Excelente servicio, ubicación y anfitrión. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí. Siempre atentos desde nuestra llegada al aeropuerto viva Cuba y su gente!!

Massima disponibilitá e flessibilità, ottimo alloggio, l'ho già consigliato a tutti i miei più cari amici! Ci ritornerò sicuramente. A due passi dalla "calle Linea" arteria principale e dall'Havana Libre, ove è possibile trovare mezzi di trasporto per recarsi in qualsiasiasi zona di La Havana. Zona tranquilla. Yani che vi accoglierá all'arrivo, secondo me, è il valore aggiunto di questo alloggio, sempre con il sorriso ed è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza e l'host persona squisita, affabile e gentile con risposte in tempi rapidissimi per qualsiasi soluzione. Consigliatissimo.

O espaço atendeu bem as minhas necessidades principais. O bairro tem muitas opções de restaurantes e cafés. Eletrodomésticos funcionaram bem. O apartamento é no 10o andar, o que permite uma bela vista do bairro, sendo possível ver também o mar, e conta com elevadores. Nereyda é uma pessoa muito atenciosa e bondosa, dando instruções claras e se dispondo a ajudar. O apartamento é bem simples, com um decoração antiga que lembra casa de vó. Não possui wi-fi, o que pode ser um problema para quem tem iphone e precisa usar internet no computador (já que a opção de rotear fica indisponível quando se usa SIM cubano no iphone). Embora a rede elétrica do apartamento seja mais estável pela proximidade de um hospital (segundo informações da anfitriã), em caso de apagões na ilha (aconteceu comigo), se torna necessário usar a escada para lomoção, o que pode ser inviável para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção. Sugiro muito levar bateria extra de celular se for pra Cuba.

Excellent apartment well located in vedado neighborhood. Félix as usual wonderful host. Will stay here again when visiting Havana in the future.

o apartamento é no segundo andar, muito limpo, agradável e espaçoso. Fomos muito bem recebidos por Yirina e recebemos toda orientação necessária sobre transporte, alimentacao... Adoramos a dica do Restaurante D'animas, alocaluzacao é muito próximo de todas as atrações. Voltaremos com certeza...obrigada pela agradável estadia em Havana

This was my second time staying at Maira’s apartment, and once again, it was a great experience. The location is one of the biggest highlights — close to Casa de la Musica, a fantastic live music venue you can walk to for a great night out. For me, parking is essential since I usually rent a car, and this place makes it easy. You can typically park right on the street out front, and there’s also a secure paid lot directly across the street that only costs 300 Cuban pesos per night (about $1.50 USD), which is super convenient — especially in case of a power outage. The apartment is on the third floor with a reliable elevator, and it’s well equipped with all the essentials: a strong working A/C, comfortable space, and a small terrace perfect for cooling off and people-watching after a day exploring Havana. Maira and her nephew, Mr. Piloto, are fantastic hosts. He’s just a quick call away if you ever need anything, and they both go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable.

Merci beaucoup. J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. À une quinzaine de minutes à pieds du centre historique, des commerces à proximité, un rooftop très mignon, l’appartement est plutôt petit mais fidèle à la description et confortable. Merci de tout mon cœur à Géraldine. Souriante et chaleureuse, elle est toujours là pour répondre ou anticiper chacune demande et m’a presque fait sentir faire partie de sa famille pour quelques semaines. Je reviens bientôt avec grand plaisir

This stay was 10s across the board. From the moment we booked our stay Yenir was in contact ready to help plan our stay. Once we arrived in Cuba we were picked up by a taxi coordinated by the team. The house looked exactly like the pictures and as described. Having access to the rooftop was an added plus after a long day. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom having its own bathroom was HUGE. The loaner cell phone came in handy while out exploring! Wifi was available, unless the power was out - which did happen for a couple hours each day. Gretel was always a text away to answer questions and help with booking anything needed. This home is about a 10 minute cab ride to Havana. We preferred that and enjoyed walking this quiet neighborhood, to the Maclecón, walking to dinner and even the store across the street. This will definitely be our spot when we return to Cuba. Thank you to this team for making our first visit to Cuba feel like home! xo

Es un apartamento que recomiendo 100%. Su ubicación es genial, cerca de todo y en especial zona tranquila donde te sientes seguro. Si vuelvo a la habana sera mi primera opción de alojamiento.

