Nicola’s place is GREAT! The flat is big, has 3 balconies, one of which is more like a cozy outside terrace. It has everything, it is free of clutter but at the same time feels like home. Nicola is a great host, super helpful and responsive. Location is good, especially if you need the private parking availability. Overall walkable to wherever you need to be, even with a stroller. Best kept secret? Probably the fastest internet in airbnb/hotel in Italy! Almost 1Gbps! Book it!

The house was lovely, Marco was there when I arrived to show me around and I ended up having a drink in the local bar/restaurant with him and a couple of his friends which was really lovely. All very easy and accessible.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a casa di Giovanni, casa accogliente e fornita di tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno. Il plus è stato conoscere l Host, persona gentile che ci ha aiutati anche con ottimi consigli per luogo da visitare e ristoranti in cui mangiare. Grazie all’ottima posizione abbiamo visitato tutto il sud della Sardegna, da Sant antioco a villasimius. L’appartamento si trova in un complesso di villette molto carino, noi siamo stati a Pasqua e abbiamo potuto apprezzare a pieno la pace di questo luogo, a 4 minuti a piedi potete trovare un supermercato, negozi, bar, tabacchi, pizzeria. La spiaggia si trova a 5 minuti a piedi, c è anche un delizioso baretto per una bella birra in riva al mare. L appartamento è dotato di condizionatori, un terrazzo molto bello, due smart tv, lavatrice e tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno. Wir haben das Appartment Nummer 7 bekommen wie waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und wurden noch mit einem zusätzlichem Bad überrascht.

A really lovely apartment. Gianmarco was very helpful with everything, especially with the BBQ. Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment, however we had already passed it so took us a while to find it. From then on in no problems.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, sehr sauber und unser persönliches Highlight war die Terrasse mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick aufs Meer, der zum Verweilen einlädt! Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig auf einem Berg gelegen - ein Mietauto ist von Vorteil, der Strand aber zu Fuss in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Mike lief problemlos und schnell. Für all unsere Fragen hatte er blitzschnell Antworten parat.

Das Haus war extrem sauber, erfrischend und es standen Leckereien, Esswaren und Getränke für uns bereit. Wir sind begeistert! 😍 In diesem Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es wurde alles durchdacht. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Elisabetta ist sehr herzlich, liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Viel mehr als ein Super Host! ❤️🫶 Die Zeit in Sardinien haben wir sehr genossen. Siamo stati 8 giorni , in questa struttura, ci siamo trovati veramente bene quasi come a casa, host disponibile per qualsiasi cosa , appartamento ordinato e pulitissimo, zona tranquilla e silenziosa immersa nella natura, la vicina molto simpatica e cordiale, se siete amanti dei gatti é il vostro posto e di certo non vi mancherà compagnia. Consigliato!

Dalia è una persona squisita e gentile. L'appartamento è un luogo di relax con una splendida visuale dal terrazzo, sopratutto fuori stagione, su un'isola che è una vera e propria gemma. Abbiamo trascorso lì qualche giorno della nostra luna di miele e sinceramente mai ne è valsa così tanto la pena, speriamo di poterci ritornare. This is simply the best Air BNB we have ever stayed at, we have travelled to many countries and the hospitality showed to us was amazing, Great local recommendations to sights close by, beautiful accomodation, local delicacies for us to try, all of this was above an beyond our expectations. The house is so clean, and beautifully decorated, there were lovely spaces inside and out to enjoy in the garden areas. We want to come back here and stay again and wish we were staying longer. If you are considering a stay around the Pula area, stay here!!!

Apartament Maurizio I spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Mieszkanie ma bardzo ładny wystrój, że zwłaszcza szereg obrazów na ścianach. Jest dobry dla pary jak i małej rodziny. Właściciel wystawił poczęstunek co było miłym gestem. Zawsze odpowiada na wiadomości, jest pomocny. Lokalizacja świetna, blisko atrakcji i restauracji i marketu. Mały minus to uszkodzone szuflady w sypialni i czasami kanalizacja odbija i wydziela nieprzyjemny zapach. Dobrym pomysłem byłoby zakupienie czajnika do gotowania wody. Mimo to pobyt był świetny. Cieszymy się że mogliśmy tam spędzić czas.

We stayed at this apartment for 3 days. The location of the apartment was perfect for walking around the historical spots, architecture and restaurants. About 5 minute walking distance from central train station and bus terminal from which we could go outskirts of the city and the airport (by train only at that time). Gianfranco came to us at the front door of the apartment building by himself and check-in process was super easy, and he explained every details of the house utilities. Although English was not mother-tongue for both of us, there was no problem in communication.

La casa è davvero molto bella e il patio con la terrazza si aprono sul mare regalando una vista incantevole per lo spettacolo dei differenti colori dell’acqua nei vari momenti della giornata e la magia del tramonto e della luna! La casa sia all’interno che all’esterno, nonostante i segni del passare del tempo, mantiene un fascino ricercato e un’atmosfera estremamente accogliente. Carlotta, che ringraziamo ancora, è un host molto disponibile e affabile che ci ha supportato prima e durante la vacanza al meglio delle sue possibilità. La bellezza del luogo ha contribuito a far sopportare l’assenza dell’aria condizionata e la gentilezza di Carlotta ci ha fatto superare il disagio della scalinata di accesso molto scomoda per i bagagli e per gli spostamenti: Carlotta ci ha aiutato personalmente con le valigie al check out e le abbiamo chiesto di evidenziare nell’annuncio con descrizione e foto le rampe di scale di accesso. The stay in Enricas apartment was perfect! Located in the center of Cagliari but still super quiet. Enrica was a great host who helped us with everything we needed. The apartment is very unique and we really enjoyed our time there!

A very convenient and central location, short walk from main train station and at the heart of city with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, places to explore and close to supermarket. Margherita's place was exceptionally clean, plenty of lovely smelling towels and comfortable bedding. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, thank you so much for the coffee, tea, laundry pod and toiletries. The washer/ dryer was very helpful indeed. The property was very comfortable for my children, it was bright, airy and I really appreciate the pride taken in the cleanliness throughout the property! I would definitely recommend this property and should I be so lucky to visit Cagliari again, I would choose Margherita's place with no hesitation.

Grazioso appartamento non rende abbastanza quello che è in realtà, in casa abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui potevamo aver bisogno, posizione ottima sia per la vicinanza alle spiagge che al centro. Claudia gentilissima ci ha consigliato sia per il noleggio che per le spiaggie migliori, consigliatissimo

En stor,fin och mycket ren lägenhet med balkong. Hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående värdar, trots viss språkförbistring. Det fanns många skällande hundar i omgivningen, men oss störde det inte. Vi som tycker om att laga mat, skulle nog ha uppskattat lite mer köksutrustning.

Wir haben kurzfristig eine Übernachtung in Cagliari gebraucht und sind auf Piermario gekommen. Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem sehr freundlichen Vermieter. Würde es sechs Sterne geben, hätte er die verdient.

Sehr schöne grosse Wohnung - Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber - Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück Können wir bestens weiterempfehlen.
