This place is wonderful! Awesome views and wildlife! So quiet you can hear the birds wings flap in the air. Host was very responsive and we Definitely will return.

Me and my family of 5 felt right at home and comfortable in Elisa home. The location was private and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was only 20-30 mins away to major DC attractions. If in the area again we would definitely return.

Excellent stay at RivahLife! The views were spectacular and the home was exactly as described. Easy to find with lots of stuff for the kids and adults. Looking forward to returning during the warmer months as the fishing, boating, and swimming would be more desirable. Thanks for the high chair and portable crib. Those things really help when traveling with kids.

I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb’s and this was easily one of the best. Everything was exactly as described, and maybe even better than described. It had tons of amenities and a well stocked kitchen perfect for our large family. Spotless and beautiful. I highly recommend this home and would gladly stay there again.

This house is perfect for large groups. It is very spacious, with plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the dock taking in the serene natural beauty of the Creek and observing the local birdlife, including Kingfishers, Great Blue Herons, and Bald Eagles. The house is situated very near to the entrance of Lookout Point State Park which we greatly enjoyed exploring on bicycles. Seeing a large wedge of Tundra Swans fly overhead was a special moment. If you want to spend some time relaxing in a beautiful setting in a beautiful and very interesting area with a large group, this house will serve you well.

We had a quick weekend getaway and loved every moment. House was perfect for our group of 10. Beds were comfortable and the fire pit was amazing. The house came with everything we needed along with extras we didn’t even expect. Denise was a wonderful host and we will definitely be back!

We had the pleasure of staying here during the winter while we looked for a place to live. It was perfect! Quiet and peaceful yet super close to all restaurants and stores. We had some snowfall and the views were stunning! Once it warmed up we even got to see some wild life in the woods behind us. Lovely huge porch! Lots of space in garden escape. Can bring the entire family and more!!! Nice big driveway for easy turned around. Patrick was beyond responsive for all my questions.Whether is was just informing be as something as simple as an Internet outage in the area or we had one situation with an unsure smell. Patrick acted immediately on the problem and it was resolved within 2 hours from start to finish. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Are stay included two families that are in-laws and it was 11 of us total and we had an absolute beautiful weekend it was great the house I cannot say enough about how immaculate and perfect it is how accommodating Megan is how she has so many things that are there that she didn't even tell you and listen the amenity section literally you don't need to bring anything with you but yourself in your clothes we will definitely be back here again for another stay as extended family and I couldn't say more about how wonderful the place is

Exactly what I wanted. A comfortable, cozy, quiet getaway, walkable to phenomenal scenery and restaurants. Loved it.

Robert was very responsive to my questions. The location was primo! Quiet & private. Don't miss the poetry fence at the end of the block. There's a grocery nearby, and when we went to restaurants, we'll, the food was fantastic! Gustave Boulangerie had excellent sandwiches, huge quiche, and GREAT pastries. Del Ray Cafe- mmm- French kiss. The recommendations in the guest book were very helpful. And it's very close to DC, so easy to go sight seeing. thank you Robert!

We had a winter visit and despite it being freezing outside the house was nice and toasty and we appreciated the fast hot water for showering. No fenced yard for our dog but it's a nice area to walk around. Central location, close to restaurants. Would stay again.

When we had an issue with the refrigerator, they didn’t just fix it; they replaced it with a brand-new one within two days! Their kindness and efficiency made us feel incredibly valued as guests. Spending a full month here, we truly got to appreciate how well-maintained and well-equipped the apartment was. It was a perfect home away from home, and we are so grateful for the hospitality we received. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

Beautiful airbnb unit. The host was really easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. And the neighborhood is so cute. You're on a quiet street but within walking distance of everything. The queen bed was appreciated. The unit is kind of small, but they make efficient use of the space (queen bed, a little kitchenette with a stove and fridge, and bathroom). We just needed a place to sleep and keep our bags while exploring Alexandria/DC, so it was perfect for what we needed.

The flat was attractive, spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient and there were a lot of dining options nearby. There is a trolley stop and a bus stop right out the door. Both are free.The bus or the trolly will take you to the metro station or to the river. The flat is vintage and charming. It is on the third floor but we only had to take the luggage up and down once. It was a great experience and I would definately recommend it .

Fantastic spot for our DC vacation. Appreciated that it had linens and towels. The coffee and espresso already in the kitchen was a nice touch. Parking also a huge plus.

Clarence & Sheila have a really nice place and are great hosts. As a self-proclaimed "hotel person" I was a little hesitant to stay in an Airbnb in a city that I am unfamiliar with. My biggest reservation was what a few reviewers said about the location. To be honest, they were over-exaggerating, the neighborhood and neighbors were fine. Like most urban communities, you may have to ride through some less desirable neighborhoods, but to be honest I didn't feel like the surrounding community was bad at all. As for the property, it was immaculately clean and stocked with snacks. The wifi was strong so I was able to work while there. The place looks exactly like the photos. I appreciated the assurance and quick responsiveness that Sheila provided when I had some pre check-in questions. I would definitely book again.

Stayed here with two of my friends for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time! Room was incredibly clean and very spacious, with a lovely kichenette. Staff were amazing, amenities like the pool and hot tub were great, and overall a great experience. Janee was also super helpful, kind, and responsive!

Our visit is always wonderful not only for the lovely setting and convenience of being in town, but for the gracious hospitality. Not only are Chris and Kate welcoming and attend to any needs, their staff at the Oxford Market are also marvelous folks. The cottage is a great fit for my elderly parents as it is all on one floor. The location is perfect as you can walk to many delightful places. My Dad enjoyed getting the newspaper and homemade muffins each morning. Just perfect! Thank you! Katie Dodds

It was a great place to stay for a conference at the Gaylord. Very quick walk, maybe 4 minutes from the convention center. I also was upgraded to a 3 bedroom suite with a balcony. Very cool and spacious.

Christina facilitated an easy and smooth booking and stay experience, it was greatly appreciated! The place was exactly what we needed.

Kayne's home was just as the photos, I appreciated how clean and nice the whole place was. I had a private parking spot behind the home for a small car. Place was perfect for 3-4 people with a spacious bedroom and full kitchen, and a smaller living room. Nice perks are the 2.5 bathrooms, a washer/dryer combo and an air mattress to use. After a day of walking 4+ hours around DC and Alexandria, the home's location was quiet enough to relax (even close to busy Henry St). Kanye's place was only 4 blocks away from the metro station taking you to DC or to Alexandria's King St. In walking distance there's some decent restaurants and a mile away a Trader's Joes. Communication with the hosts was very responsive, I did not have any issues. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.
