Rebecca is kind hearted and quick to respond. she came right over to show us how to turn on the heat since we had an unexpected cold snap after she had gotten the house ready for warmer weather. she's the best!

Our extended family of five, including a nonagenarian plus a 2 year old dog spent 3 nights at Mari's place. It was perfect for us and exceeded our expectations. The most outstanding thing was how peaceful and comfortable it is there. It's a great place to just hang out and enjoy a beautiful home with a beautiful view. We would be happy to return any time we get the chance.

Several adult family members and I were in town for a wedding. Though we don’t live this way any longer, we grew up about 10min away from this house so are very familiar with the neighborhood. The house itself is tucked back into a residential area, but is on a main secondary road so be prepared for a little bit of fun getting in and out. Place was clean, spacious, and the host was very responsive to the one small issue we had. Keeping this place on the short list for future hometown visits.

This house was great! It had everything we needed while traveling with a baby. Jacqueline was so helpful, friendly and such a pleasant person. Very caring and was available everyone I reached out to her. The house was very comfortable. Our group of 10 had no complaints. I would 100 percent recommend this house to friends and family. This house is perfect for large groups. It is very spacious, with plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the dock taking in the serene natural beauty of the Creek and observing the local birdlife, including Kingfishers, Great Blue Herons, and Bald Eagles. The house is situated very near to the entrance of Lookout Point State Park which we greatly enjoyed exploring on bicycles. Seeing a large wedge of Tundra Swans fly overhead was a special moment. If you want to spend some time relaxing in a beautiful setting in a beautiful and very interesting area with a large group, this house will serve you well.

We loved our stay and would not hesitate to stay again. The property was easy to find and in a quiet neghborhood. The fenced in yard was great for our puppy and it even included a ramp for dogs that struggle with steps! Inside was superb, everything we needed was taken care of. The living room was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with quality appliances, cutlery, and cookware. The bathrooms were spotless. I hope this property is available the next time we visit North Beach!

An extraordinary place to rest & recharge. The views, the comfort of the home, and the gorgeous walking trails, through woods & beach are a perfect combination. Everything we needed & then some.

Our family had a great time - the property was spacious and clean, location was beautiful, and we loved playing outdoors in the open space and getting out on the water. Hosts were very responsive and everything we might need/want was provided!

Our family had a great time at Connie’s! The kids had loads to do in the game room and we all enjoyed the scenic views and relaxing environment. Bathrooms were also super clean. The refrigerator is enormous and was helpful because there aren’t too many food places around so we cooked a lot. Connie was responsive and friendly. We would recommend her place!

It was absolutely wonderful staying at Joanne's home. It was very comfortable and loved the outdoor firepit. Very peaceful and lovely home. We would love to come back again for another visit.

We had the most beautiful Thanksgiving gathering at Casey’s Porch on the bay for an extended family reunion. The house is lovely - spacious, gorgeous and cozy at the same time. The views on the water were amazing. There were plenty of beds and ‘hang out’ spots for our tweens and teens, and 3 private baths for the adult couples were much appreciated. And our hosts could not have been more helpful and friendly. Thank you for giving us this opportunity to make more happy memories together!

This was a great vacation. This place has it all from the pool to the kayaking, fishing, crabbing and the late night fires were we all just sat around the fire and enjoyed the time together. The house was awesome, plenty of room for all. The family had a great time. Definitely would rent this place again.

The place was perfect, clean, homey, comfortable and really unique. Loved the pool, cold plunge, sauna, screen porch. We had everything we needed from fresh flowers and cookies to convenient multiple charging stations by the beds. Loved the outdoor lighting and overall coziness of this place. Quiet and peaceful, sounds of the water lapping the shore, beautiful place to drink morning coffee and watch the sunrise. Also found some great sea glass on the beach!! Love, love, loved staying here :)

I cannot say enough about this property or Kenny. It was an extremely busy for me as it was my daughter’s wedding. Kenny made the check-in, stay, and check out easy for me, which is just what I needed. He checked on us frequently, but not too much. He was very responsive to a few questions that I had. The place was clean, well furnished, and a really fun area to stay in. I highly recommend Kenny and this property!

Beautiful spot and gracious host. This was exactly as described, had all the amenities we could want, and Frank was incredibly clear in instructions, responsive and organized. We spent a lovely week in a gorgeous, soothing location with our pup — fully refreshed after only 4.5 days!

We had such a wonderful time staying at the Lazy Crab. The house fit our needs perfectly. For a family with a 2 & 4 year old, that isn’t easy to do. The house was clean and we appreciated the extra blankets for the cool nights. The kitchen was also well stocked for cooking at home. If you’re looking for a safe and quiet neighborhood the Lazy Crab is the place for you and your family. Danielle was also a very responsive and friendly host. She even let us leave our bags at the house after check in as our flight was later in the day. Overall, this was a great experience for our first Airbnb as a family and we hope to make this a getaway for us in the future. Thank you Danielle!

We alerted Nancy of our late check in due to travel and she was so caring and thoughtful to make sure we found the place. How wonderful to check in and find an emasculate and more than comfortable place to rest our heads after a long travel day! Our fur baby felt more than loved with a special Love note waiting for him on the table and treats - and human treats as a surprise for us in the fridge!! We stayed each day with peace and coffee on the dock!! We felt so welcomed and cared for and appreciated it so much!

I have stayed here several times and always had a great experience. She has updated a few things and it is very nice. Do be aware if someone is going to sleep on the futon couch that it is very firm.bed was very comfortable and kitchen had all I needed. A few snacks and water bottles were left for us and that was appreciated. Roxanne is very responsive when questions were asked. Will be back!

Quiet and cozy home in the perfect location. We had a wonderful stay with beautiful views of the water (too cold in Feb to fully enjoy), and it was so convenient to be able to walk to local coffee shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Place nicer than advertised. Although we only stayed 2 nights we definitely had a good time. The private beach was amazing and overall the place was very relaxing. My only complaint would be to make the pet fee as part of the booking process. My own fault that i didn't notice that after booking in the details.

Lara’s place was lovely, beds comfortable, everything just as described. She was kind enough to let us in early, too. Loved that she had dog bowls for our pup.

A beautiful home with space for several people, close to the water and surrounded by beautiful pine trees. Clean and tidy with a coastal charm, pet friendly is an extra bonus! Owners were very supportive and communicative.
