Cosy spacious barn ideal for exploring Kent

Nunfield Barn is a beautifully converted barn and one portion of the house is internally separated for our Airbnb guests, with its own entrance, downstairs toilet, kitchen/dining area and living room with doors leading to a private patio. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. There is an above ground pool for use in summer, a front garden shared with us when we are here. There are fields &orchards across the road and we are 15 minute drive to Leeds Castle

Plantagenet Cottage is full of character and charm, it's spacious, very private and relaxing . Our heated pool is great in Summer [closed in Winter]. Enjoy the beautiful Kent countryside, great pubs, a nearby Spa, beaches, Canterbury and lots more - or simply just chill out at the cottage !

The Cowshed Port Lympne benefits from a spacious garden to the rear and amazing views across the fields towards the North Downs area of outstanding natural beauty to the front. A short drive to many beaches, the coastal towns of Hythe and Folkestone (with its Harbour and Pier) and under a mile from Port Lympne Animal Reserve. It is also near many vineyards incl Gusborne and Chapel Down.

Countryside cottage with pool

Overlooking countryside and a tranquil pond (unfenced) this beautifully converted stable is situated behind a traditional Kent barn. It has been restored to a very high standard, retaining some original features. Mallard Cottage has its own patio area including garden furniture looking over a beautiful setting. 36ft swimming pool, heated from May until September (exact opening date weather dependent). Although babies up to 6 months old are permitted, there is a minimum age limit of 18.

Sycamore Lodge is a newly renovated detached guesthouse in the garden of Sycamore house. It is all on one level has two bedrooms, sleeps four people and has a bathroom, Livingroom and use of the full kitchen in Sycamore House. Guests will have access to a beautiful large garden where you can sit, relax and enjoy the countryside or there is play equipment to keep the children entertained. It is in a perfect location to explore the beautiful Kent countryside and beaches.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Alpaca Lodge is an annex of the owner's home Fifield Lodge, in the quintessentially English hamlet of Borden, close to the market town of Sittingbourne in Kent. The sitting room and bedroom is on the first floor and furnished in a contemporary style, whilst the shower and toilet are located on the ground floor.

A two person secluded Shepherds Hut nestled amongst the trees situated in a wildflower meadow on a farm for Wildlife. Staying toasty in the winter with wool insulation and log burner and cool in the summer under the canopy this hut is the perfect retreat to the country and to reconnect with nature and yourself.
