs terminaline 15 dakika mesafedeydi. Dairenin içi son derece temizdi ve daha ilk anda bize huzurlu bir ortam sundu. Eğlence açısından, TV box ihtiyacımızı fazlasıyla karşıladı ve 40 Mbps hızındaki internet sayesinde geceleri rahatça içerik izleyebildik. Ev sahibi oldukça kibar ve yardımseverdi. Tekrar gitme fırsatım olursa, bu daireyi tereddütsüz yeniden tercih ederim.

Elena's place was very clean! I am picky and it met my standards. The kitchen had great amenities. The overall location was close to everything, great for exploring the Old Town & city. Elena was very responsive to our needs. We had trouble locating the place (it was a bit tricky), but we were unable to open the instructions due to no wifi while traveling internationally. Once we were able to open the instructions, it was all clear. You do not enter the building from the street side, but from inside the secured inner courtyard parking area. The entrance to the building is old, but once you open the door to Elena's place it is modern, roomy & comfortable!

Geniş, ferah, tertemiz bir evdi. Gerçekten çok memnun kaldım. Konum olarak çarşıya yürümek isterseniz biraz mesafe var ama ben scooter kiralayarak gittim, çok da keyifli oldu. Arabanız varsa hiç düşünmeyin zaten. Yatak rahat, çift kişilik ve geniş. Üsküp’te apartman üzerinde isim ya da no yazmadığı için ayrıntılar kısmındaki giriş yönergelerinde fotoğraflardan apartmanı çok kolay bulursunuz. Aradığınız her şey evde mevcut. (Portmanto dolabında terliklere kadar…) Bojan sorularıma açıklayıcı dönüşler yaptı. Bilmeniz gereken şeylerden biri banyoda taharet musluğu olmadığı. Genelde Türk turistlerin ziyaret ettiğini düşünürsek en azından bir maşrapa koyulabilir. Her şey için teşekkürler, bu evi özleyeceğim :)

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sasko hat uns persönlich begrüßt und mit vielen hilfreichen Informationen versorgt. Die Wohnung war perfekt für 2 Personen. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Man ist super schnell im Zentrum der Stadt. Sasko antwortet immer blitzschnell und sehr freundlich. Absolute Empfehlung.

Marija’nın evinde 4 kişi konakladık. Ev merkeze yürüyerek 10-15 dk uzaklıkta ve güzel bir semtte bulunuyor. 4 kişi için oldukça yeterli. İhtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu. Isınma konusunda problem yaşamadık. Ev sahibi her sorumuza hızlı dönüş sağladı. Sadece tekli yataklar biraz rahatsızdı bir tek onu söyleyebilirim. Onun dışında memnun kaldık. teşekkürler Marija

Najbolji i najljepsi stan u Skopju u kojem sam bila,a bila sam u puno stanova. Na odličnoj lokaciji,stan je izvrsno opremljem,čist i uredan. Osijecala sam se kao da sam doma. Svakako ću ponovno bookirati ovaj stan.

As the name says this is definitely a super cute little studio, the cutest accommodation I have ever stayed. Located in a calm and safe area, easy to go walk and also to park the car. Plenty of good coffees and restaurants around. Supermarkets near. The host is super kind and friendly. Gave all the details for the check in so clearly. I stayed one month but I could easily stay there a whole year. Totally worth the price. Once again congrats for such a nice apartment and thank for letting me had a great time there.

Although we arrived at the apartment quite late due to delays and problems with car rental, Risto gave us a briefing about the house on site and helped us adapt to the region and the city quickly. A very warm home welcomes you inside the architecture close to brutalism that reminds you the period of the apartments building date. Definitely one of the first choice points in the region, thank you Risto.

I had such a pleasant month-long stay at this home~! Wonderfully located within few minutes walking distance to two malls, the center, restaurants, theatre; taxi was always available just in front of the location to take me further if I wished to not walk. Inside, tv has tons of programs, and high speed internet alllowed me to work from there and take video calls without issues. The main bathroom was updated with a spacious shower and very clean - something I always look for in a location. The guest bathroom was equally clean- took me a moment to figure out that the hot water switch was there and that I had accidentally turned off )). The hosts were super accomodating with towels and linens. I ever figured out the washer/drier combo usage. Kitchen is fully equipped with massive fridge for a large family next to a large dining room table that sits six comfortably. Very quiet place at night, and I enjoyed the spacious terrace many afternoons and late evenings. Recommend checking it out.

Tolle Wohnung, wahnsinns Ausicht auf die Stadt, empfehlenswert!

Dragan Bey bizi kapıda karşıladı. Mesajlarımıza çok hızlı cevap verdi. Evde her şey düşünülmüş. Buzdolabında su, çikolata ve çay ikramı vardı. Ev temiz ve bakımlı. Muhiti güzel. Hemen dairenin dibinde alışveriş merkezi var. 2 araçla geldik. Park sorunu yok. Eve girmek kolay. Konuk için her şey düşünülmüş. Tekrar gelirsem burada kalırım. Burayı herkese tavsiye ederim.

Mooi appartement met gaaf uitzicht. Schoon, nieuw, ruim, compleet. Je moet wat stapjes doorlopen voordat je binnen bent, maar de uitlegis duidelijk. Parkeergarage is een doolhof zonder bordjes die naar de uitgang wijzen…..😉

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad in het ruime appartement. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door de ouders, die onder wonen. Mooie stalling voor onze huurauto en de zelfgestookte raki smaakte prima. Heerlijk balkon, alleen vroeg in de ochtend nogal wat hanengekraai. Dat hoort een beetje bij het platteland. Locatie is op steenworp van vliegveld en snelweg naar Skopje om de hoek. Een aanrader!
