Right on the ocean was expected, but the beach disappears during high tide. Was quiet for being right on the PCH but that is Malibu. Staff was responsible and fixed a minor issue as soon as the daytime staff arrived. All-round good stay...

This was a fantastic location, the accommodations were as advertised, and the hosts were super helpful and responsive. (Morgan, thanks for extending our checkout time at such short notice;)) I hope to stay here again soon!

Oraklus's place was just as it appeared in the pictures. Very spacious and great ocean views. Great breakfast restaurant just steps away. Would definitely stay here again.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft zufrieden, sie hatte eine gute Lage, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen und wenn nicht dann haben wir das Auto genommen. Die Kommunikation war sehr zufriedenstellend. Ausgestattet mit allem was es braucht, haben wir uns für die richtige Unterkunft entschieden.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Easy to find, secure, covered parking (2 spots), spacious interior with two good bathrooms, very nice kitchen. Location was excellent as well - easy walk to Santa Monica Pier and great restaurants in the neighborhood. Target only a block away for any essentials as well as grocery which came in handy too. Sokal was very responsive and helpful as well, though we didn’t need much help as it met all our needs. Overall, this was a perfect fit for me and my children for 6 nights. We had a wonderful time and were very comfortable throughout.

This is my son's and I second time enjoying this wonderful place . We loved the quiet and peacefulness of the surroundings. Everything fit our needs. We would love to make this a yearly trip. Thanks for being such a great host!

Jonathan was incredibly friendly and helpful. He even extended our check out until the late afternoon for free to accommodate our travel plans. Great communication through throughout the entire time. The place is very spacious, open concept with an incredible abundance of natural light and beautiful ocean views. Will definitely stay with him again when visiting the area.

I think one of the strongest points of this Airbnb is the location, although you have to navigate windy roads, you find yourself at the very top of Malibu; the epic views and peaceful vibe make it well worth the drive. The Airbnb sits beneath the main house; although it is private, you are not detached. I had no issue as the host Nicholas is a wonderful man, a great communicator, and was very helpful. A blissful stay for me!

We stayed here for 1 month+. Our time was enjoyable and just flew by. We were sad to leave. The apartment is on a residential street. Very conveniently located, one can leave the car parked & walk: 2 grocery stores within 5-10 mins walking; 2 nearby streets with restaurants & shopping, (Wilshire & Montana); & a walk along Ocean Ave overlooking the Pacific just 9 blocks west. Sharon is a welcoming host. She ensured that the apartment was prepared for us. She was available to answer questions, to address any needs that arose, & sometimes to just chat. The apartment is clean with windows on 2 sides that let in a lot of cheery sunlight & cross ventilation. Furnishings are all comfortable, notably the bed which enabled great nights’ sleep. Linens are plentiful and good quality. Loved the fluffy bathrobes & exercise accessories. Kitchen has everything one could need, topped off with some tasty snacks & a cappuccino machine. This Airbnb is a great find. Exceeded our expectations.

My wife and I absolutely enjoyed our stay and loved the cottage, the astonishing views, the quietness and piece of the mountains, John was very responsive so attentive and kind , all of the amenities offered were listed and how efficient the space is was just perfect for what we needed, we felt very comfortable and will stay here again.

My family and I loved our stay at Rico’s and Cinzia’s place! The apartment is beautiful, spacious and conveniently located. The hosts provided very clear instructions for our late check-in, helping us settle in very smoothly. Highly recommended!

Had the best Carpinteria getaway! 🌴🌊🙋🏼‍♀️ This amazing studio is steps from the beach & shops/restaurants, and has all the comforts and amenities of a true home away from home. Michael is a wonderful host who’s communicative, friendly, and provided the best experience. Highly recommended! ✨

very clean, a few blocks from the pier and shopping, beds were comfy, you'll feel very comfortable staying here. i didnt realize it was 2 bathrooms as they looked similar, another plus. Host Lena very responsive. thank you for the early check in, we were leaving one Airbnb to the other so being able to get settled in before going out was amazing and super lucky as that's never the case!! there were sodas and adult bevs along with a frozen pizza left from the previous guests which I LOVE when hosts don't clean it out. we enjoy the pizza and left a few sodas of our own. all around amazing and if I'm even planning a night in Santa Monica I'll check this place!

second time staying, if it's available next time I'm in town I will definitely stay again

Mi familia y yo estuvimos felices. Gran ubicación pero a la vez zona tranquila y segura. Cerca del Pier y del Promenade todo caminando. Los anfitriones muy amables y muy atentos. El departamento tal como en las fotos muy agradable y muy limpio. Nos volveríamos a quedar ahí sin duda.

Julie and Dave are just lovely people, even the groundskeeper Jesus is awesome. She responses so quick to any inquiries you have during your say. Julie had some extra freshly baked bread and it was delicious along with a yummy apple from their garden, fully organic pesticide free :). The place is nice and clean, bed cozy, clean linen, towels, and kitchenware. YOU MUST FOLLOW her directions to get to the property or else you won't make it lol. Once you learn the way its fun to ride up the canyon roads :D. The high speed internet is great which is a must because you will not have cell service up in the mountains which i didn't mind, just que up your directions on GPS before you leave and you'll be all good. The backyard is as described, simply beautiful with a view to match. Only downside is minor, you don't have a driveway access so at times when there are guest in the other units it can get a little tight on the street. Ultimately would def stay again, peaceful getaway in A+ location!

Great stay! Clean and comfortable beds. Bathroom is huge! Only thing to make sure you are aware of is the spiral staircase going up to the unit would be difficult with heavy luggage or someone older. We were well aware of the spiral staircase so knew what to expect and it didn't affect us negatively.

We thought this unit was beautiful and it had personal touches that made it feel homey. The kitchen was well stocked and was updated and modern. The unit was clean and fresh. The bathroom is spacious with a great soaking tub and nice shower. Mario and Stephanie excelled at communication and giving us great information about the area, including offering some nearby things to see and do. It was a great location, and we loved the on site, secured covered parking. We would recommend this to anyone traveling to Santa Clarita and would want to stay there again when we are visiting our family who live in town. Check in and check out were seamless and it was an overall great, great experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was beautiful and a quick drive to the center of Ojai. Geoff and Annika were friendly and responsive. They helped us figure out the hot tub and cold plunge which were great to have access to after our active days around Ojai. It is a little less private than I realized from the description (you share the space with the hosts), but they have done a good job of making it feel private by putting a gate to a private courtyard and blocking off direct access to the rest of the house. It has the feel of a guest house. The vibe was laid back and peaceful- perfect weekend get away!

I had a wonderful stay at Victor's place in Ventura. It is in a quiet neighborhood just steps to the beach with several restaurants and shops within walking distance - Duke's in particular was a great place with good food and local flavor. The beds were comfortable and the backyard space was a real treat. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. Everything was really clean and organized. If I had to be nit picky about something, I wish there were bigger bowls to eat out of in the kitchen and more trash bags. Besides that, Rajvir was a great host and very responsive. You have access to the gym and pool during your stay and I felt very safe in the gated community.

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

For a family of 4 the place was perfect for us. Central, close to sea, Santa Monica Pier, shopping and great restaurant. Kitchen is nice and handy, the flat is very quiet, the beds very comfortable. Bathrooms are big and spacious with enough pressure for a good shower after a long day walk, the air conditioning is quiet. A second key would be useful, as we only had one. The parking is big and easy to access also for big SUVs. The host was friendly with clear instructions, very responsive to request and was useful sharing local tips to make our stay more comfortable. We felt at home.
