It was a fantastic stay in Budva. Veselin is a great host, very welcoming and kind. The villa itself situated in very convenient place, close to the sea (about 10 minutes walk), close to inexpensive restaurants, bakeries and shops. Rooms were clean and cosy. Also villa has a couple of patios for evening silent parties for our huge company. Hope we weren't too noisy and disturbing :)

Great stay at Sveti Stefan, wonderful service by the host and the location is a amazing. The pool and patios are super nice for enjoying the sun and everything that what needed in the apartment. Would definitely come again 😊

My family stayed at Villa for 2 weeks June 2018. Our experience was superb and beyond expected. Location is exceptional, short walk across the street and down a few stairs to the small beach with seafood restaurants and bars. Only 100 yards either directions to small mini markets with all necessities and fresh fruits and veggies if needed. Cab is readily available from this location by phone call or in front of the hotel entrance across the street from Villa. Milocer park entrance is only about 70 yards from this home and you can have a nice stroll every day for 20-30 min towards Sv.Stefan and along Queen's beach boardwalk. Home is very clean and in great condition with beautiful garden and olive trees. We rented top floor apartment and enjoyed gorgeous views from every balcony. Apartment has AC, however in month of June you will likely not need it because of nice breeze you get with opened balconies. Beds are very comfortable for good night sleep and you have plenty of extra bedding in each room. Our host had very welcoming lunch for us with 3 course meal and desert. We also had leftovers enough for 2 more days. Needless to say, meal was delicious and entirely home made. In summery, great value for your money and a lot of extra priceless perks. Obviously, I would love to spend some more time at this place and I'm hoping to re visit in the future.

Pozytywy : -spokojna okolica -bliskość trzech różnych plaż (samochodem kilka minut) - blisko do Kotoru (samochodem około 30 min) i Budwy ( samochodem około 20 min) -wspaniałe widoki -czysty , przestronny i ładnie urządzony dom - kompletne urządzony (włącznie z pralką i suszarką do prania, ekspres do kawy- na małe kapsułki , itd) -oddzielna kuchnia polowa z dodatkową olbrzymią lodówką i telewizorem , na którym wieczorem możesz np. oglądać filmy z leżaków na basenie ( np. Netflix) lub słuchać muzyki ze Spotyfy -basen o głębokości od około 0.7 m. do około 2.0 m i długości około 7.0 m. , który jest serwisowany przynajmniej 1 raz w tygodniu - w pobliży (około 8 min samochodem ) wspaniała restauracja Konoba Stara Kuca prowadzona przez ojca i córkę tylko ze świeżych produktów - jeśli chcecie coś zjeść trzeba zrobić rezerwację . -bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem Gorąco polecam.

Perfect place! It exceeded our expectations, we’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful house with a large area where you can find a lot of places to take a relax time. All consists several levels of terraces which make this very luxury and modern even the house is hundreds years old. All is renovated and looks new, very cosy finished with all amenities you may need. Very big and modern pool. House and sourindings are very clean. There are a lot of water streams coming through the plot what makes this place unique. Hosts are very nice and hospitable. We were welcomed with a bottle of good wine. They replys any questions immediately. We were given recommendations for a restaurants and caffes and they all worked perfectly, especially local Caffe with sandwiches from homemade bread! Ideal place for a breakfast. This is absolutely recommended place to spend time with family or friends. We were sad to leave it even though host gave as another bottle of wine from his collection to make this less painful. Views on sunset and mountains will stay in our memories.

Von A-Z perfekt. Super Kommunikation, schnelle Antworten, tipps für die Gegend. Das Haus ist fenomenal. Sehr ruhig gelegen. In der Natur mit vielen Bäumen und einem super Sitzplatz draussen. Innen sehr geräumig. 2 grosse Duschen und 3 grosse Schlafzimmer... grosser Küchen und Essbereich. Alles in einem sehr schön gewesen und unsere Kinder fragen schon nach dem Haus (und dem tollen Schach) und der Landschaft. DANKE IVANA FÜR DIE WUNDERSCHÖNEN TAGE

Just Wow! this place was so perfect for our short stay and we wish we could stay for a week here. The host was very nice and friendly and communication was perfect. As for the property itself, it was so clean and the set up was great for our family. Parking was a value added as it seems many places struggle with parking.

