Charlie & Rosie's house was fabulous & as the hosts they were very good at communicating! It was comfortable and peaceful, just what was needed. Perfect location, quiet & easily walkable to all the shops & restaurants! 10 out of 10! 🙂

Great stay, was lovely and clean. Everything we needed was provided including fresh milk, eggs and bread along with some biscuits and tea and coffee. Rachel checked in with us on arrival and day 2 to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall a great stay and experience.

Thank you for such a fab stay. The location was perfect for our visit to Manchester visiting friends. The venue is beautifully decorated, and very modern. I just wish I’d had enough time to enjoy a soak in the bath. Would definitely book again when back in the area.

Very generous host even left some bottled water and tea coffee bread etc for us which was so appreciated 🙏🙏 Lovely , big , comfy clean beds, bedding and towels. Great kitchen and dinning area cooked a lovely meal. We really enjoyed our stay thank you once again 🙏🙏

We had a lovely stay. The house looks just like the pictures and had plenty of space for all of us. The location is great for getting into central Manchester, and Jordan and Tate were responsive and helpful throughout. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is only one bathroom, but this was clearly mentioned in the listing, so we were prepared. Overall, a very nice stay. Thank you!

A lovely, home-from-home stay at Linda's place. It really felt like staying in a lived in house rather than a stark hotel room. The kitchen was well equipped with loads of glasses and mugs, crockery, pans etc and oil and herbs provided. We made use of the washing machine and the outside drying space was great so didn't need the tumble dryer. Comfy beds and handy to have towels provided. The kitchen table was great to work from home and the WiFi worked perfectly. Nice garden and patio, and a quiet street with views of a grassy area with trees from the front of the house. Had no trouble parking two cars near the house. Check in and out was easy with a lock box.

Great place to stay for either a short or longer stay. Very clean and tidy and a lovely host. Even gave me a lift into Bury town centre. Thank you Carol Best wishes Chris

We had an emergency at our house due to some building work and found mikes place on here. It was a short notice weekday booking yet everything was perfect. So thankful for all the little well thought through extras like tea, milk, juice etc. The flat is gorgeous and the garden is beautiful with a lovely view of the hills. We only live down the road but we'd be tempted to book again just to stay somewhere so lovely. Thank you so much mike.

Wow, what an incredible find. Grace really has thought of EVERYTHING as a host. The amenities provided were truly above and beyond. Was only there for the night to run Manchester Marathon the following day but could have easily spent a week plus here with everything provided, so well thought out with some lovely homely touches. Was really clean and felt like a nice private place tucked away, super spacious & finished to a high standard. Great access with on street parking available and walkable distance to metro lines to get into central Manchester. Was welcomed by Grace upon arrival and made to feel instantly at home. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay in Bev's lovely apartment. Home from home: tastefully decorated and furnished, every area very clean, comfy bed, well stocked kitchen. The complementary grocery pack and bottle of wine much appreciated. Very peaceful location despite apartment being situated on a main road. 10 minute walk to town centre, with it's market, good selection of shops and places to eat and transport links. Bev really is the " hostess with the mostest". Communicates well via messaging and very welcoming face to face. Highly recommend

Great location for the event we were in Manchester for. Directly opposite the CoOp Live arena and the Etihad stadium so would recommend for people travelling for specific events. Communication with host was faultless. Clear instructions on check in and always responsive. They went the extra mile to leave breakfast, milk and coffee which was very much appreciated. Will definitely go back when in Manchester!

Lovely place to stay for a few days. Great location. Remote and quiet yet near lots of places to visit. Comfortable bed, clean property, easy to park, well equipped kitchen. Nice bonus of breakfast items, and tea and coffee, milk. (plus a little gift for Easter!) Friendly and helpful host. Wouldn't hesitate in booking again if we in the area.

Perfect location and property for my weekend in Manchester for the Marathon. Mandy and James had brilliant communication, answering any questions promptly and also giving clear instructions on accessing the property. The property was spotless and had all the amenities that you would need for a weekend. Nice home manual with handy maps, timetables and takeaway options should you need them. Ideal location for accessing the Tram stop, local shops and the canal for a wee walk.

Fantastic apartment everthing you could want home,not for everyone but we appreciated the HUGE tv and loads of channels,I took ill while away so it was great distraction Other residents lovely Can’t recommend this place enough And James was a fantastic host supa fast at responding and loads of recommendations 👌🏽

Great location for the Peak District! Lovely accommodation. Tony was incredibly responsive, gave good instructions on how to arrive and was helpful whenever I contacted him, you can tell a lot of thought has gone in to the space. The shower was lovely and powerful. Something that was really appreciated after the long walks. Bed was really comfortable and seemed much larger than a queen size bed, sheets were lovely and clean. Appreciated having a parking place so close to where we were staying. Views across to the reservoir were amazing, we took a walk across the road to it and they were lovely, beautiful nature walk along the reservoir just across the road. Peaks cavern only 40 minutes away and the b29 crash sight parking only a 15minute drive away. Would recommend this stay and will definitely be returning.

This lovely flat was situated high up in the heart of Manchester City centre. Excellent location within walkable distance to bars and restaurants. The flat is very nicely decorated with a lovely balcony overlooking the skyline. The flat was clean and tidy the kitchen was well stocked. My bed was super comfy with a lovely soft duvet. Warren was a really attentive host offering a large selection of places to eat and drink which took the pressure off of me having to do that before I came. I would highly recommend this place for a stay a little gem in the heart of the city.

My little bit of heaven. Absolutely love staying here. Immaculately clean, all the amenities I need and the occasional visit from two beautiful little cats. We had a lovely stay, at Anne & Phil's. Anne was welcoming and warm, the place was exactly as described, the location was peaceful, but also within a minute walk to local pubs and co-op. During the days we went for lovely walks, to Uppermill and also visited the historic Fort. Will definitely return.

A really unique and lovely place to stay in a very nice, leafy area. Rob and Kath were fantastic hosts, very responsive to questions etc. The volt had everything we needed for our stay and I’d happily recommend it to friends and family.

Stayed overnight to visit a family member. We usually use hotels but due to events in the city, could not find availability at a reasonable price. Stables View was luckily available and what a find it was. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and so peaceful, with views of the fields and the . All the amenities listed were available, and it was so clean you would think you were the first people to have ever used the space! Definitely recommended.
