A lovely place to stay, Anne was very helpful and responsive and made us feel welcome. Highly recommended to visitors looking for a calm, peaceful stay in beautiful surroundings.

What a perfect place to stay for our trip to the Isle of Wight. House was the perfect size and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. We had two small children with us and everything was supplied including a cot, baby monitor, high chair and plates/bowls for little ones. There was also a huge cupboard full of games and toys. All the bedrooms had different themes and our grandaughter loved her dinosaur themed bedroom! Nearly all the bedrooms had a sea view too. The garden is large with even a secret path for little ones and was well equipped with furniture and a barbecue. The house was in a quiet spot but close to all the attractions that we wanted to visit which included the Needles and Shanklin Chine. We really enjoyed our trips to the beach which was a short drive away for fossil hunting and paddling. I would recommend this house and hope to visit again next year.

What a wonderful holiday. It was our first time on the Isle of Wight and we couldn't have been happier. The view was just unparalelled. We needed a break from a bit of stress we've been having and sitting watching the sea through the panoramic window whilst sipping a glass of wine was just the ticket. A stone's throw away from the beach, local restaurants and the town and plenty of parking around. Absolutely loved it and would love to come back.

We had an absolutely brilliant stay. Location was so peaceful and very easy to find using the sat nav although Jon provided us with clear and detailed instructions as well. Accommodation has everything needed for a tranquil getaway and there are amazing walks right on the doorstep. As a host Jon was very responsive and proactive with recommendations without being intrusive. Would happily stay again 😁

A beautiful property I’ve stayed at similarly described properties and have been disappointed. The potting shed is fabulous, I was there in January it was warm, peaceful and very close the the centre of the village.

Pure Bliss by the Sea This place is honestly a dream. Right on the water, super peaceful, and just stunning in every way. The design is super minimal but beautiful—everything you need, nothing you don’t. It’s got this calming vibe that makes it really easy to just relax and breathe. It’s one of those spots where you instantly feel like you could stay forever. Whether you’re watching the waves, reading a book, or just doing nothing at all—it all feels perfect here. Total reset from the real world. If you’re looking for a place to recharge and escape for a bit, this is it. Already planning my next stay.

We had a lovely stay at Evening Star. The view was spectacular and the position ideal for walking along the coast and a couple of great eating places 10- 15 minute walk. Jonathan and Tina were great at keeping in touch and responded quickly every time. I would definitely recommend.

A charming cottage with lots of extra touches...pretty decor, books and games, in a lovely, peaceful location. It was good to get quick, friendly responses to any queries from our host, Sarah. A lot of time and effort obviously went into producing an excellent welcome folder with pages and pages of useful information about the cottage and making the most of the island. We were happy to take our own bedding and throws for the furniture so that we could relax without worrying about the dogs spoiling anything. In fact tempted to move in permanently as the woofers were better behaved there than they are at home. 😊 Just one hiccup...look out for the fox poo on the surrounding land, resulting in an expensive trip to a groomer 🙈 All in all a great holiday.
