Tessa's space is STUNNING! You can feel the love and careful thought that has gone into the creation of it. All the little touches from the fresh flowers to the honey from Queen Victoria to the 'crocs' for use while taking in the gloriousness of the greenspace all added to the thoughtful gestures. Tessa is a great host and truly cares for her guests experiences. Tessa recommended the local Cafe Buster Greens which had AMAZING coffee and delicious breakfasts. It was a short stay but a magnificently sweet one! Thank you, Tessa for hosting us ❤️ xx

This was a last minute stay after our accommodation let us down at the last minute. The hosts could not have been more helpful or responded more quickly. The space is smallish but well thought out and the bathroom is large. Great shower though takes a while to heat up. Great views and privacy yet an easy hop to town. No cooker or hob but there is a microwave - meant we had to rethink our meal plan haha! Loved all the scenery and activities on the peninsula. This is a fab place to stay for a few days.

Diese Unterkunft hat einfach alles was eine hervorragend Unterkunft braucht. Wenn du ein paar Tage in der Stadt verbringen willst und eine moderne stilvolle Wohnung suchst, bist du hier genau richtig. Für mich persönlich bis jetzt die schönste und modernste Wohnung die ich auf Air BnB hatte. Das Gebäude mit den Hohen Decken ist einzigartig und sehr stilvoll. Ich komme wieder

A Magical Step Back in Time Staying at this nearly 150-year-old farmhouse was like stepping into a Hollywood movie set—think timeless charm, rustic beauty, and that cozy, lived-in feeling you can only find in places with real history. The house is absolutely stunning, with original character beautifully preserved. From the creaky wooden floors to the vintage details in every room, it felt like a warm hug from the past. It’s the kind of place where you just want to curl up with a book by the window or sit outside with a cup of coffee and take in the peaceful surroundings. It was incredibly cozy, and you can tell the owners have poured love into maintaining its old soul while making it feel like home. If you’re looking for a unique, soul-soothing escape with serious old-house movie vibes, this is it. I didn’t want to leave!

The property exceeded our expectations, very clean & comfortable, very good facilities provided - and was in a great location where it was easy to walk to restaurants and shops. It was ideal for our needs.

Wonderful spot to stay - well appointed, comfortable, sunny and warm. Lovely outdoor area to catch the sun. Very peaceful and quiet. St Clair is a unique part of Dunedin and it was an easy flat walk down to the beach and its cafes and shops. Handy corner story five minutes walk away. Only a short drive to the inner city. Magic spot to relax.
