Had a lovely stay for New Years, place was clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for a quiet stay and some lovely places to drive to in the surrounding areas!

The four of us were really happy to stay with Peta- even my youngish 20 something guests were taking photos of the setting - it is so v charming with the fish filled river and secluded oasis of a garden. Sleaford was an unexpectedly attractive historic bustling town. Loved it. Peta’s place was immaculate, the kitchen was very generously stocked and I loved the good quality bed linen- always nice. Definitely recommend. Only issue was the somewhat tight car driveway- but that was mainly because my rental car was the size of a tank.

Beautiful chalet, beautifully decorated and spacious. There was a lot of things provided such as toilet roll, teabags, dvds. My son is a full time wheelchair user and found it easy to manouver the living space. The outside seating area is lovely. The chalet site was super quiet, any other holiday makers and locals were very friendly. Will definitely stay again.

The flat is perfectly located with all the good bits of Skegness within easy walking distance. It’s also just around the corner from a bus stop for the Open Top Bus that takes you further up the coast. Being dog friendly we brought ours and enjoyed many walks on the beach and in the Tower Gardens. We also enjoyed Natureland (dog friendly), The Pier, the many Arcades, the many Fish&Chips, the Open Top Bus to Ingoldmells, the Millennium Roller Coaster 🤢, Crazy Golf 🤪, good restaurants and there’s a great Pub just next door! (The Ship.) The flat is just what you need for a good night’s sleep to get ready for fun-filled days and Celia was an excellent host who responds immediately to any requests.

We had such a lovely few days at this place - the location was incredible, right by the beach, great walks, as well as the shop, pub and playground in the village and great restaurants in the surrounding area. The flat is lovely and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Would definitely recommend and would love to go back!

What a fantastic place. Beautiful location and completely peaceful. It was lovely to sit out on the patio in the evening with the sun setting. The perfect place from which to explore the wider area, unfortunately I didn't have chance to but would love to return one day and do so. The inside is completely as expected and has everything you would need to be self-sufficient.

Immaculate apartment that had been newly refurbished. Central location and very big.

We booked the apartment very last minute as a little getaway. The photos looked great and the apartment did not disappoint. It was spotless. Lots of room and just very very homely. I am recovering from an op and this place was just the tonic. The accommodation and added hot tub were just what I needed. 100% would recommend. Harry was on hand 24/7 and made us feel right at home. Set in a beautiful location with lovely surroundings. I will definitely be visiting again and have recommended to friends and family. Thank you Harry

We had a lovely stay here with my family (8 adults/4 couples, 1 toddler & 2 dogs - there was an extra fee for the second dog). It was spacious and very clean and tidy, with a lovely large dining table and comfortable sofas. Each couple had their own room and bathroom, with more space than we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and includes children’s plates and a high chair. Very close to the seafront and town, easy to park on the street. We are hoping to visit again next year!

Great place and as described. We were visiting relatives in the area so was perfectly located. Really clean, bright and homely with enough space for us all. Lots of space in the driveway and having the shop and pizza place opposite was really convenient. Julie was a great host, very responsive and clear instructions on how to get in the property on arrival. Will definitely book again when we next visit.

Spacious place to stay with big communal kitchen, nice size patio and quality hot tub. Nice little games room in between kitchen and lounge. Comfy beds.

We had a great weekend stay at Ryan’s place. The welcome bottle of Prosecco is a great added touch as well as recommendations for the area. The house was as described and is lovely and clean. The hot tub is a great bonus which was heated for when we arrived. The area is lovely and a short walk into town which has great restaurants and bars. We will definitely be returning!

The house was one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. We loved what the owners had done to the property. The attention to detail was great. Both the interior and exterior spaces were very well designed and the workmanship and quality of fittings etc. were exceptional. If we lived nearer we would be asking for details of all of your contractors! 😊 Bedding and towels were of good quality. Felt rather like staying in a boutique hotel.

A very nice, comfy cottage. Very well furnished with lots of charming touches. A perfect relaxing base to come back to after a day out. The kitchen was bigger than we thought, very light and airy. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we would happily recommend to others. Thank you

went for a family getaway with our parents and my son. The location is amazing the house was beautiful just like the pictures and description! the house has everything you needed and was one of the cleanest ones I have stayed in. the location is great right by the beach and restaurants. Madeleine was great and very helpful on the day we arrived we couldn't get the heating to work and she was right round and fixed it! great host and great house we will definitely be back!

Martin’s place was amazing, it was just what we wanted for a few nights away. The place was incredibly clean, well stocked and homely. It was very peaceful, and we enjoyed being able to sit out in the garden. There was a pub about a 25 minute walk away, and lots of walks around the area too. Martin was helpful with instructions and recommendations. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Wonderful hosts in a wonderful location! The Cartlodge is a fantastic apartment with a fully furnished kitchen and comfortable areas to relax in, and the surrounding area is beautiful. Simple drive into Grimsby and other main roads are close by. Jo and James made me feel at home from the first day, responded very quickly to anything I needed assistance with in the apartment, and made the experience really enjoyable and comfortable. Could not recommend the apartment or the hosts enough. Thank you guys!

We loved staying at Anderby creek it was beautiful. The apartment was spotless, bright and very comfortable beds. Great shower and amenities loved having breakfast in the friendly cafe downstairs and walking the dog on the beach and coastal paths on the doorstep. Would highly recommend. The Dean family ☺️

Jeanette was an exceptional host and Laura’s Loft is the perfect place to stay when visiting the heart of my home county. We stayed for the British Superbike round at Cadwell Park and found it the perfect place, a real haven after a day of work, noise and chatter. I would highly recommend Jeanette’s little Wolds haven and would definitely stay here again should the chance arise next season.

Perfect for what we were looking for. Whole apartment to ourselves (family of 4) from the start to finish Richard (the host) was brilliant. Clear instructions for check in. Apartment was spotless, modern and stylish very clean, had everything we needed, clear instructions for everything. Beds were very comfy! Wifi, board games and bread/milk/condiments all incuded which was a very nice touch! Location was great! Only a 3/4 minute drive to the sea front! Neighbours around apartment were very quiet. Private parking space at the rear of the property. Would 100% recommend and would look to book again next time we come to stay.
