Had a lovely stay at Amy Village for a month, nestled in an extremely convenient location in the heart of Lamai. A 7-eleven just around the corner, a supermarket, laundromat and petrol station just 3min away by foot, and many great food options all around, from the cheaper local stuff to the fancier Western-style cafe food. Plus only 10-15min walk to the beautiful Lamai beach. William and Roshani were great hosts with amazing responsiveness and communication, and they also cook up good meals at their cafe for those feeling too lazy to venture out on a hot day. The room was spacious and equipped with a big fridge and entire pantry area. There was also ample space to work in the room itself, but the coworking space was also initing and well-furnished. Definitely recommend for those looking for a mid-to-long-term work and travel stay in Samui.

Проживали на вилле неделю. Хозяева ответили сразу, все рассказали, отправили геолокацию. Дорога хорошая, что очень важно, так как на Самуи бывают очень крутые подъемы. Есть охрана в посёлке. Это апартаменты все таки, а не вилла. Очень хорошие и просторные. Все как на фотографиях. 2 этаж. Вид шикарный. Терраса супер, утром и вечером не жарко сидеть на ней. Все свеженькое, не старое. Кровати удобные. Кондиционеры хорошие. Вид с террасы шикарный. На машине до пляжа минут 10. Рядом есть 7/11 в 3 минутка езды. Все необходимое есть. Бассейн хороший на территории, чистый. За электричество за неделю получилось 1000бат. Из минусов: нам не хватило утюга, не было стиральной машины. И очень не хватало сушилки для белья. На виллу нужно покупать все своё: туалетную бумагу, мыло. Уборка была 1 раз. И у нас была простыня порванная, сразу не сообщили им. При выезде хотели 1000 бат взять за неё. Но поверили что так и было. Так что если видите, если что-то повреждено сразу сообщайте хозяину .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le grand appartement proposé par Karla. L’espace est vraiment appréciable, avec deux salles de bain très pratiques pour un séjour à plusieurs, et une cuisine moderne et bien équipée. La communication avec Karla a été fluide et agréable tout au long du séjour, ce qui a grandement facilité notre arrivée et notre départ. Autre gros plus : la résidence dispose d’une piscine et d’une salle de sport, idéales pour se détendre ou rester actif pendant les vacances. Une très bonne adresse à retenir !

Great stay! super clean. amazing pools. Friendly neighbours. water pressure of the shower is pretty good. Bed is big and kitchen functional. we had issues with the AC ( normal in the island with électricity black outs) But Matthias and Jittra were helpful right away. Overall we had a very very pleasant stay. Thank you both🙏🏻

Die Wohnung ist richtig großzügig geschnitten – perfekt, wenn man länger bleibt. In der Küche ist alles da, was man braucht, super ausgestattet! Das gemeinsame Fitnessstudio ist zwar schon ein bisschen älter, aber für die meisten Übungen völlig okay.

Как дома ! 🩵 Отличные апартаменты ! Очень уютно! Ничего лишнего ! Есть все необходимое . Современная плита на кухне , стиральная машина , утюг , фен. Все фото совпадают ! Расположение идеальное , на мото доехать можно везде . Очень удобная кровать ! Современное постельное белье и полотенца . Справа и слева нет соседей , в апартаментах всегда тихо ! Это огромный плюс был для нас ! С радостью в следующий раз вернемся !

Great place to stay and relax with amazing view from balcony. Close to great places for sunsetting like "Sunset bar" etc. Everything else you would need is also close by. Apartment has everything you would need for comfortable stay. Thawee is super responsive and very helpful!

Words cannot even describe the amazing time that we've had here at this Airbnb. This villa is stunning!! It is absolutely huge and words cannot describe it to be honest. Mel's attention to detail is endless. She has thought of things that you yourself don't even think you need! It’s the little things that truly made a difference. We have never been to any accommodation anywhere in the world that has truly had this level of attention ….from the décor to the thoughtful amenities. We even received a lovely welcome basket on arrival which included a bottle of wine, beers, biscuits, chocolates and more! With most Airbnb’s, you end up having to purchase some basics but not here. It’s all laid out for your use. Oh, did we mention the amazing sunsets from the huge deck!! Our only grudge ….. we only had three days in this lovely Villa. Thank you Mel. We could not have asked for a better host and we will be back!

We stayed four weeks at Lauren’s place and we were sad to leave. The flat is exactly as it looks in the photos: clean, spacious, and with a well-equipped kitchen. Both the bed and the sofa were both huge and very comfortable. The pool was fantastic. There are two washing machines in the complex, but we did our laundry at a place two minutes down the lane where the shopkeeper always had 10-baht coins in change. It takes about 30 mins to walk to Chaweng Beach. Initially, we were disappointed that the beach was further than we anticipated. But in the end we saw this as a positive: the neighbourhood is quiet, but still close to restaurants and a good supermarket. It’s also in the middle of a local residential neighbourhood, which we appreciated as much of Chaweng is relentless resorts. To go further, we used Grab. (note that taxis are relatively expensive in Samui). Do pack an HDMI cable as the TV in the flat isn’t a smart TV. Overall, great value for money in this price range.

