A really lovely little cottage for a long weekend. We were a family of 4 (2 children under 4) and it was perfect, a lovely base for us to meet up with some friends at local beaches and pubs. The house has absolutely everything you could need, very well equipped. It was clean and tidy and welcoming. The little garden was great too. I don't know much about Heacham and we only went as far as the fish and chip shop (4 min walk and very good), but the house was fab. Thank you!

We had a great weekend stay at Ryan’s place. The welcome bottle of Prosecco is a great added touch as well as recommendations for the area. The house was as described and is lovely and clean. The hot tub is a great bonus which was heated for when we arrived. The area is lovely and a short walk into town which has great restaurants and bars. We will definitely be returning!

Alexa's house is light, airy and very comfortable. Enclosed garden good for playing with our dog and sitting in the sunshine. Mim's ice cream parlour, the deli, the lifeboat inn and the coast path are all a short walkable distance. We are all very keen to visit again.

If you are looking for a total chill-out in beautiful surroundings, then book Jason’s place. Really tastefully done with everything in the accommodation you could want. Super comfy Egyptian cotton bedding and fresh white towels- perfect! The pool was an added bonus, particularly as you could book for private use. Loved my stay and am looking forward to booking again. Jason is a very professional host- fully recommend.

Our 4th stay here and loved it once again! Perfect location to enjoy this incredible part of the country. House is great as always and Sophie was on hand to help when needed. Already booked to come back later this year!

Lovely cottage in a great location. Super thoughtful hosts provided lots of extras for dog/babies etc. Comfy beds, new large towels (something you don’t always find!) decorated really nicely. The place was clean, warm, well equipped, loads of hot water and a great shower - you don’t often find this in holiday cottages! Really easy walking distance to town, the beach and also the big Tesco. Super responsive and helpful host - very kind and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend.

ashley was a great host to work with we had abit of a messy night cleaned it up the best we could and ashley was completely fine about it which we respected and appreciated a lot after stressing all night about it

Great little space for my short stay. I was running the Boston marathon so this was perfectly situated within minutes of the start (also meaning you can avoid queuing up for the loo, total bonus), and use the compact little kitchen area to cook up your pre-race food just as you want. Was the perfect space to chill out in.

This was a lovely place to stay, comfy bed, very clean and a well-equipped kitchen with everything you'd need. Excellent location too, nice and quiet but close to shops and the sea.

Everything I needed was in the accommodation. It was ideal and cosy for my short stay. Very close to the beach and quiet. Anna quickly responded to any queries.

Friendly, peaceful and spotless. Five minutes or so stroll to the beach.

A fantastic stay with angela and steve, we came back a second time and it was just as good. So relaxing and perfect for us and the children. Already looking forward to coming back next year.

We had a lovely stay at Tracey’s chalet. It’s on a beautiful site, peaceful but a stone’s throw from the beach. The observatory cafe was really good for food and coffee, gorgeous views across the beach and we were so lucky with the weather this time. Would also highly recommend the Marina for fish and chips, but order in advance as can get very busy. The chalet was great and just as advertised, with all the utensils we needed (although some needed washing; more from just being stood for a while rather than being dirty I must add). Everywhere was very clean, the beds were comfy and Tracey was on hand to provide really helpful information whenever I messaged her. All in all, a lovely break and we will look to come back one day. Thank you Tracey!

Celebrating my birthday we came away for the weekend to Andy’s place. It was lovely and peaceful and the lodge was in a great location close to woodhall spa but not too busy or noisy. The lodge itself was perfect for my family and dog and had everything we needed inside. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a busy day walking and visiting different places. We had a great stay at Ivor’s, the location was so close to the beach and the property was exactly as it looked on the pictures, we would love to go back and stay again.

We had an unforgettable and special stay at this beautiful house. The sunny woodland walks among the snowdrops and around the lake were a delight, and we spotted all sorts of wildlife. Our dogs had a great time running and playing in the open field, and the small children (and big kids) in our party absolutely loved the play area, tennis court, and swimming pool… but the highlight of their stay was the hot tub! Meeting our host, Robert (and his little one), was lovely too. The house had everything we needed to enjoy some quality time together in this lovely historic setting — it’s a rare gem. Thank you once again for an unforgettable experience! The little ones are already asking when we can return to the big house — we hope to come again soon!

Extremely clean and tidy caravan, very well equipped in a great location which felt private as was in a secluded place on the site. Very much enjoyed the veranda for watching the sunset and catching the last of summer sun, a short walk to the beautiful beach for dog walks. Several local restaurants/cafes in walking distance and lots to do in the area. My only improvement would be to provide bed linen and towels but would definitely stay again.

Just the best way to welcome in 2025! The house was so warm and welcoming - and the best equipped kitchen ever!!! Such a joy - felt right at home, space for the family and what a sociable kitchen/dining area. Fantastic.... Location in Heacham is great - we drove to various beaches to walk the dogs and everywhere was very accessible. Never stayed in such a dog friendly house before - even equipped with a dog shower! Lots of really thoughtful touches like covers on the sofas so we could relax and so could the pooches! Definitely recommend Holly House and hopefully we will be back!
