We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Carlos was very friendly and the house was clean and had everything we needed. And only a short walk to restaurants.

Roberto is the most wonderful host, no trouble was too much, great communicator with hidden linguistic skills...had great suggestions for the area. If you come with a dog: the local park is what you need, and of course the Tejo river! The house is tastefully decorated and was very clean.

Bonita casa, confortable y muy bien equipada. Tiene un precioso y amplio jardín con una piscina que para nosotros fue suficiente. Se trata de una piscina circular de 120 cm. de profundidad aproximadamente. El porche con la barbacoa es una maravilla. Pasamos allí buena parte de nuestra estancia aprovechando que no había insectos molestos como mosquitos o avispas. Existe la opción de dar de comer a Kalifa, que es el caballo que está en el recinto adyacente. A nosotros nos encantó. Es muy tranquilo y muy dócil. La ubicación de la casa es en un pueblo muy tranquilo. El acceso es totalmente independiente y se puede guardar el coche. Tanto el jardín como la piscina son totalmente privados. La ubicación es excelente para visitar sitios muy interesantes como Tomar, con el impresionante Convento de Cristo, el bonito pueblo de Obidos o el monasterio de Batalha. En un radio de poco más de una hora están sitios como Lisboa, Coimbra, Nazaré. Henri ha sido un anfitrión accesible y muy amable.

The most delightful AirBnb stay I've ever had! If you're looking for a quiet retreat in the beautiful Portuguese countryside, this is it. We felt at home immediately thanks to our hosts' hospitality and generosity, and loved getting to know Serafin, the African donkey and Nougat, the sweet dog.

We were a large group (16) that spent a weekend at Quinta do Lagar and everything was exactly as the photos and description. The host was very kind and flexible with check in hours and even gave us some suggestions off actives and places to have meals around if needed.

A estadia no espaço do Roberto foi fantástica, a casa é super cómoda, muito moderna e com excelentes acabamentos. Super bem equipada, com tudo o que é necessário para umas férias bem passadas! Quanto ao Roberto, nunca tive um anfitrião tão preocupado em ajudar nas pequenas coisas que um casal com um filho pequeno têm :) Recomendamos muito, a casa é fantástica, o espaço exterior igualmente e podem contar com um anfitrião super simpático e acessível, sempre pronto a ajudar!

Great location! Easy walking to the main district, shops, castle, and river pathways. The apartment is very good sized. The kitchen is well appointed including coffee pods, dishwasher, detergent, and washer detergent. There is no dryer for the washer, however, our clothes easily dried using the clothes hanger and draping clothes on chairs. The best way to find the apartment is to locate the Padaria O Gordo business. Go into the glass doors to the right of the business. Once inside, go immediately across the hallway to the door where you need to put in the code that the owner will give you. You will then have access to the elevator. Parking is free in front of the building, however it will be very difficult during the week if you arrive before 5:00pm because all city workers park there. We paid for parking just up the street, until a spot opened up. After 6:00 p.m. there are quite a few spots available.

Appartement très bien situé. C'est l'immeuble noir juste après le rond-point. Grand appartement bien agencé avec un ascenseur ultra rapide. Parking au pied de l'immeuble. Eunice nous a bien accueillis. Une bonne adresse !

La casa de Filipa nos pareció muy acogedora, tiene una buhardilla super bonita y una terraza espectacular con unas vistas impresionantes, es muy luminosa y por las mañanas y las noches resfresca bastante, la zona tiene un clima muy bueno. El residencial es super tranquilo y tiene piscina,ademas a 10 minutos hay una playa fluvial con todo tipo de servicios, un bar, wc, kayak y una piscina en el río!!! Uno de los dias fuimos de excursion al convento do cristo de Tomar, una visita que merece mucho la pena, en definitiva, unas vacaciones fantásticas.

Wir haben uns wohl zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, sehr gut ausgestattet, die Lage ist echt zentral, dennoch ruhig. Alles hat funktioniert. Gerne wieder

Espaço calmo, amplo e agradável, o jacuzzi no inverno é uma mais valia

We had a great time at Victoria's place. the views are beatiful, the house is very spacious for a big family/group and was very clean. the pool area is also very nice as well as the cinema area. is very well equiped -kitchen utensiles, bbq, linen, etc. the only improvement point, in our opinion, are the size of the double beds, which are a bit small for a couple :) thank you for the good time!

We had a truly authentic Portuguese experience at Jorge’s! Highly recommend! Jorge and his family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They were so sweet, prepared Christmas treats and gifts for us which we appreciate very much. The apartment is comfortable, pristine clean, very well equipped and centrally located just a short ride away from Leiria. We felt right at home quickly and spent many hours on the patio soaking in the sun and the gorgeous view of the village. It is easy to explore Cortes and the surrounding area on foot. Check out the well designed casa-museu Joao Soares and historic church just next door. It was convenient to have the grocery store within walking distance. We met many friendly locals in the village even tho we did not speak Portuguese. Could not ask for a more perfect vacation. Muito obrigado!!

Better than what we thought! Is a great place to have a relaxing weekend.

I went to meet my brother and his family to spend Christmas together , Maria Helena was vey flexible and friendly, explained that party wasn’t aloud as described but a family meeting would be welcome because Christmas is a special occasion, we had a wonderful family dinner, place is absolutely stunning, Maria Helena and her husband are very friendly and Helpful. Maria Helena showed around and explained how to use the facilities. The house is big and beautiful, kitchen has everything we need , weather was cold because the winter but the place has heating and 2 wood fire and enough wood to burn inside and outside if need . Stunning mountains view. I recommend anyone who goes hire a car to explore around . The Nazaré beach is stunning ( famous for the highest waves in the world) . Villages around ate beautiful snd clean , it stands out for the oranges , small trees with oranges everywhere, locals also put bags of oranges around in fences for free , we enjoyed oranges from her garden .

We had a fantastic time and everything was pretty perfect. Paolo was very accommodating super responsive and everything was as expected. The views from the house are beautiful. We were only there for a couple of days, but you would probably want a bit longer to really explore everything in the area. Highly recommended.

Fomos em família de 9 pessoas, adorámos, o espaço exterior é excelente para as crianças. A casa tem tudo o necessário para uma estadia. Zona muito calma e muito agradável. Queremos voltar! O Carlos esteve sempre disponível para ajudar caso fosse necessário.
