The Pool House is set on a working farm, surrounded by beautiful countryside. There are plenty of walks in and around the farm or you can hire bikes and explore further afield - we have some lovely pubs in the area. The cottage is located on our smallholding at the edge of the picturesque village of Steeple Aston.

The Loft at Lower Farm

The Loft is part of a large complex of traditional Cotswold stone barns, built as a model farm over 200 years ago. It is situated above our stable yard in the centre of a working farm. On one side from the window you’ll probably see horses coming in for breakfast, the other side has views over the riding arena and farmland. Not suitable for infants and children under 12.
