Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con lavadora y secadora en Châtillon

Appartement où l'on se sent très vite à l'aise, très lumineux et avec une jolie vue. Famille de 4 personnes, nous avons vite pris nos marques et apprécié la taille de l'espace repas et la vraie chambre parentale. Le logement a été refait avec goût, il y a de nombreux rangements. La place de parking souterrain a été un vrai plus, même si pas dans le même immeuble, cela ne nous a pas dérangés. L'emplacement est très proche des pistes mais pour aller à l'ESF de Tignes le lac avec des enfants, nous avons pris la navette (gratuite) dont l'arrêt est relativement proche. Le retour a pu se faire néanmoins en ski, ce qui était appréciable. La résidence est très calme et ça c'est un gros gros plus ! Nous n'avons pas été dérangés par les voisins, même en pleines vacances scolaires. Dans le quartier (calme) nous avons trouvé tout le nécessaire : forfaits, supérette, boulangerie, location de skis et quelques restaurants. Les échanges avec Jérémy étaient faciles, hôte réactif au moment du séjour.

Thomas was a great host with detailed, thoughtful, instructions and messages. We greatly enjoyed our stay in Zermatt at Cervolino. The apartment is wonderful, clean and a short walk to all of the great things Zermatt has to offer. We would definitely stay with Thomas again.

We had an excellent stay. We were two families (4 adults, 3 children) and the space was more than enough for all of us to spread out. Quiet location just outside the center of town and easy to walk to/from. The host was very responsive and helpful. The place was clean, accurately described and had a lovely terrace with great views. We had a wonderful stay and would return.

This is a great place in a good location. The apartment is spacious (very uncommon for Val d'Isere) and well appointed. It can sleep 6 (3 couples) easily, and more if kids sleep in the same room. The block is clean and easy to access, there is parking (very tight) and a good ski locker. Ski-in and ski-out is easy, but a little dependent on conditions. The Yellow bus stops at the end of the road (2 mins) and goes into town and back regularly, which means that the location is much better than you might first think. Walking to the centre of Val is only 10-15 mins. Check-in was simple and Christophe provides a very clear booklet and videos for ease. We will definitely book this again.

Excellent séjour! Appart fonctionnel et super bien pensé. Nous avons passé une semaine au top, proche de tout, commerces, pistes de ski alpin et fond. Un petit paradis très pratique et optimisé avec de belles attentions. Merci et j'espère que nous y reviendrons

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans l’appartement de Suzanne. Tout y était. Résidence très propre. Situé au 5 eme étage, il n’y a que trois appartements sur le palier et personne n’était là pendant notre séjour. Exposition plein sud. S’il y a de la neige l’accès est aisé pour le retour ski, ce qui n’était pas le cas en avril mais on s’en doutait. L’immeuble du Santel est le plus éloigné du centre commercial et un peu en hauteur tout en étant accessible facilement. Possibilité de passer par les couloirs qui relient les trois résidences dans se faire mouiller….un peu labyrinthique mais pratique. L’arrêt de bus pour le centre est a 5 mn de marche. La communication a été parfaite. Bref je recommande chaudement.

Hôte super sympa et dispo. Merci à lui pour le cadeau d'arrivée (très bon. On en racheté pour le retour😉🥂) et la doc sur Val d'Isère. Logement top: à 2min du centre de Val en bus (gratuit) et très bien agencé (nous étions 4 pers.). Encore merci pour tout! En pratique: Les + : balcon ensoleillé, garage, ascenseur, 2 box de rangement hors appart (rdc + 1er étage) et tous les ustensiles mis à notre dispo dans ce F3 + Les tutos explicatifs. Le - : (juste pour qu'il y ait 1 piste d'amélioration et parce que nous étions 3 filles aux cheveux longs dans le groupe 😉😂), pas d'accroche sèche cheveux au mur ou 1 endroit/tablette (non mouillé) où l'on pourrait le poser lorsqu'il est encore chaud. Sinon, tout le reste au top.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Nicole. Son logement, atypique et agencé sur plusieurs niveaux, possède tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. De plus, il est possible de se garer juste devant, ce qui est très pratique. Ses chats, à la fois affectueux et attachants, ajoutent une touche de convivialité à l’ensemble. Nicole est une hôte très agréable et toujours réactive.

Casa impeccabile. Spazi ampi e ben arredati ed accessoriati. La pulizia delle camere e della cucina era ottima. Nel complesso super soddisfatto, casa calda con un riscaldamento top, 3 belle camere matrimoniali con 3 bagni, più 4 posti letto singoli e un altro bagno di servizio, il camino a legna è un plus per passare le serate sul divano con l'atmosfera giusta, Qualche nota di attenzione: i divani, che non sono super comodi; manca il forno e soprattutto un microonde (ma c'è un fornetto elettrico abbastanza grande) e considerando la bellezza della cucina e la quantità di stoviglie ed elettrodomestici forniti è veramente strano.

Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft. Wir waren zu acht und hatten alle bequem Platz. Sehr gut eingerichtete Küche! Für den Kamin war genug Holz zur Verfügung und das Feuer schafft eine tolle Atmosphäre und Wärme. Frederike hat immer sehr rasch geantwortet und geholfen. Die verschiedenen Skigebiete sind mit Auto oder Bus gut zu erreichen. Wandern und Langlaufen kann man gleich von der Hütte aus. Ein sehr gutes Restaurant und auch ein Bäcker sind zu Fuß in 20 Min zu erreichen. Alles in allem eine tolle Woche.

Un havre de paix rêvé pour se ressourcer, profiter du paysage, des balades aux alentours, de la gastronomie Suisse. le chalet est très bien équipé et offre une vue imprenable sur la vallée et les sommets qui l'encadrent.

Abbiamo passato un weekend tra le montagne, la maison d'avie è un alloggio confortevole e comodo, vicino ad Aosta ma con una vista incredibile sulle montagne. L'appartamento è accogliente e pulito, l'host è gentilissimo e molto disponibile.

This apartment is a perfect choice when you go skiing in Champoluc, close to the lifts, around 10 min. walking. Its a clean and very nice apartment with all the things you need. Very comfortable with two bathrooms. Good space in general and a social planned kitchen. Stefania was a very good host, answered fast if there were any questions, very kind in general!

Great place, bigger than expected, right on the bus route and a green ski run into val d’isere (but also very easy to walk into town) 5 of us really enjoyed our stay our stay.

La casa è moderna e accogliente. Ci sono tutti gli elettrodomestici utili per godere appieno della casa (lavatrice, lavastoviglie , ampio frigo). La casa è in una posizione strategica sia per raggiungere il centro a piedi sia gli impianti di sci. Rinat si è dimostrata anche una host super disponibile e reattiva

Two of us stayed in the flat and it was perfect. Honestly I think 5 would be a squash but if you are on a budget, do-able. The accommodation is literally 2 mins to slope, has a terrace and Mountain View, near some nice bars/cafes. Nothing is far away and no buses or lots of walking in ski boots needed. It is a flat and we did pick up a curry smell from elsewhere in the building but that is the nature of living with others. We thought at first it was our mattresses and complained to the host. Within minutes, they contacted us snd changed all the bedding! First rate.
