We had a wonderful stay at Jovana's place. We were looking for an escape from the city, and this was exactly what we were looking for. It's incredibly quiet, and has everything you need for a chilled time. loungers, beautiful view, bbq. Was a little cold for us to go on the lake to kayak but definitely would have in the summer. The view is incredible as well, all felt very peaceful. All in all, great place to stay. the highlight is definitely the exterior so we didn't spent much time inside but it had all the amenities needed. Thank you!

Our stay at Paradise Lake House was nothing short of amazing! The property was impeccably clean—so spotless that I felt comfortable walking barefoot, which I rarely do in accommodations. Every corner is squeaky clean, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. Location was the perfect place to relax, offering quiet and serene surroundings by the lake, yet still conveniently close to excellent local restaurants. The self-check-in process was smooth and easy, making our arrival hassle-free. We appreciated how everything was clearly explained, allowing us to settle in quickly. A big highlight was Danilo, the property owner. He was incredibly responsive and always available to assist with any questions or offer recommendations for local spots. His attentiveness really made our stay extra special. For anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and peaceful retreat with a great location and a helpful host, Paradise Lake House is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Out of the 4 stays we had on our 9 day trip in Montenegro, our time that we’ve spent in Skadar was the best by far. The location was absolutely stunning. The accommodations are what you pay for. It’s clean and all there, it’s not the newest, but everything works perfectly. The factor which made it magical was the love, commitment, effort the hosts (mom and dad, brother and sister) put into it, to make our stay as perfect as it can be. If you’re looking for a stay around Kotor Bay, this is the perfect place. Djordje and Jasna are the best hosts and are extremely welcoming when you arrive - you may even get a sweet treat at some point in the stay if you’re lucky. With access to a private beach, you’ll have picture-perfect views of the sea and mountains. The hosts even let us use their kayak! We can’t recommend this apartment enough. Prcanj itself is a great village to stay in, with a bakery, supermarket and a couple of fantastic restaurants on the waterfront - it has a quieter vibe to Kotor and does not (yet) feel overrun by coach loads of tourists. It is also arguably prettier than other towns, retaining an authentic feel in its architecture.

Marija haar papa ontving ons en gaf ons alle informatie die we nodig hadden. De communicatie verliep vlot. De grootste troef voor ons was het ruime terras en de kayak die we konden gebruiken. Het domein heeft 2 huisjes die verhuurd worden en elk heeft een terras, de 2 worden gescheiden door een poortje. Er liggen ook 2 kayaks zodat elke huurder een kan gebruiken. De weg naar het huisje is heel smal en hobbelig, maar als je rustig rijdt is het zeker te doen. Het huis van Marija is een aanrader als je het Skadar lake wil verkennen per kayak en een rustige verblijfplaats wil.

We were honestly blown away - quiet literally! Nikola was friendly and professional, right from picking us up on the boat to dropping us back off. He made sure we felt at home, helped when we were stuck for groceries due to flight delays, and even threw in some house extras! The house was well equipped, with free kayaks to use, local restaurant, and the views were simply breathtaking. The only sounds were of birds chirping and boats gurgling. We had a couple of windy days, but that only made the experience more exciting. We had our breakfast on the patio, watched the sunset and stars appear, dipped in the river, bird watched, and went kayaking up to the monastery. Overall, a beautiful house in a breathtaking place of natural beauty, with a superb host... We recommend boating over to the restaurant in the summer. Many times we even watched the friendly restaurant owner pull out fish from the river - It was delicious.

Bojan was incredibly helpful, friendly and proactive in making my stay the best! full of peace, happiness and adventure! best place to have kayak, ride bicycle and have private tranquil moments on the lake. would definitely recommend and I am looking forward to staying again! thank you Bojan!

The most amazing property, in one of the most insane scenery. My family and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The whole experience of being in Montenegro was made better by Ivana’s friendly hostessing of giving us so many great recommendations. There’s not many places you can stay in a 300 years old house and are a few feet from crystal clear waters to swim in everyday. Also the neighbours are lovely!
