Stayed here with my Wife and Son (18 months) for 1 week and was very happy with our stay. The house is a good size and location was ideal. Graham was a very accommodating host and answered any questions we had very quickly, despite being on holiday at the time (sorry Graham). Sad we did not get to use the rear patio due to cold/wet weather but looks like a lovely spot to spend your time in the warmer months. Great stay. Will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed at the Auction House for two weeks in March while visiting our daughter, son in law and our new grandchild. The location was perfect! We were able to walk to our daughter’s home as well as enjoy downtown Ryde restaurants in the evening. Christine and Terry were great hosts. Their home is very nice, clean and has everything you need to feel at home. We especially loved our welcome treat. We will definitely return to the Auction House in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Candy box for my hen weekend! it's a very unusual townhouse shape based over like 4 floors but every room has its own flare. we used the top bedroom as our main hang out space for 14 of us & were able to sit round the couches/table before going out on the town. On the first night there was some difficultly with the pull out sofa upstairs. The host very kindly after some messages back & forth with no success getting the pillows out came out to help as they lived very close by. Be aware when staying that a few of the beds are in the kitchen living areas so would highly recommend pre planning who goes in what room to ensure older family members get a proper bed rather than the sofa beds. Would definitely stay here again. 10-15 min walk from the train station & short walk to anything we went to that weekend.

A great location with an easy walk into Cowes. We loved the view from the sitting room window out to sea and watching the boats and ferries coming and going. The house was just as pictured and described with easy communication from the hosts. Thank you

Charlie's place was absolutely amazing, we felt right at home and Charlie was always so responsive and welcoming to us, the house was beautiful, in a great location and the beds were super comfortable. We will definitely be staying again!

Centrally located and surprisingly peaceful given this. Parking permits very useful. Deceptively spacious inside with four double bedrooms. Open plan kitchen diner works very well, the kitchen itself being fully equipped. We stayed during the Christmas period and the host was very accommodating. I would very much recommend.

beautiful house, stunning decor throughout, not the normal 'sterile' places you can book, it is filled with thought and attention to detail. Great location, so close to the Historic Docklands and great bars and cafes.

The presentation of this property is simply immaculate. Pastries and fresh flowers (and plenty more) greet you on your arrival. The attention to detail in the decor is next level. You will want Rachel to come around and do the interior decorating at your own home after seeing this. There are more sitting rooms than you will possibly be able to use. There is actually not much point to reviewing this place: all you need to know is that if you are going to Chichester and surrounds, do yourself a favour and stay here if you possibly can.

We had a great stay in Chichester in this lovely town house. Although it’s right on the road, the road is fairly quiet at night so did not disturb us (we have a baby too!) The house is beautiful and in a fantastic location right on the canal where we enjoyed a lovely evening walk. Tom was a great host and responded quickly to any questions. Would stay again. Thankyou!

We had a nice stay. The house is located only 10 minutes walk away from the center with all the nice reviews and bars. It was a little bit too small for 4 adults and 2 kids but overall comfortable enough. Sebastian responded in seconds to all our inquiries. Thank you!

Nice cosy home. Basement kitchen and living area was a nice space to retreat to at the end of the day - perfect location for us, easy walk to the north lanes - fantastic Japanese/korean place to eat O’shio a few minutes walk away and couple of pubs at the end of the street. We visited in Feb so was cold and didn’t use the outdoor space - but would have made a nice spot to chill out in when warmer - Mathew was good, quick to respond with info etc - check-in etc all very nice easy. Would stay again next time we back in the uk/brighton!

Family friendly home, nice touch with leaving the Easter eggs for the kids. Close to beach and a friendly environment. Would definitely book again

It was a birthday weekend but my daughter also had some urgent shopping. We were able to combine the two with plenty of scope for eating out together, getting to know the City whilst doing the shopping and then a loverly walk up St Catherine's Hill and along the river. A very successful short break.

Great location. We didn’t use the car once which is the sign of a good break. We managed to find a parking space less than 1 minute walk away which was ideal. House was lovely. Beds comfy and felt like home after a few days. Loved all the houseplants too. We didn’t use the garden or balcony as it was cold but would be great in warmer months. Pumpkin was well behaved too. A beautiful house which is very well presented and spacious. The house is well equipped and felt like home straight away. Our 2 dogs loved having the back garden too and settled in well. It was lovely to arrive to a warm house which was decorated with a lovely Christmas tree ( we had arranged with Beth that we would be arriving after midnight due to a late crossing). A short walk into Cowes town centre. We had one minor issue which was promptly sorted by Beth.. The parking issue was not a problem as we could always park around the corner on the next road. Unloading the car was quite easy as the road is quiet with hardly any traffic. We normally stay in Ventnor or Shanklin. However, we loved our stay so much that we hope to visit again soon. We felt right at home in this great split-level home. The sunny roof terrace and sea view from some windows was a real bonus. Everything was immaculate and super practical - thank you for a great base in Brighton and Hove.

Fantastic Airbnb One of the best we’ve stayed in! So clean and spacious. Having 2 bathrooms was amazing! Lots of breakfast things left for us which was appreciated!! More than most places! Really good value and we will definitely come back!!! So close to walk into Chichester centre which has really regenerated since our last visit just after Covid. Loved our stay.

C’était parfait, nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour cette si jolie et cosy maison, très propre, très fonctionnelle et très confortable. Avec un beau petit jardin. Bravo à Jill pour la rénovation ! Jill a aussi toujours été réactive et nous a parfaitement accompagnés, le processus d’accueil est très bon. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour à la découverte de Brighton et de ses environs. Nous sommes également allés à Londres, c’était vraiment facile avec la gare de Portslade à moins de 10 min à pied. Il y a aussi des commerces à proximité. Les permis de stationnement fournis par Jill nous ont été très utiles étant venus de France en voiture. Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps et espérons avoir l’occasion de revenir dans cette maison !
