Our Riverside Apt. Sunny, 2 level apt, in rear of house, a short walk to the U of R with plenty of space/parking. One bedroom with lots of character as well as a futon in the living room in restored mansion on Mt. Hope. There is a fully equipped kitchen, spiral staircase, and 1 and 1/2 baths. It has a separate entrance, and is approximately 1,000 square feet. Set on a peaceful acre of land along the Genesee River. Enjoy Rochester from this historic mansion with tons of character and charm.

The Lake House

Year-round home in the lakeside Summerville neighborhood. Bring your coffee/wine to the beach to view gorgeous sunrise and sunsets! Entertain on the private 18'X21' backyard deck with grill/fire pit. Perfect for summer and winter vacations, friends get-away, fishing trips with summer/ice fishing on the bay within a few minute drive. Shopping, waterfront, restaurants, hiking/biking trails are all within walking distance. Lake/beach access, playground and sledding hill within a one minute walk.

Private studio apartment in Pittsford

Studio apartment with large living/sleeping area. Sleeping area has a king bed that can be set up as twin beds, if requested. The space includes a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, large toaster oven, dishwasher and coffee maker; a large bathroom, with corner tub and shower. It does not offer a stove or washer/dryer. There is a separate private entrance, and parking area. WIFI is also included. Note that all sanitization protocols are followed to prepare the apartment for guests.
