This beautiful craftsman style house is over 110 years old and still has all the original woodwork making it cozy and inviting. It is also tastefully decorated with art and antique furniture giving it a very unique and boutique feel. Because the house is perfectly situated between downtown and Washington Park it is ideal for those doing business in the city center or tourists visiting the historic sites. Mary Todd - Love Is Eternal

Our home is from the Victorian era on the southern most point of Lake Springfield. It was completely lost to fire in 1991, and rebuilt. It is spacious, 5000 square feet on two sprawling acres with park like arbors and trees. Mary Todd room celebrates what is inscribed on her wedding ring; the love of family and life together. There is a queen sized bed, armoire for hanging clothes, dresser and desk/chair. The Airbnb cleaning and sanitizing protocol is used to keep the area guest ready.

Historic Poehlman House - 1st floor bedroom

The Historic Poehlman house was finished in 1898 by Conrad Poehlman. Hand crafted into the hillside directly across from Abraham Lincoln’s tomb and rolling hills of the beautiful Oakridge Cemetery. Mr. Poehlman raised 7 boys and 3 girls in the 3 story brick home. Standing tall and modest at the very end of the street of a very quiet neighborhood. The rooms are spacious but cozy enough to make you feel right at home.

Sunset Mountain Forest Privacy

3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the main floor with private entrance, living room, kitchen, and covered deck are all yours in this shared property. Host stays in the separated lower level and the only places shared are the laundry room & outside. Great for families and dog owners attending Purina Farms. Great for weekend getaways. The pool is available May 27th through mid September, 24 hours a day.
