This was such a great little place. The home itself was cozy, neat and quiet. The farm was such an added benefit! (Yes, we definitely fed the donkeys and sheep!!) Burgess Falls and Cummins Falls were less the 20min from the stay! Perfect little get away!

We had a great peaceful weekend here! Everything felt clean and fresh. It felt super homey and cozy. Not much to do around here but that’s exactly what I wanted to get away from the city and we didn’t need to leave the cabin!

We came to stay in the area for a wedding. The place was so quite and very enjoyable, and questions or Issues Will was quick to answer us. We unexpectedly had to extend our stay by one day and Will worked with us to make that happen. We had a fantastic time at the farmhouse and if our travels take us toward McMinnville again we will definitely make the effort to stay there again.

The home was private and had amazing views! My family and I had our Thanksgiving during our trip and it was perfect. Kaela was very responsive and accomodating. We look forward to staying again!

Visiting family in the area and location was excellent. Home was spotless and they allowed my well behaved 10 year old dog and cat to stay. Outside porch/deck area was very comfortable and serene. Loved spending time there enjoying nature. Be sure to visits their shops downtown and introduce yourself. Very friendly and great places to shop. Sparta is a wonderful area and offers something for everyone. I’ll definitely be renting again.

Very peaceful being right off of the river! The house was very accommodating for our large family of 7 and could have accommodated more considering there were a couple of sofa beds. The furniture was nice, comfortable and clean in the living room and bedrooms. Lots of towels and extra linens! Shower products as well as an accessible washer and dryer were also nice and available. Our kids loved playing outside, fishing, and playing ping pong which were all provided! Jessica was an amazing host! She responded quickly and was flexible with checking in and out. The only downfall was not being able to open any windows in the sunroom off of the main bedroom considering it was 80-90° outside during the day. The house is in a great location with an easy walk to downtown Sparta. Beautiful outdoor property!

This is easily one of my favorite airbnb experiences so far. The home is lovely, and the host is very kind. The back yard was great for stargazing and a little disc golf practice! There were plenty of dishes and cooking basics to make a nice meal. Overall, this place is so cozy and located within 5 minutes of anything in town. I would gladly stay again!

The space was warm and welcoming. The kitchen had a plethora of spices, pots, and pans. The bathrooms were spotless and the view from the living room and upstairs bedroom was immaculate. From check in to check out it was easy as pie. Jerry & Wendy responded to every message within 30 minutes and was very proactive in the check-in process. Already looking to rebook with them next year for our getaway.

If you’re looking for a peaceful, private, cozy, comfy retreat, look no further! We loved everything about Ron and Joyce’s place. They obviously care very much about their guests’ experience and have included too many thoughtful details to mention. We really couldn’t have been happier and only wish we could have stayed longer.

This home is a true gem! The view alone of the green pastures and landscape from the den alone are spectacular. The loft is very comfortable and spotless clean with amenities to make a stay perfect. Slept with fresh cool Tennessee air like a champ and started each day perfect while working in the area. Kevin and Stacie are awesome hosts that have created a unique accommodation. Friendly waves from neighbors and walks along the sidewalks of Main Street are a bonus. A comfortable space for a getaway anytime. We will be back! We loved the place so much that we're going to have a retreat there. The ambiance, the surroundings of forest and waterfalls at City Park were amazing. Lots of cool restaurants and things to do.

This place is incredible. If you want to hike you have many great places to hike in a short drive. If you like to hang out in town, Sparta is a 5 minute drive to meet some locals and have some good food and drinks. If you want to just get away the house was immaculate. Very comfortable and private. As soon as we pulled in the driveway we knew how well kept the house would be. It was a wonderful trip. I can’t wait to get back to hike the other trails. Carol could not have been a better host. She has just about everything available for your stay, including your first breakfast in the fridge. She treated us with kindness and joy and said that if we needed anything else, to let her know. The surroundings are beautiful and the pond is so peaceful to sit and admire. We had a great time with the catch and release fishing. You will thoroughly enjoy your stay with Carol. It is a joyous and unique experience.

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights here with our pup. It was perfectly relaxing, peaceful and had all the things we needed to enjoy our stay. There’s plenty of kitchen appliances, coffee and coffee maker, games, yoga mat, bubble bath supplies, streaming services etc I could go on and on. They have really thought of everything you could possibly need to enjoy a peaceful quiet stay here. We will be recommending this to our friends! Thanks Anthony!

This home was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet and peaceful. We were here early March and weather was sunny. You can take in the views without the leaf foliage at this time. Perfect for a quick little get away! Quiet and peaceful place to unplug and relax, especially in the hot tub. Blackstone, indoor gel fuel fireplace, fire pit, games, bathroom essentials and so much more provided. We will definitely be back!! Kassidy was a great host and very responsive with any questions/concerns.

The Little Lake house was a wonderful experience for me and my boyfriend! The location was quiet and we were able to unwind and relax. Entering the home, we were impressed by how spotless and clean the living space was. There were plenty of utensils, bathroom supplies, kitchen equipment etc. for us to use as well. The bedrooms were clean and had extra blankets to use out in the living space. Jeff and Jill were very communicative and responded quickly to any questions or comments! I would recommend this home as there are a lot of nature trails/falls to visit surrounding the area. It’s a wonderful place to wind down and relax in where you can just sit outside and listen to nature!

We absolutely loved this little cabin! So cozy and peaceful. Also loved seeing the Bull, horses, and goats all nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I didn’t want to plan a huge trip after our wedding so we decided to go hike at Fall Creek Falls to celebrate. Lana’s cabin was the perfect place to stay while we did that. We enjoyed the hot tub, grill, and fire pit. We’d definitely recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a nice private place near so many beautiful state parks.
