We stayed at John’s place for 12 days, and it was an incredible experience. The home is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It has three bedrooms, a cozy common area, and essential amenities like air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. John was a fantastic host—responsive, accommodating, and always ensuring we had a seamless stay. A huge bonus was the daily housekeeping service, with someone coming in to sweep, clean, and take out the trash. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary cookware and utensils—just bring your groceries! The location was excellent, with great restaurants, markets, and a metro station within walking distance. Despite being in a lively area, the apartment was peaceful. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cochin, Kerala. Thank you, John, for making our stay so special!

Die Unterkunft im Casa war definitiv einer der besten Wir verbrachten dort unsere letzten zwei Nächte bevor wir weiter flogen ✈️ Die Unterkunft hat eine Terrasse und geteilte Räume wo wir allerdings zu dem Zeitpunkt alleine waren Weiterhin gibt es eine Küche und eine. Kühlschrank + Wasserspender die Klimaanlage darf natürlich auch nicht fehlen und funktioniert natürlich auch Der Hausherr hat uns in allen Anliegen sehr geholfen und wir hat auch einige Intressante Gespräche zusammen ✨️😅😉 Sehr zu empfehlen 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We were a family of 20 and had gone to the place with a tempo traveler. There was enough space for parking and extra beds were provided to accommodate everyone comfortably.
