You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The Great Green Room offers a completely private entry, living space, and bathroom. It is attached to our personal home but has zero shared space. It is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, toaster, and kitchen necessities. We are close to great food and shopping. Only five minutes away from Lake Lanier and centrally located between Gainesville and Flowery Branch, GA. We are close to 985 and 20 minutes from the Mall of Georgia!

Beautiful updated 3-bedroom 2-full bathroom residential house located in a cul-de-sac of a quiet neighborhood in Gainesville Ga. Stylish finishes, fun entertainment for a whole family includes foosball table, basketball play and arcade machine. In the office area there is a twin day bed with trundle that can sleep two guests. The Aspen also hosts a full bath and shower; providing for a relaxing days end. The king bed is sure to give you a great night's sleep with the thick foam topper…comfort!