This place has the perfect location and walkable to the main attractions. The room was as described and his staff was always friendly and responsive no matter the time. I would definitely stay here every time that I go back.

Simply spectacular! Wow! The pictures don’t do this place justice. As soon as you walk in you are overtaken by the size- it’s huge! At some moments it feels like you’re in a labyrinth and in disbelief that, “wait, there’s more?” This house is a historic structure that has carefully and pristinely maintained. The level of cleanliness and comfort have exceeded 98% of the Airbnbs (and yes, in the US) that we have stayed in (and we have stayed in really nice places). I failed to ask where the mattresses are from, but they feel as if they were intended for royalty. The decor, furniture, flooring, ceiling… everything is perfect. This could easily serve and be described as a mini museum that you get to sleep in. Cary and Felix are exceptional hosts. From the beginning, communication was constant, answered all questions we had almost instantly. As soon as we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, making us feel like family. I can't say enough good things about either this penthouse apartment or these phenomenal hosts! Julio was waiting for us outside the building to walk us through entering the building, using the elevator and which key worked for what. The penthouse itself--a mid-century modern masterpiece with sweeping views of both the city and the ocean--is located in a very nice section of Havana. And definitely inquire about their breakfasts--you probably won't need lunch afterwards!

One of the best airbnb's we ever had! Perfect location, nice restaurants and shops closeby and very close to the centre of Havana. The appartment is perfect, lots of space, great wifi, big kitchen with espresso machine! The best is the rooftop with different terraces where you can relax in the jacuzzi and sit comfortable during day and night with a drink and nice view of the sea and the city! Yoanne and Azaray are the best, they are always available for help and tips. We will come back for sure!

Excelente alojamiento en el Vedado, muy cerca de La Habana vieja. El alojamiento cumplía a la perfección lo descrito en el anuncio y María ha sido una anfitriona 10 dándonos la flexibilidad de entrada y de salida que necesitamos. Se lo recomiendo a todos los que estén buscando un alojamiento en La Habana.

Amazing space! KC took care of us from start to finish from ordering us taxes, find good rates for us and just being available for any mishap we experienced. She was super accommodating and responsive to any question or request we had. Our breakfast was wonderful everyday we had it ordered. Book the space if you’re unsure of how to navigate Havana, she will handle it!

- A great place to stay while in Havana!! Located next to a main street with bus and taxi service. There is a pizzeria across the street and you can get ice cream a short distance away. WIFI is available in the small park next to the apartment complex by purchasing ETESCA access vouchers. Hotel Presidente is 2 blocks away and you can buy tours and the sea wall is 3 blocks away. If you want to experience a true Cuban experience, this is the place!! - Un ottimo posto mentre visitate L'Avana !! Situato vicino ad una strada principale con servizio di autobus e taxi. Vicino, c'è una pizzeria dove si puo gustare una pizza e pasta Cubana. WIFI è disponibile nel giardino acanto il complesso residenziale acquistando una scheda di accesso ETESCA. L'Hotel Presidente si trova vicino dove potrete acquistare tour turistici e il lungo mare altri 300m. Se vuoi una vera esperienza cubana, non sarete delusi!! - Un super endroit pour visiter La Havane !! Situé près d'une route principale avec service de bus et de taxi. À proximité, il y a une pizzeria où vous pourrez déguster une pizza et des pâtes cubaines. Le WIFI est disponible dans le jardin à côté du complexe résidentiel en achetant une carte d'accès ETESCA. L'Hôtel Presidente est situé à proximité où vous pouvez acheter des visites touristiques et la mer ce trouve à 300m.