Beautiful apartment where every part is nicely planned out. Clean, modern and nice condo. Yuri was very responsive and helpful whenever we were contacting him. This place is a great oasis and we can’t wait to stay here again.

Great compact condo at the best beach on Koh Samui. The complex has everything you could wish for during your stay. Leonie and Barton were great hosts too!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gut gelegen. Toller Pool und Balkon. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Квартира прекрасная, очень красивая, светлая, уютная, с потрясающей террасой. Немного требует ремонта, но очень комфортная для проживания. Не понравилось отсутствие горячей воды в душевой кабине. Мы мылись в ванне, но в ней нет шторки и вода течет на пол. Самое плохое было что хозяйка не дала никаких инструкций по заселению, хотя мы просили ее об этом когда звонили из аэропорта. Потом у нее просто был отключен телефон и мы не знали что нам делать. Координаты на Airbnb привели нас не туда. Мы сделали три круга прежде чем найти нужный въезд. Нам помог охранник, который не говорил по английски, но оказалось что ключи у него. Это был единственный неприятный момент. Позже хозяйка вышла на связь и принесла извинения. Также подарила сувениры. Спасибо большое за это, нам было приятно. Совет: вбивайте в google maps “BLEU CONDO”. Не используте координаты. В остальном все было превосходно! P.S. Вокруг очень тихо, не слышно шум дорог. Но петухи начинают в 4-5 утра, берите беруши :)

Очень отзывчивый и доброжелательный хозяин. Помощница тоже была на связи и помогала с любыми вопросами. Удобное расположение квартиры, было легко заселиться. Вид из окна на бассейн и немного видно море. Два телевизора для просмотра в кровати и на диване. Посредине комнаты есть штора, которой можно разделить пространство. В ванной нормально убегала вода и работал нагреватель. Немного неприятных запахов было, но не критично. Не хватает стиральной машины, хотя есть место где ее можно установить. Диван уже продавлен немного и тоже требует замены - долго не просидишь с комфортом. Приятное боковое освещение, но кому-то может показаться недостаточно света. Вся необходимая посуда была, а так же немного аксессуаров для приготовления, например соль и перец.

I had a great stay at Anna and Courtney's place. They've turned a traditional Thai home into a lovely place to stay. The floor to ceiling windows bring so much light in and the pool was just lovely. There were a few small things that you'd expect from Thailand like the mozzies coming out in full force at 4pm but we hid from them so all good. Overall would definitely stay again. Thanks guys.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans la villa de Sikarin. Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour, au calme et avec des très belles prestations. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Kim is an amazing host with world-class connections and advice. She gave the best suggestions. Kim is so very thoughtful and helpful. We hit it off right away. I have a food allergy and was able to cook in the house where I stayed. Kim and I walked about 14 minutes down the beach and I got the most amazing Thai massage right on the beach. A wonderful lady named Aon gave me 2 Thai massages, an herbal ball massage, a facial and 1 oil massage while I was there. Being a massage therapist myself for more than 15 years I'm picky about who I let work on me. Aon is well educated in massage and has been performing massage for 30 years. Just ask Kim, she can tell you how to get there. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Kim's place Just across the street from her private beach and her home. 🤍🤍🤍

Great central location close to everything you need but still just enough away from the main road. Nearby shops, restaurants, 7-11 you can walk to, laundr very close as well. I felt really good in this place I would recommend. Spacious, AC works great. Good value for money, free weekly cleaning, no need to dispose trash etc. Much appreciated. :)

Beautiful apartment, looks the same as photos, it’s stunning! Really helpful friendly hosts, would definitely recommend! Hope to return again in the future.

The owner was very responsive and helpful. Everything matched the description. The owner got us a BBQ for pretty much the whole stay. Location is not that good, there are couple local grocery shops in walking distance, but something decent like 7-Eleven is 13-15 minutes away. Other than that there is not much else you can go to by foot. Beach is not in walking distance. Overall for money paid the experience was great.

The villa was very nice and just as advertised. The host Kelli was on hand via email when,we needed her and the staff around the complex were very nice & helpful. The villa is very clean and gets cleaned once per week. It was just a nice place to stay and it felt like home. My one suggestion would be as a coffee lover with a villa so modem and nice it would have been amazing if there was a coffee pod machine, it would have been perfect to be able to have a decent coffee on the balcony as soon as you wake up instead of having to venture out. You are able to make coffee etc but a decent coffee machine would be amazing! Will definitely stay again. 10/10

The villa was fantastic for what we needed, spacious with individual rooms and everyone having their own space and bathroom. Kitchen and living area was great and perfect for cooking, eating, and congregating for a takeaway recommendation as a family. Lyn was fantastic throughout and helped arrange food, supplies, taxis and transport as well as being great for local knowledge. Less shared loads of commendation for food and things to do and was super helpful in planning for our trip! Pool was ace! Lots of sunbeds and space to chill, was super quiet, private and relaxed. We had 3 x children in our group and the bunk bed and spaces for them were brilliant! They loved the cinema room and chilling with us all watching movies in the lounge too. Beds are super comfortable and rooms super well provisioned, bathrooms are ace and was super well Maintained! Would highly recommend the villa as a base and Lee & Lyn as a hosts.
