Gorgeous studio barn with high ceilings located in a quiet location with your own private access to a peaceful sunny dog-fenced orchard for your use. I am a superhost. Sitting room area with little Everhot stove, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a huge shower and a mezzanine bedroom with a handmade bed with beautiful linen and a down duvet. Close to Clare, Bury, Newmarket and Long Melford with walks on the doorstep. Please note I live on the property too so you will see me and my dogs.

Our Cabin offers a cosy independent stay with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom with super-king bed, luxury en-suite shower and utility with additional toilet. This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

Positioned in the beautiful countryside near Ware town, Cold Christmas has an abundance of lovely walks and is conveniently situated close to Hanbury Manor and Fanhams Hall, both of which offer a variety of amenities including a golf course, health spa and fine dining. Maltons, one of the area's finest restaurants is just at the end of the lane.

Cowslip houses three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen diner, dining area and lounge that can accommodate up to six people. The generous open-plan living area leads to a private and secluded outside terrace with stunning views of the meadow. The lodge contains underfloor heating throughout. The area has plenty of country walks,great pubs and restaurants, and the Suffolk coast is within an hours drive.
