Apartamentul este superb. Cea mai buna cazare a noastra de cand venim in Thailanda. totul impecabil,gazda foarte draguta ,piscina superba.7/11 in fata cladirii. singurl minus este ca nu este asa aproape de obictive.dar cu Grab ajungi oriunde. totul la superlativ!!

We loved our stay at the Astra Skye River. The apartment is so cute and cozy. A great little escape from the city. The rooftop pool is just incredible. Clean and refreshing and amazing views. Chao was a great host. They helped us with local recommendations and arranged a private tour with an excellent driver. Overall was a great trip and we hope to come back again soon!

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Lulu war erstklassig. Nett eingerichtete kleine Wohnung und völlig ausreichend für einen Zwischenstopp in Chiang Mai. Ich fand das Bett äußerst bequem. Highlight ist natürlich auch der große Pool auf dem Dach des Gebäudes der mit benutz werden kann. Gerade zu Abendstunden zum Sonnenuntergang optisch echt cool. Ziele in/um Chiang Mai sind auch bestens zu erreichen. Sollte ich mal wieder in der Gegend sein, kommt die Wohnung definitiv wieder in Frage. Danke Lulu :-)

clean , responsive host but the neighbours smoke too much weed and cigarettes . if you like to chill out with the open air , would not recommend ( too noisy from the pool and smokes pollution)

Sehr schöne, saubere Unterkunft. Der Kontakt mit Nam war einwandfrei, sie meldete sich immer sehr schnell bei uns. Wir waren eine Woche hier und würden immer wieder kommen.

Cai provided great service and recommendations for the area. The apartment was clean, the gym, sauna and steam room were great. Ample parking was available. We arrived just days after a 7.7 earthquake hit which unfortunately caused the building some damage, including the luxury rooftop pool so we did not get to enjoy that during our stay. However, Cai was proactive and reached out directly as soon as she found out to apologize and to provide options to remedy the issue including either relocation to another resort that also has a rooftop pool that was not shut down and a credit back for any price difference on the new room or a discount on our existing reservation. This initiative was such a kind gesture given it was not her fault that the pool was shut down as it was a natural disaster. We would definitely recommend renting through Cai.

The location is a bit difficult to find, but the house is more beautiful than I expected, and the host is very helpful and always responsive.

Desde el primer día nos sentimos inmersos en un auténtico barrio local.Aunque a escasos 15 minutos a pie de los resorts de lujo, convivimos con la comunidad. Una estancia genial y recomendada a los que se quieran separar del circuito turístico.

Thank you Joe for hosting my family at your place. We had an enjoyable time. Location is very convenient within walking distance.

We have stayed a number of times in this splendid oasis of greenery and comfort . We are completely safe and at home here, with all the kitchen amenities you could need, a huge living space , an outdoor palapa I convert to a painting studio and maybe the best salt water, deep, beautifully landscaped pool we ever got to use. I cannot recommend this jewel of a place higher or its remarkably generous and thoughtful hosts. The gardener’s work or the neighbouring cabin’s occupant ( a mirror of ours across a lotus pond) will sometimes be audible but it’s very peaceful. San Kampaeng and Bo Sang are enough for us (we rent a scooter), and having some Thai language certainly helps but it’s honestly such a relief to get away from the tourist centric stuff and be in normal Thai culture , with real food and the price locals pay. Getting to buy fresh locally grown fruit and veg is pure heaven, the flavours are so much better than what we get at home. We count on coming back to stay again.

Super séjour. Une villa dans un super cadre : grande piscine, 2 restaurants, 2 cafés, des rizières, des hôtes très gentils, réactifs, souriants, à l’écoute …grab sans difficulté. Tout était parfait pour nous.

Nous sommes restés 10 jours dans le logement sans aucun regret. Il est bien équipé, bien placé plutôt proche de tout mais silencieux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Booked this apartment fairly last minute as to meet up with my son who was travelling and staying in the same apartments. I was worried as heard a few others mention noise, but there was no problem. There is building work happening around, but it doesn’t disturb anything. The apartment is exactly like the photos. There is everything you need and it is spotlessly clean too. It also has a great spot in the apartment block with sun most of the day. Having the pools is an added bonus and I used them everyday. The shopping centre and eateries are literally across the bridge, 5 minutes away and in the opposite direction, 7/11 for everything you need and more food places. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat

A lovely place to stay in Chiang Mai Very clean apartment and matches the photos, The amenities were amazing especially the rooftop infinity pool. The host were friendly and helpful giving us amazing recommendations for food. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Chiang Mai
