I would recommend this place to anyone. It was just what we were looking for. The jacuzzi in the room was a gem. We were able to park right in front of our room. It felt safe and it was near town. Very kind staff… they ironed one of my shirts. 🥹

We just had a 5-day stay at Drew's apartment at Playa Grande. Absolutely loved the location, easy access in and out, walkability to the beach and restaurants, great room sizes, large deck, pool option, and excellent commucation from the owners. Definitely great value for the price!

Pike and Hillary have gone way beyond any possible expectations! They are such kindhearted and warm people, part of a beautiful family. The location is perfect - walkable to go to the center, but far enough to be in peace, enjoying the beautiful garden and relaxing on a hammock while cuddling their beautiful dogs. They made available bikes free of charge to make the commute to the center even easier. The accommodation is very quiet and comfortable. It has everything we need, and more: a comfortable bed, a fan, a functional kitchen with equipment such as a blender and a coffee machine, and a bathroom with shampoo, conditional, and shower gel. They also made available bed sheets and towels (and beach towels). The WiFi connection is stable, and they made available to us some options for excursions and tours (although they were best placed to help finding the right options and discover this beautiful island). Don’t hesitate a second! Pike and Hillary are the best hosts.

Mi hija y yo quedamos encantadas y agradecidas con Luz, es una persona muy amable, te apoya bastante, siempre fue muy atenta, el lugar está cerca de restaurantes, centro, playas, fácilmente para caminar sobre sus calles y playa que están prácticamente a 10-15 min. también cerca de los water taxi que te llevan a Caye coulker que es hermoso, definitivamente y sin duda regresaría a hospedarme de nuevo con ella. gracias Luz por tus atenciones

Un lugar cómodo y céntrico

Federico’s was a great host, let me check in early at 11am. Located on the highest floor of a well maintained building. Clean with everything I needed. Place has great consistent wifi and allows for uninterrupted video calls if working remotely. Great airflow with two large sliding windows. Highly recommended.

Nos hospedamos 5 noches con mi familia. El departamento esta muy bien! Agradable, cómodo, amplio y, aunque encontramos vajilla sucia al ingresar, el departamento estaba limpio y ordenado. El complejo donde está ubicado esta un poco deteriorado, aunque cuando llegamos estaban pintando. Bien por eso! La ubicación es muy muy buena! Cerca de la playa y de lugares para comer. Super-recomendable!

El lugar es muy lindo, tiene una vista hermosa.

Siempre es muy comodo regresar al apartamento de José y Rosa. Ya somos clientes frecuentes.

Milena was a great host, her place is very nice and is located in a great area near bus stops, places to eat and stores. I would definitely stay at her place if I ever go to Nicaragua again.

Vale totalmente la pena, la villa está súper equipada, limpia, ordena. Luciano súper amable respondía nuestras dudas a tiempo y con amabilidad. Sin duda es un lugar donde volvería cada vez que visite Santa Teresa. Únicamente la calle del ingreso a la villa no está en tan buen estado pero sin embargo si logra llegar sin mayor problema.

Muy buena experiencia y el año pasado ya habia estado en la misma torre pero fue otra anfitriona la que me atendio y tambien estuvo bien pero con Gabriel fue mas pronta la atencion y es muy seguro que regrese de nuevo .

Loida fue super amable y hospitalaria, nos explico todo con mucha paciencia y nos hizo sentir como en casa, definitivamente volvería otra vez ☺️

We had an amazing experience at the tree house. I am so thankful we found her listing online and decided to give it a try. I could have sat on the outdoor patio all day long watching the birds, the sunsets, and the peaceful surroundings. I loved watching the white throated magpie jays eat the papaya right off the balcony. They were so fun to watch. We loved seeing the hummingbirds and green parrots daily as well. Some evenings we heard howler monkeys and every night we were serenaded by frogs. The leaf cutter ants were also a treat to watch as they carried flowers to their house each night! Colleen provided all the information we would possibly need for the surrounding restaurants, beaches, etc. We loved Gracia the onsite restaurant and the infinity pool there. We will definitely be back. Don’t miss Coco Loco and Amigas tacos in Playa Flamingo! Also go on an excursion with Matt’s Tours C.R. muy lindo lugar. el jacuzzi funcionó perfecto. pero había una construcción justo frente al área del balcón donde está el jacuzzi .No pudimos usar el jacuzzi hasta después de las 6pm que los trabajadores de la construcción se fueron ya que los obreros podían ver todo desde arriba y al día siguiente en la mañana el ruido empezó a las 7am. todo lo demás muy bonito. La cama super cómoda, lugar limpio y WiFi funcionando bien. El área en general cerca de centros comerciales y restaurantes en zona 4.

The Host was very responsive to all our requests and accommodations; my family and I had a great time and of course next time I will book though them again, thank you for all your support and assistance.

This Airbnb was just Perfect! The views to the volcanoes were breathtaking. Our honeymoon couldn’t be more beautiful… Jose was very kind he explained everything in the Airbnb and he gave us a few rides to Antigua town. He also was available anytime if we needed something. We are so happy that thanks to him we had a fantastic time in Sky Dancer Airbnb.

EL LUGAR ES IGUAL AL DE LAS FOTOS, MUY HERMOSO EL ESPACIO. SOLO NO TUVIMOS AGUA POR UN DIA, PERO RESOLVIMOS NOSOTROS, AL FINAL A ESO DE LAS 5 PM, REGRESÓ EL AGUA Y TODO BIEN. LA ZONA ES TRANQUILA Y MUY CENTRICO. SE LO RECOMIENDO.

El lugar es bonito, cómodo, seguro, de fácil acceso y me parece que tiene un precio justo. El servicio de los hospedadores es muy bueno y están pendientes incluso de rcordarte si quieres ordenar desayuno !!

We really enjoyed our stay at Manrique’s condo! It is within walking distance of many restaurants and the central park of San Jose. When we had a slight hiccup with our stay, Manrique was quick to make it right! We highly recommend Manrique’s condo and hope to visit again soon!
