we really enjoyed the house as a base, to go our exploring, as a place to sleep easily and quiet. We would recommend it .

We had a really lovely stay. Our host was super genuine and kind, and she even prepared loads of great little snacks for us, which we really appreciated. The room was cosy and had a really nice, welcoming feel. It was a great experience overall. She replied really quickly whenever we had questions and was always very friendly and helpful. Rachel and Jay were really lovely hosts. They made me feel at home straight away and were really helpful, giving me recommendations for what to do on the island. The room was lovely and clean, and the bed was so comfortable. I hired a bike and cycled around the island, which was lovely and the shop was super close to Rachel and Jay's house. I am definitely going to return 😊

We had a lovely second stay at Shaun’s house. All great and just as good as the first time 😀

Liz and Max were really helpful and the room was just what I was expecting. Clean room and bathroom. Great value, will definitely stay again.

I had a lovely stay at Lens place whilst visiting my daughter and her partner. The house is in a great location for town, taking about 20 minutes, even quicker if you walk along the canal,which is beautiful. Lens house is lovely and clean. The breakfast is yummy too. Len himself is a great bloke, making sure everything for your stay is perfect. Highly recommend 5*

Jill was a fantastic host, so friendly and easy to communicate with. The room was super cosy and spotless and the house was lovely and full of charm. We didn’t manage to explore the immediate surroundings but it was very beautiful on our way to Brighton. Thanks Again Ben

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment right by the sea and a pleasant 40 minute walk to the historic dockyard. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable for a short stay for two people, with plenty of pubs and places to eat to choose from in the nearby area, we would definitely stay there again!

Alfred was a wonderful host, incredibly accommodating to us which was much appreciated as we travelled as a family of four for the first time, with a new baby and toddler in tow. The air bnb was great value and had everything we need. Thoroughly recommend.

Great stay at Eileen's place over New Year. The flat was really warm, hot water from the combi boiler, powerful showers, really spacious. Absolutely everything was provided - shampoo, soap, dishwasher tablets, washing tablets, cleaning fluids, cling film, silver foil, coffee, tea, butter. So lovely to get a welcome pack on arrival - bottle of sparkly, crisps, chocolates, biscuits, bread, milk. Fabulous location for Ventnor town and Ventnor beach.

The location was perfect as we were staying there as my sister lived two minutes away and we had gone to attend my brother in laws funeral but equally it would be ideal for visiting Chichester and the surrounding area. There was all we needed for a two night stay but would be great for a longer stay as well.

sehr sehr schöne private und vor allem saubere unterkunft mit eigener parkgarage und eigenem lift für das arpartement. super aussicht aufs wasser, man kann viele grosse schiffe beobachten. trotz der zentralen lage ist es sehr ruhig. zu fuss kann man in kürzester zeit viele tolle dinge in der nähe entdecken. egal ob aussichtspunkte, shopping oder pubs und restaurants. wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

We traveled from the U.S. and visited Portsmouth for two days before beginning a group tour of the British Isles. Since we would be staying in hotels for the tour, we thought a local AirBnb would be nice. John and Wendy’s place was a perfect fit, just a stone’s throw from the waterfront and colorful South Parade Pier, and a short bus ride to the Portsmouth Historic Dockyards, our primary destination. John stayed in touch beforehand to make sure we didn’t get lost, and once we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find fresh bread, eggs, milk and lemon cake waiting for us. A warm welcome for weary travelers!

La casa di Abigail é semplicemente magnifica! Si trova in una posizione fantastica, é curatissima in ogni piccolo particolare e pulitissima!!! Il nostro soggiorno è stato meraviglioso. Ringraziamo con affetto Abigail che è stata molto premurosa con noi e ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero indimenticabile!

Lovely peaceful, airy room with a very comfortable bed and super shower in the en suite bathroom. Venetia put fresh flowers by the bedside, which was such a nice touch. She also kindly provided us with breakfast early as I was going off to do the local parkrun (also nearby). And the breakfast was great. All in all, this was a perfect overnight stop for us for our visit to the theatre and my Saturday morning run. Highly recommended.

Hot tub was amazing along with bbq and fire pit and there was nothing you wouldn’t do for us honestly, you were both so kind with every thing you done for us the last 2 nights, so unexpected but amazing! And those croissants were sooo good, nice and hot mmm lovely to wake you to! Will come back again soon. Hope you had a lovely Mother’s Day Angie. ☺️❤️

Just wanted to say how amazing Sophie has been from start to finish. We booked this one year in advance and Sophie was always on hand with any questions. Probably one of the best service we had ever. The place Sophie has is beautiful. The photos do not do this place justice. We thank you for such an amazing safe space to visit.

Fantastic property, just what we needed for the month. Clean and tidy, property very warm which was a godsend when you have ben outside all day. I would definitely come back again.

Bright, airy and well thought out accommodation with lots of attention to detail and outdoor space. Breakfast of fresh fruit, yogurt, warm croissants etc was plentiful and delicious. On street parking was not a problem. Access to the garden room is through Sue’s kitchen which is not a problem as she is very warm and friendly.

I very much enjoyed my 2 nights at Helen's, a delightful host who made me very at ease and comfortable coming into her home. I would certainly stay there again.
