I had a really good stay at Nichola's stay. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed for the trip. The balcony was an excellent surprise: a nice spot for tea in the morning or a drink in the evening.

Excellent service recieved from booking to check in and check out, room was in excellent condition had a great night stay, will definitely consider booking it again, if there was an option for 100 stars I would definitely rate it a 100.

I enjoyed the authentic experience of staying in the heart of Jo'burg and the quality of the room and furnishings was excellent. Qiniso was super helpful and showed me around (to buy groceries) on my first afternoon and gave some useful tips. Walking in the CBD might not be for everyone but I had no issues, and Uber is very reliable and safe if needed. Overall I can recommend 1407 The Franklin.

Probably the best deal in the area. Karen's place was extremely affordable and exactly as described. She provides all kitchen cookware which was very important to us as we didn't eat out much. As a host, she was very responsive and the apartment is organized extremely well with detailed instructions everywhere. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to all

Lotta really is a superhost! Great communication, thoughtful and very accommodating! Her place is in a great location and has everything you need, including lots of thoughtful little details. They even helped with the washing, which is a big deal for me! Highly recommended!

The apartment is fantastic - spacious, spotless, and offers total privacy. The garden is beautifully maintained and the pool is perfect for cooling off. Charl and Nelly are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always quick to assist with anything you need, making the stay even more enjoyable. I’ve stayed here several times and it never disappoints, don’t waste your time searching for alternatives - this place has it all. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Phuthi is one of the greatest hosts I've ever had. He was responsive. No time of day was ever an issue with him, when it came to communication. Very friendly individual who was always ready to help. I highly recommend him if you need a place in and around Roodepoort.

Was there for 5days, had the most amazing stay, we didn’t wanna leave. We are definitely coming back for a longer stay. Worth the price.

Jorge’s apartment was absolutely beautiful. The place was just as it appeared in the photos, and clean. The view from the balcony was also amazing. Jorge was a great responsive host and friendly. The emerald development was a great property, the gym and pool area were a big highlight. The area had a nice mall and restaurants close by. Would highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay at Eve's place. Everything was clean and neat, nothing out off place. Her response time is amazing , the place is peaceful and a nice way to unwind. I will definitely book again when the opportunity arises.

A very big shout out to Aniss and his entire crew for such an amazing and spotless place, all amenities mentioned were available and they even provided extra toiletries, extra towels, extra pillows, flat iron working well, a backup power back was provided in case of load shedding which I never experienced. All the kitchen ware you will ever needed was provided. Basically I would live comfortably and happily at Anis place for an entire year with no complains. Just a weekend stay, my partner and I have a fascination for art and architecture and this property fitted the bill for both. Expertly curated art adorned the walls and gave us much to look at and admire.

The host was incredibly responsive and made our stay so easy. The check-in process was seamless, and they were always available to answer any questions we had. The apartment was exactly as described, and we loved the neighborhood. Thanks for a fantastic stay.
