Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). Optional log fired hot tub.

Located within walking distance of many restaurants, retail outlets and a gym it is also a 5 minute drive from the town centre as well as having direct routes to Luton, Milton Keynes, Cambridge and more via the A6, B530 and A421 which leads to the M1 junction 13.

At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. A perfect base for riverside walks, cycling and water sports. Mainline train stations Bedford and Sandy are 15 minutes drive away.

Idyllic lakeside Yurt

Traditional Mongolian Yurt, beautifully furnished complete with a wood burning stove to keep you warm even in mid winter. Secluded position in private grounds beside a peaceful lake teeming with ducks, geese, swans, you may even see our kingfishers. It contains a simple kitchen, and there's a private bathroom with basin, proper loo and hot shower very close by.
