Our newly built 28m² Garden Studio is a 3-minute walk from the scenic Cam River and conveniently located near the heart of Cambridge. This beautifully designed space features a king-sized bed and plush sofa, complemented by underfloor heating and black-out blinds, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. This garden retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with a private outdoor seating area. Parking is not available on the premises however parking areas nearby can be recommended.

Enjoy a home from home in this peaceful and centrally-located self-catering apartment in Cambridge. Five minutes walk from shopping areas and historic sites, this is an ideal base for exploring Cambridge. Guests have the use of the entire apartment which consists of one double bedroom with ensuite shower room, kitchen, living/dining room and decked patio area. Sorry no children or pets. Non-mobile babies are welcome. Strictly no smoking or vaping. There is no on-street parking.

Warm, light and airy study bedroom with en suite shower and toilet and it's own small kitchen area. The studio has a separate entrance, bike parking and lovely garden view. The huge desk becomes a bed without having to put away your work! Kitchen has a single induction hob, air fryer, sink and fridge. Studio is fully equipped including all linen & towels supplied so suits overseas visitors. Change of linen and towels will be done weekly and a light clean.

You will enjoy a full kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. 2 bicycles included in the price (to borrow). We will provide towels and basic cooking essentials. The house is based in a very quiet area but still with easy access to the centre of town and to science Park. Cambridge North railway station is less than a mile away. We always clean properly however the property has old wooden floors which may look a bit shabby. The annexe was built in the 90s.

The Garden Annexe in Cambridge

This room is in an annexe to the main house, and looks out on to the rear garden.Ithas it's own entrance accessed with a key. It leads on to the rear secure garden where there is space to keep a bicycle. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room. There is an en suite shower room . A continental style breakfast can be provided for a reasonable charge or alternatively use of a kitchen for you to store food and provide your own.

Compact and modern ground floor room with private wetroom and entrance. We welcome guests of all nationalities and age, the languages we speak are: English, Hungarian and Italian. Happy to share our well-equipped kitchen with our guests. The house is close to shops, 5-minutes walk to ARM, 10 minutes from Addenbrooke's Hospital and 20-30 minutes bus ride to the city centre. Free car parking is available on the road, in front of the house.

The Hut

Brand new, self contained shepherds hut with double bed, kitchenette and bathroom. Situated in picturesque village just outside of Cambridge, 2 miles from the City Centre. Three pubs nearby. 10-15 minute bike ride along the River Cam to Cambridge City Centre (free bike loan available). Perfect for short stays whilst visiting Cambridge.