The house was amazing, it has the most scenic view. Christofer thought everything for us, it was very comfortable, very peaceful. Sladana was also very helpful and friendly. Every corner, every piece of this stone house is done with great care. Clear sea, mountain that surround us and the house in Orejavac we simply fell in love….

The property looks exactly like the pictures, perfect neighborhood, on the sea. 20 minute walk from the old town full of restaurants on the road facing the sea. Drako answered every question and the communication was excellent. He recommend us wonderful guide for a tour in town.

Merci à Matthew pour son excellent accueil ! La maison est nichée en haut d’une colline, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur Budva ! Matthew est un hôte exceptionnel et aux petits soins avec ses clients, encore merci à lui ! La maison est très belle, avec un bel extérieur. À noter que la piscine ouvre à partir du 1er Mai (règle mise en place par la municipalité). Nous avons passé en tout cas un excellent séjour, et reviendrons avec plaisir !

A lovely and cosy stone house that served perfectly as base for one weeks stay in October for our family of three generations. The house is very spacious and offers a lot of privacy between the rooms. The view of the bay was beautiful and the proximity to the water felt special. The interior was nice and clean with cosy, yet robust furniture. We also appreciated to stay in a carefully renovated (yet equipped) traditional stonehouse, with a lot preserved, a courtyard, wooden windows etcetera that gave it a special atmosphere. The host, Vuko, is super friendly, helpful and generous and we got some really good recommendations from him. Dobrota was cosy and calm and a strategic place to stay in the bay with proximity to both Kotor, Perast and other places in the bay. It also catches the afternoon sun which was nice in the autumn. Highly recommend!

Zeljko was a great guy and made us comfortable as he can. He was nice and kind to us. Welcome gifts were brilliant, view of Kotor Bay seen from balcony and the pool was also brilliant. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool due to weather conditions, however me and my wife will definitely come again next summer to stay more than this time.

Anna was an amazing host. She was clear and very responsive with communication. Gave us great recommendations during our stay. The accommodation itself was just the like the pictures, private and spacious. The view is probably one of the best in Montenegro especially at sunset over the pool. The pool has some loose/missing tiles which might cause injury but that’s a tiny detail

What a fabulous airbnb. We could not have asked for a better view - amazing! It was comfortable with a lovely private terrace which was a great sun trap. Good location - easy to walk into Kotor along the front. Lots of good restaurants and Nikola was very helpful when we needed any guidance. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay in this spacious airbnb. Thank you Nikola

We absolutely loved staying in this fabulous villa. We were a party of 5 friends. Check in was easy with the owner meeting us on our arrival. Hosts were on hand with local advise whenever we needed it. Location halfway between Tivet and Kotor with local buses within easy walking distance. Nice local restaurants. I would 100 % recommend this to other travellers. It will be a trip to remember. Thank you for having us!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à la Villa Luka ! Djuro et sa famille sont très prévenants et accueillants. La maison est très confortable et particulièrement bien équipée et bénéficie d’une vue magnifique sur la baie de Budva. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Ich war Ende Juni mit fünf freunden in der Villa Nera von Sonja und Neno. Ich kann nur absolut positiv über die Unterkunft und die Gastgeber berichten. Die Unterkunft war meiner Meinung nach, noch schöner als es auf den Fotos rüberkommt. Die Gastgeber Sonja und Neno sind jederzeit erreichbar, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Der Ausblick den man in der Villa hat ist einmalig. Wenn man sich einen Mietwagen mietet kann man auch innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten alles in Budva erreichen. Selbst wenn man mal mit dem Taxi in die Stadt fährt, bezahlt man auch nicht die Welt. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und sind uns einig das wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen wollen. LG Luca

Wir haben eine Woche im Bungalow von Sanja verbracht und haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool groß und sauber. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen tollen Blick über die Bucht von Kotor. Man braucht unbedingt einen Mietwagen, um zur Unterkunft zu gelangen und von dort aus mobil zu sein. Die Unterkunft ist vom Flughafen Tivat aus in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Sanja und ihre Familie wohnen direkt neben an und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!
