Great stay with amazing view.

Qunyan’s place is hands down one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. Located on the 48th floor, the direct view of the Petronas Twin Towers is simply breathtaking—something you won’t forget. The apartment was spotless, modern, and incredibly well-priced. The building’s top-floor view, world-class swimming pool, and gym took the whole experience to another level. Honestly, anyone who gets to stay here is lucky. If you see it available, book it immediately! Qunyan was also very, very helpful and made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended!

A great place. One of my top lists after so many times deal with Airbnb. Near to Cheras Selatan too where super easy to find food no matter breakfast lunch or dinner. Easy to get there, guards also friendly. Definitely will come back again if wanna meet for friends near this area. Great experience.

The first Airbnb I truly enjoyed. My partner and I needed a place to stay in Malaysia - and Mont Kiara is perfect. It's safe, quiet, community here is amazing, and in these 2 months I've meet so many good and kind people that I'll miss. Shopping is easy, there is a gym, pools, everything I needed. And this area was a great place for taking late night runs, it's so quiet and safe - very nice. And there is a local running community I always see them while I'm on my runs. The Airbnb listing mentioned “light cooking,” but honestly, the kitchen was better equipped than my own home. Cooking here was AMAZING, the space was clean, easy to use, equipped and just very pretty. Living here was effortless. Small things, like the easy-to-use washing machine, made a big difference for someone like me who works long hours. I had a lot of extra time to create memories here and I couldn't be more grateful to Yau for this amazing place, and Malaysia for offering this. 100% coming back when I visit!

Clean and quiet place to stay. Alot of amenities around there

We stayed 4 nights at Pennys Airbnb and recommend it without any reservations; the place is beautiful. It is clean, comfortable and has an amazing view. The air conditioning is very effective. The kitchen is well equipped and has an amazing hot, cold and regular temperature water dispenser. There is a washer/dryer in the apartment which is very handy. The apartment is on the 36th floor. There was no delay in going up and down in the elevators. Check in and check out are very easy. There are some good restaurants and convenience stores very close by. The night market and China town are walking distance. Penny responds to questions very quickly

The apartment was great. Location is perfect and walking distance from China Town, Jalan Alor street market, and other popular places in KL. Around the corner you can find supermarkets and decent restaurants. The residence is great, with nice swimming pools and rooftops. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean and had everything you need, especially with children. Winnie was easily reachable via message for all kinds of questions. Thanks again!

Booked the house for my Eid family staycation. We were beyond grateful that we booked this house as it was just what we needed- a huge, beautiful house overlooking Putrajaya lake with plenty of activities for everyone. We had lots of fun as we were able to go for a morning stroll, organised barbecue night while the kids had fun swimming for hours and hours. Kudos to Mr Hafiz, the host who was friendly and very responsive. I would highly recommend this house for family gathering. I will come again next year insha Allah.

The place was exactly as described and very near to the train station and local restaurants. The pool table, karaoke set and jacuzzi were a pleasant addition to me and my friends’ short gathering. Colin and Run Yee were very helpful and provided detailed instructions for check in. Would definitely recommend this place for large groups who want to chill and have a good time.

Amazing place for friends gathering.

Had a pleasant stay here. The home looked exactly like the photos, which was a great first impression. Clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished — it felt cozy and welcoming from the moment we stepped in. The location was also a huge plus, just a short distance to Pavilion Bukit Jalil, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and accessible place to stay. Looking forward to coming back again!

The flat is as described and even better. The view, the amenities and layout are great, we definitely felt lucky to be there during our stay in KL. Man is an excellent host, he was always there to support us should we need anything. Proactive, excellent communication, he did his best to accomodate us and make our stay better and he succeeded. He as exquisite taste, the flat was well decorated and furnished.

The room was very clean and my family and I had a very good living experience

The apartment was perfectly furnished and spotlessly clean. The towels and toiletries provided were very good quality and everything was as described. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony with its views and just a lovely space to relax. The building is in a perfect location with much to do, easy to walk to many places and has wonderful eateries downstairs and close by as well. I can highly recommend booking this apartment if visiting KL, you will not be disappointed. 10/10!

Brandon and Jess made our stay so pleasant. The whole building is a wonderland full of amazing decor and amenities. The minute we walked in to the apartment we were in AWE of the creativity and thoughtfulness. It is absolutely fantastic. It exceeded out expectations. 5 STARS! Would recommend to everyone. Ken is a fantastic host - easy to communicate with and provides clear instructions. The view from the apartment is incredible. The apartment is well stocked with everything you need and the aircon works well. The location is very central, but is next to a main road so isn’t particularly easy to walk from. However, grab taxis arrive quickly and are well priced! The pool and gym are really nice - you have to pay ~$4 each time you visit.

Such a special place, a very modern and welcoming apartment with a stunning view from the balcony. It had all the amenities you needed for a short stay, the washer was very handy as it was important to wash my clothes due to the heat! Having said that the aircon kept the apartment cool. There is a spacious pool in the building which is open until late, recommend a late night dip. It also had a 7/11 outside the building which had an ATM amongst everything else you needed. Would 100% stay again if I came back to KL!
