I'm familiar with Rochester and knew exactly where this place was...a 5-minute walk for my morning cappuccino and croissant and a convenient drive past Rochester's only Frank Lloyd Wright house to friends and family,. The apartment is lovely and tranquil - a new, modern kitchen, small but nice bath, lovely dining room and comfortable livingroom/bedroom with good lighting and a very comfortable reading chair, an amenity that is seldom provided. The furnishings are lovely and the closet has lots and lots of hangers. A 10-minute walk to Park Ave. restaurants and shops; a short drive to Wegmans. Culver Road traffic noise can be irritating, but it quiets at night; expressway noise is negligible. James was very responsive when I had questions. I will return.

We had a a wonderful stay at The Regent. The property is exactly as described and is located a few short blocks off park Ave! The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the beds are super comfortable! There was parking for two vehicles which was excellent as our college aged kid was able to come and visit without worrying about street parking! I would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rochester!

Perfect location on a quiet street but near everything downtown. Would stay again next time I'm in town.

We had a great stay and found everything we needed for the month. The kitchen was especially well stocked with items for those who cook. The house was clean and beds were very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was also a plus for our long stay. We were close to walking trails, necessary stores, and restaurants. We would stay with Alicia again!

Lovely and charming in the heart of everything. Well appointed and cozy. I will definitely be coming back! Katy was awesome, too! Very helpful and communicative! A++ experience all-around!

Very clean space in a great location. The actual space was just like the pictures showed. I had a little problem with the Wifi and they were very understanding and responsive. I would definitely recommend to anyone and if I ever need to stay in Webster again, I would want to stay here.

This property is a hidden gem. Host was super communicative and very easy to talk to. The house has ample parking, a nicely appointed kitchen, and more space than you'd expect. If you're someone who struggles with uneven surfaces or steps, be aware the path to the door is gravel and you need to step up into the house. This is an older home with narrower doorways, if that's important for you. We will absolutely look to see if this property is open for our next trip to the area.

This is a beautiful airbnb that honors the historic charm of Rochester houses while featuring modern and upgraded modern amenities. We loved the kitchen and the bathrooms, the decor was great and the beds were comfy. Plus there was GOOD coffee and snacks available. Lots to do in the area including places to walk and a few minute drive from downtown and other sightseeing locations. An awesome coop grocery store right on the corner for all your needs. Highly recommend!

Very peaceful place with wildlife right out back, yet still close to the airport and shopping. Clean and roomy feel. Great community. Super responsive and accommodating host. We'd love to check back in when we return to Rochester!

If I could give this place more than five stars I definitely would! This Airbnb is fantastic! Beautiful home, large spaces and all the amenities and extras you could hope for! It was even decorated for Christmas with a tree and assorted very tasteful decorations. There were even lights on the house! Everything about this stay made me feel so at home. The neighborhood is beautiful and my interactions with some of the locals were great. The next door neighbor even came without being asked and offered to help remove some snow from a light snowfall we had. He wouldn’t take no for an answer and was what anyone would want in a neighbor. I highly recommend this Airbnb and hopefully it will be available again the next time I am in town. Thank you so much!

Condo was perfect for our family of five (and could easily accommodate more). The furniture was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat. The kids loved the basement game room and spent hours playing! Conveniently located between Rochester and Palmyra, we were able to enjoy city attractions and historical sites. We stayed three nights, and I’d absolutely stay there again!

We had an amazing time at Nicole's lovely house! It was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. I wish my own house was like this!

Emily and Amanda have created a really exceptional place to stay. This is in a great neighborhood just a few minutes walk from great dining, and just around the corner from Stever's - the best chocolate in Rochester. This house is a gem!! Clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. Our hosts were always available to us, and communication was easy. We hope to stay again the next time we're in town.

My family and I lived our stay at the home. It was enough room for all of us and it felt like home. Will definitely recommend!

Erin was an extremely helpful host, she adjusted our check-in time to allow for a bag drop and provided a high chair for my young nephew. The home was beautiful and check-in was very easy. Walking distance from downtown Pittsford and every amenity you need - I plan to stay here again if available when we're in the area!
