we had a wonderful time at Robert's place. Everything was as described. the island is a perfect getaway for anyone that wants to go on an adventure and get away from the hustle and bustle. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook, it was perfect! Everything was well thought of in this home. On a side note, golf carts need to be booked months in advance and are pretty pricey and we hoped to walk around the island but we're told upon checkin that was not allowed. we could only go to the beach and back to the property. You could walk along the beach though.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The house is located in a beautiful part of Punta Gorda. It's close to downtown. Our view from the back of the home/the pool area was absolutely gorgeous - there is a beautiful pond and golf course! The pool and hot tub was great - we spent most of our time outside! The inside of the house was clean and comfy! We felt like we were right at home. We will definitely look to stay here again the next time we are in Punta Gorda. This was the nicest rental home we have ever stayed at! The owner/host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I can not recommend this home enough! You will love it.

What a cute, little space. Perfect for the two of us. VERY close to the beach and it was an easy walk to the restaurants and bars. We loved how quiet and serene the location is. Highly recommend!!

Victoria’s place at sunset cove was perfect for our family of 4. Loved the location, was able to walk to several local restaurants. As well as a short walk to Cedar Point Environmental Park and not a far drive at all to the beach. Loved the swimming pool area and relaxing by the gas fire pit at night. The pool is pretty cold but you can have her turn the heat on for an additional $150. Our kids didn’t seem to mind the cold pool so we didn’t bother to have the heat turned on. Would definitely return to this location.

We were so pleasantly surprised when we opened the front door. This property was immaculately clean and so well appointed. This was our beach vacation and we choose this property over one that was on the beach. It was reasonably priced and only 2 miles to the beach. Sandra provided a beach wagon and any accessories you could need to spend the day there! Our only regret is that we only booked one week! We plan to return again next year!

A beautiful home in a great, safe, location. Well stocked kitchen. Pool area is amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. Many beautiful beaches within a short drive. Thank you, Brian.

Very conveniently located to everything we needed, although most everything we needed was provided and easy to find. The beach easily accessible, and everything you could want to go to the beach, other than a swim suit, was provided. The home was comfortable and homey. Beds were comfortable. The fenced yard and outdoor furniture was perfect for relaxing. The only complaint we had was the night we got in late and ordered a pizza and wings. No one was impressed by the wings, but then we are from the greater Buffalo area. Would definitely recommend anyone stay here.

Unsere Erwartungen waren hoch – und sie wurden übertroffen. Ein wahrhaftiger Traumort mit wundervollen Gastgebern. Die Kommunikation mit Marti war ausgesprochen unkompliziert, und wir erhielten stets schnelle und hilfreiche Antworten. Der Check-in war dank der klaren Anweisungen vollkommen flexibel und reibungslos. Die Unterkunft entsprach exakt den Bildern, und bei unserer Ankunft erwartete uns ein liebevoller Willkommenskorb mit Snacks und Wasserflaschen – eine sehr schöne Geste. Auch sonst war alles perfekt gepflegt. Die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen und war mit allen erdenklichen Utensilien und Geräten ausgestattet, sogar mit einem Mixer und Handrührgerät. Hier fehlte es wirklich an nichts. Die Lage war äußerst ruhig, was uns zusätzlich ein Gefühl von Geborgenheit und Sicherheit gab. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt – ein perfekter Rückzugsort, um sich zu erholen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Te was an amazing host. I had a couple questions before we even checked in, and she answered us very promptly. I loved the Zen Boho very chill spot looking out at the little garden oasis was very peaceful. We took advantage of the hot tub, which was nice very tranquil setting. We would definitely return..

Enjoyed my solo stay here for 3 nights. Quaint, quiet, nice space for one person (or two!) Had everything I needed though I did not spend much time on the property. Clean, comfortable bed. Host reached out frequently to inquire about my experience and offered help as required.

I stayed two nights at this beautiful oasis and it was fantastic. I’m a local but I wanted a little staycation and this is perfect.

the Sweeneys were great! we stayed here during a hunting trip at Babcock ranch preserve, its 20 minutes straight down the road. the house is only 5 minutes from a Winn Dixie and a gas station in case you forgot anything, the beds were comfy, the washer and dryer work perfectly, the shower and bathroom were perfect as well. very pleased with sandy's place and if we end up back in that part of town again I will be sure to book it again!

Our stay at Te’s was absolutely perfect. The space is exactly as described—super cozy, warm, and welcoming, with great energy throughout. It felt like a little sanctuary. She was responsive and went the extra mile to allow us an early check in and recommend a dinner spot for us to celebrate. Every detail contributed to a genuinely wonderful experience.
